"I am ashamed to be a journalist," says grieving BBC radio host

John Darvall is a BBC radio host who recently had an epiphany over the state of journalism, after realizing the industry he’d served so well wouldn’t think twice about screwing him over for a good story.

Darvall, who hosts a show on BBC radio Bristol, has just lost his daughter. Polly was 22, and died in a tragic car accident on Halloween.

It’s no secret that human beings have adopted a lifestyle that doesn’t really take health into consideration, especially when we are talking about the large number of products that we choose to surround ourselves with on a daily basis, many of which have serious health concerns associated with them.

What’s even more troubling is the fact that these products are still approved as safe by government agencies despite all of the evidence clearly showing serious cause for concern.

The list of concerning items can indeed by a long one, and again, when we are talking about disease, there is a general and growing consensus in the scientific community that many of these products are responsible for the exponential rise in various diseases, including cancer.

Over the past few decades, we have really been able to see the damage that we have been causing to ourselves, the environment and obviously the countless animals that are slaughtered every single day, solely for us to consume.

It is becoming clear to many that we cannot continue in this way. There have been many people that have decided to give up eating animals entirely and have switched to a plant-based diet.

A new study recently came out entitled Bacon, Hot Dogs And Processed Meats Are Carcinogenic & Cause Cancer, Says WHO.

However, there is a lot of conflicting information out there over whether or not a plant-based diet is better, or if you do need meat and other animal products to thrive. I think one thing is clear, if anything at all, people should be eating way less meat.

Train the body to depend on a vaccine and it will do just that. Train the body to face disease, build immunity through clean air, water and food, and you will build incredible strength, cognition and natural immunity.

These are my observations over the past five years, ditching pharmaceuticals, while facing sickness and strengthening natural immunity. You are more powerful than led to believe.

Solely focusing on specific pathogens with unclean vaccines will make the body more susceptible to other diseases in the long run. Advancing human immunity should not be about the focus of individual diseases and the fear of death.

Progressing human immunity should dive into the science of the human microbiome, the power of plant medicine and adaptogens. The commensal bacteria system of the human body is a community of living bacteria species which carry out important functions within the body.
