The Honduran mother who delivered what is believed to be the first baby to be born with a Zika virus-related condition in the New York tri-state area flew to America to specifically seek treatment.
In an interview with Fox News Latino, the young mother whose name has not been released publicly, explained that her initial symptoms were ‘underestimated’ by medical doctors in her native land.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimated in February that it will cost at least $1million to treat a baby with Zika throughout their lifetime.
Mail Online contacted the US Customs and Border Patrol Agency who declined to comment about the woman’s immigration status along with the baby in question due to Privacy Act restrictions.
The 31-year-old woman told Fox News Latino that a rash appeared on her in December and that she was also feverish around the same time – both of which are symptoms of Zika.
She decided to see another doctor in the Central American nation, but then decided to seek treatment in the US and possibly entered the country on a tourist visa 33 days ago.
‘I told my gynecologist that I had an allergic episode,’ she said from her hospital bed at Hackensack University Medical Center.
In Hong Kong they will not allow pregnant women into the country. If a woman has a baby while visiting she will be arrested. But they care about their sovereignty and future in Hong Kong.

Google is “directly engaged” with the presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton, Wikileaks’ Julian Assange stated during an international forum Tuesday.
Speaking to the “New Era of Journalism: Farewell to Mainstream” symposium, hosted at Moscow’s Rossiya Segodnya International Multimedia Press Center, the Wikileaks founder warned of the tech giant’s close involvement with both Hillary as well as the Washington power structure.
“[Google] is directly engaged in Hillary Clinton’s campaign,” Assange said. “The chairman of Google, Eric Schmidt, set up a company to run the digital component of Hillary Clinton’s campaign.”
As reported by Quartz in late 2015, an under-the-radar startup known as “The Groundwork” was funded by Schmidt “to ensure that Clinton has the engineering talent needed to win the election.”
By utilizing “data analytics and digital outreach as vital ingredients that allow candidates to find, court, and turn out critical voter blocs,” The Groundwork could significantly boost Clinton’s exposure.
“Groundwork has been tasked with building the technological infrastructure to ingest massive amounts of information about voters, and develop tools that will help the campaign target them for fundraising, advertising, outreach, and get-out-the-vote efforts,” the article states.
Assange went on to further build his case by noting the prevalence of Google power players that emerged in the former secretary of state’s emails as well.
“We should understand that Google… is intensely aligned with U.S. exceptionalism… personally at the top aligned with Hillary Clinton’s election campaign and almost certainly once Hillary Clinton becomes president, those people in Google, like Jared Cohen, will be placed into positions around the new Clinton presidency…”
Cohen, the founder of “Google Ideas,” a foreign policy-focused think tank now known as “Jigsaw,” was revealed in the email release to be collaborating with Clinton and media outlet Al Jazeera in an attempt to facilitate regime change in Syria.
“Please keep close hold, but my team is planning to launch a tool on Sunday that will publicly track and map the defections in Syria and which parts of the government they are coming from,” Cohenwrote.
“Our logic behind this is that while many people are tracking the atrocities, nobody is visually representing and mapping the defections, which we believe are important in encouraging more to defect and giving confidence to the opposition.”
Google’s dominance over digital information, according to senior research psychologists, could even sway the election – a disturbing premise given the tech juggernaut’s proclivity for Clinton.
“Through five experiments in two countries, they found that biased rankings in search results can shift the opinions of undecided voters by 20% or more, sometimes even reaching as high as 80% in some demographic groups,” writes Fortune’s Michael Addady. “If Google tweaks its algorithm to show more positive search results for a candidate, the researchers say, the searcher may form a more positive opinion of him or her.”
Controlling the majority of the world’s smart phones, Assange adds, raises even more serious concerns in light of the company’s growing and monopolistic influence.
“Google controls 80 percent of the smart phone market through its control of Android and if you control the device itself – that people use to read – then anything that they connect to through that device you have control over as well.”
Although the tech empire’s political leanings are relatively well known, its ties to power are most obvious not in Clinton but in current President Barack Obama.
“Google has gotten into bed with the Obama administration in a very significant way,” Assange stated. “It is the company that visits the White House more than any other – averaged once per week in the last 4 years.”
As noted by The Intercept’s David Dayen in April, between “January 2009 and October 2015, Google staffers gathered at the White House on 427 separate occasions.”
“All told, 182 White House employees and 169 Google employees attended the meetings, with participation from almost every domestic policy and national security player in the West Wing,” Dayen writes.
Wikileaks, which has been targeted by Clinton continually for its release of sensitive documents, remains heavily engaged in the 2016 election – most notably with its searchable database archive for over 30,000 emails sent to and from Clinton’s private email server.

Turkish authorities will allow Koran readings at Istanbul’s Hagia Sophia, a former Christian church and mosque which now is a secular museum. Greece slammed the move, with some fearing that Erdogan’s government is taking steps to turn the site back into a mosque.
Verses from the Islamic sacred book will be read at the Byzantine masterpiece daily during the holy Muslim month of Ramadan. The readings which started this Monday will also be broadcast live on Turkish state religious channel TRT Diyanet.
The Greek Foreign Ministry has officially condemned the initiative, calling it “regressive” and a “bigotry.”
“Muslim rituals at the [UNESCO] World Heritage site are incomprehensible, demonstrate disrespect and show lack of contact with reality,” the ministry statement said. Athens also added that “such actions are not compatible with modern, democratic and secular societies.”
Greece’s former minister of foreign affairs and former mayor of Athens, Dora Bakoyannis said that the new Koran readings at Hagia Sophia have “virtually transformed it into a mosque for the first time in 80 years.”
In a joint statement with another chief member of Greece’s largest conservative opposition party, New Democracy, the politician said that Ankara’s move is “provocative” and “shows disrespect against Orthodox Christians across the world and is not in line with Turkey’s European course.”
Last week, a deputy for Turkey’s ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP), Samil Tayyar, suggested that the site should be open for Muslim worship as a response to Ankara’s western partners’ recent actions which the government regards as unsupportive. In a widely shared and liked post on Twitter, the Turkish MP said: “Since the United States are siding with the PKK [Kurdistan Workers’ Party], and Germany has clung to the [Armenian] genocide lie, friendship has shifted. It’s our turn – [Hagia] Sopia should be open for worship.”
Supporters of a secular Turkey, as well as Orthodox Christians in the world have long feared that Hagia Sophia, which was converted into a museum in 1935 during the reign of progressive Mustafa Ataturk, could be transformed back into a mosque under President Erdogan. A number of Erdogan’s supporters within the ruling AKP party have openly suggested the World Heritage site should be given back entirely to Islamic worshipers.

In April 2015 Kristinn Taylor reported on a new book by former White House staff members that Hillary Clinton violently attacked her husband President Bill Clinton in the White House residence on several occasions.
One attack on the President reportedly drew blood which required stitches that could have gotten Hillary Clinton serious prison time if it was reported to law enforcement at the time.
The political press so far is completely ignoring the idea that Hillary Clinton’s potential presidential candidacy could be sunk by her being a reputed spouse beater.
Now this…
Ex-Secret Service officer Gary Byrne claims in his new book, Crisis of Character, Hillary was ‘uncontrollable’ and occasionally ‘violent’ with Bill in the White House. Byrne says Hillary even gave Bill a black-eye during one violent assault in 1995.
The Daily Mail reported:
A former Secret Service officer who helped protect Hillary Clinton while she was in the White House charges in a new tell-all book that the former first lady had a ‘volcanic’ temper and occasionally got violent with her husband – and that a loud 1995 fight left the president with a black eye.
In the book, ‘Crisis of Character,’ former agency officer Gary Bryne, details arriving at work after a 1995 shouting-match that left a light blue vase ‘smashed to bits’ and Bill sporting a ‘real, live, put-a-steak-on-it black eye.’
Things got so bad that Secret Service agents had discussions about the possibility they might have to protect the president from his wife’s physical attacks, the New York Post reported in advance excerpts of the book.
‘Everyone on post that night’ couldn’t help but hear the fracas, according to early chapters posted online. It describes a big argument that ‘ended with a crash.’
Byrne writes that he saw the president at about 9 am after the fight.
‘I was well-accustomed to his allergy-prone puffy eyes,’ he writes. ‘But this was a shiner, a real, live, put-a-steak-on-it black eye. I was shocked.’

Donald Trump refused $200 million in donations to take Newt Gingrich as vice president, insiders told Infowars.
The mainstream media reported that casino magnate Sheldon Adelson was willing to contribute$100 million to Trump’s campaign, but what wasn’t reported was the extra $100 million the establishment offered Trump in exchange for picking Gingrich, one of the first D.C. insiders to try and cozy up to the mogul.
When Trump declined the offer, however, Gingrich started lashing out at him publicly, including his recent claim that Trump made “one of his worst mistakes” for pointing out the federal judge handling the Trump University lawsuit has ties to the controversial La Raza Hispanic racist organization.
“I don’t know what Trump’s reasoning was, and I don’t care,” Gingrich told the Washington Post.
It’d be unlikely for Gingrich to take such a weird stance in the matter unless he was already bitter at Trump – and trying to pressure him to change his mind.
But it’s in Trump’s best interests to pick someone close to him ideologically as VP, such as Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), to avoid a potential assassination attempt.
Case in point, Ronald Reagan was nearly assassinated after only serving 69 days in office – and after the establishment forced him to take George H.W. Bush as his VP.
If Reagan died in the attack, the elite would have taken back the Oval Office, but even though Reagan survived, the establishment still gained influence over him – with Vice President Bush serving as a constant reminder to stay in line.
Similarly, the GOP elite want their own person as VP to restrain Trump, and when he refused the offer to take Gingrich, establishment Republicans united to attack him despite their calls for party unity just last week.
Sen. Ben Sasse (R-Neb.) in particular accused Trump of racism on Monday, despite Sasse’s own state GOP party reprimanding him last month for his outspoken criticism of the presumptive nominee.
The freshman senator is risking political suicide by condemning Trump, yet he strangely continues to do so, indicating he’s a puppet controlled by a wealthy donor.
And Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) even had the audacity to claim Trump was a “very, very unpopular candidate” despite Trump consistently polling at over 50% while Congress’s approval rating is only 6%.
In short, the GOP elite want Gingrich or another insider as VP to keep Trump under control – and they’ll help Hillary get elected if they don’t get their wish.
