The Ministry of Defense (MoD) is reporting today that the Federation Security Council (FSC) has authorized a “third tier” financial “Armageddon strike” against the West’s entire financial structure in response to the Obama regime led NATO launching today of its biggest single military exercise in more than 13 years involving some 36,000 troops in the Mediterranean Sea and simulating a war spanning from Sicily to Spain and Portugal.
The designation of this action by the FSC as a “third tier” event, it’s important to note, is one step below “fourth tier”, which should that level be reached would authorize President Putin to use nuclear weapons and forces to defend the Federation and its global interests.
Critical to note too, unlike the propaganda portrayal given to the Western peoples that President Putin is the sole decision maker for the Federation, that has no connection to reality, the FSC is the key institutional body in Russia’s government, coordinating and deciding policy.
The FSC’s decision in making this war move, this report says, is based on Federation fears/concerns that NATO forces will soon have to launch an invasion of Saudi Arabia to save that corrupt Sunni theocracy from total collapse as coup fears, war and chaos envelope this oil rich kingdom.
Vital to note too, this report continues, are the Western peoples still not being told by their governments what the “truest essence” of this current Middle Eastern crisis is all about—and which is quickly explained by understanding that of the total global Muslim population, 10–13 percent are Shiite Muslims and 87–90 percent are Sunni Muslims.

Unfortunately for the West, however, this report continues, is that they have supported for decades the barbaric Sunni Muslims headed by Saudi Arabia, while at the same time supporting genocidal wars against the Shiites. And while the Shiites are the vast majority of Muslims in the world, in the Middle East they comprise nearly 37 percent of the population.
Even more unfortunately for the West, this report notes, are that these Shiites in the Middle East control nearly all of the oil in this region, which amounts to about 70 percent of the world’s total—and should a Shiite “Superstate” form comprising Iran, Iraq, Syria and Lebanon, the worst fears of the Obama regime and its allies would be realized.
With it now being reported that Russia’s success in the Middle East defending the Shiites, and the highly positive global attention it has attracted, has left a traumatic effect on America’s political and military elites, this report says, FSC member Sergey Glazyev’s planned financial “Armageddon strike” against the Obama regime and West would amount to what is being called a “strategic default”, and which, perhaps, is best summarized by the experts at theZeroHedge.com global financial website who state about it:
“What Glazyev proposes, essentially, is that Moscow must gain total control of its Central Bank, preventing speculators to move their credit around for non-productive purposes; Moscow should also establish currency controls; and must create a central organization of technological research to replace the loss of Western technology, imitating the US methodology of rolling out from its centralized military research those technologies that can be commercialized for the consumer market.
The fact is Russia has lost access to Western credit and cannot roll over its debt with the creditors. So Russia will have to pay the principle and the interest as it comes due. That is a trillion dollars plus interest. Russia also cannot import anything from the West without paying double for it. So arguably the country may be now in the very position it will be if Moscow opts for default. Thus, Russia would have nothing to lose by a default – as the damage is already done.
Essentially, once again, a Russian default on a $1 trillion-plus debt to private Western parties remains a possible scenario discussed at the highest level – assuming Washington will persist in its anti-Russia demonization campaign.
It’s clear the squeeze Russia is feeling has less to do with sanctions than the grip maintained by Western financial powers over the Russian Central Bank. The Russian Central Bank did create a debt trap by maintaining high interest rates in Russia while the West was lending at low interest rates.
Needless to add, such a default, if it ever happened, would collapse the entire Western financial system.”

To if the American and European peoples will awaken before their monstrous leaders plunge them into economic chaos and global war, this report grimly states, appears unlikely as the Nazification of the United States is said now to be pretty much complete, and the global elite have never been closer to their goal of a united world.
In fact, this report warns, in the past 30 days alone, the world has seen some of the biggest steps ever made toward achieving this one world government—the largest one world economy and a one world religion that history has ever witnessed, and every major crisis will be used as an excuse to advance this agenda.
And to whom does a weary world look to stop this madness? You decide…

And then he tells it how it works: “It’s like playing with a pigeon. First it knocks over all the pieces, then it shits on the board and finally struts around like it won.”

French bank Credit Agricole was accused by Washington of dealing with countries under US embargo and processing financial transactions for Sudan, Cuba and Iran through the United States. Several bank employees responsible for the transactions have already been fired, media reported.
The bank agreed to pay $800 million in fines for the illegal financial transactions carried out in the period from 2003 to 2008 on the territory of the United States, AFP reported, referring to a source familiar with the situation.
According to previous estimations, the bank had to pay US $900 million, but the amount was reduced through the course of negotiations.
The agreement may be announced this week, the source said. The bank is expected to fully recognize its guilt in violating US laws which would help it to avoid any prosecution. According to the source, some of the bankers responsible for the offense have already been dismissed.
Last year, French bank BNP Paribas agreed to pay $8.97 billion dollar fine for violation of the sanctions regime against Cuba, Sudan and Iran.
The difference in the amount of the fines arises from the fact that the financial transactions carried out by Credit Agricole were smaller and that the bank agreed to cooperate with the authorities in a quicker manner.

Republican US presidential candidate Jeb Bush says his brother, former President George W. Bush, is not responsible for the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in the United States.
“Look, my brother responded to a crisis, and he did it as you would hope a president would do,” Bush told CNN on Sunday, after leading White House contender Donald Trump blamed Bush for the attacks.
“He united the country,” Bush added. “He organized our country, and he kept us safe. And there’s no denying that. The great majority of Americans believe that.” How exactly did George W. Bush kept America “safe” when 3 towers of the World Trade Center collapsed, 3,000 people died and the Pentagon itself was also hit, remains a mystery… Safe in its true meaning would have meant for these events to be stopped on time and without them taking place at all.
On Friday, Trump blamed George W. Bush for the 9/11 attacks. On Sunday, Trump said that if he had been president in 2001, his immigration policy would have kept al-Qaeda terrorists from attacking the United States.
Bush said Trump is just trying to gain political advantage by bringing up the issue of the September 11, 2001 attacks.
“I don’t know why he keeps bringing this up,” Bush said of Trump’s 9/11 comments. “It doesn’t show that he’s not a serious person as it relates to being commander in chief and being the architect of a foreign policy.”
US President George W. Bush didn’t get back to the White House on September 11, 2001 until after 7:00 pm.
The September 11, 2001 attacks, also known as the 9/11 attacks, were a series of strikes in the US which killed nearly 3,000 people and caused about $10 billion worth of property and infrastructure damage.
US officials assert that the attacks were carried out by 19 al-Qaeda terrorists but many experts have raised questions about the official account.
They believe that rogue elements within the US government orchestrated or at least encouraged the 9/11 attacks in order to accelerate the US war machine and advance the Zionist agenda.

The Hyperloop vacuum train is said to start traveling in the United Arab Emirates between Dubai and Abu Dhabi already in 2016.
The futuristic train will be able to develop the speed of up to 1,200 km/h. A ride on board this train from one emirate to another will take 15 minutes.
According Russianemirates.com, the tests of the new train will begin in 2016. The train will be 15 meters long, 2.5 meters wide and 1.7 meters high. The train will have 23 seats and 16 doors. The weight of the vacuum train is 9.5 tons.
The design and construction of the first model took three years.

Canadian Israel-friendly Prime Minister Stephen Harper has conceded defeat in regional elections, stepping down and setting the stage for the appointment of an interim leader.
Harper gave his concession speech on Monday following his loss to Liberal Party leader Justin Trudeau.
“The disappointment is my responsibility and mine alone,” he said in the speech in Calgary.
His Conservative Party had earlier announced he would step down, which would mean that an interim leader will have to assume office until Trudeau is officially sworn in.
“I have spoken to Prime Minister Stephen Harper and he has instructed me to reach out to the newly elected parliamentary caucus to appoint an interim leader” and start the process of selecting a new leader, Conservative Party president John Walsh said in a statement on Monday.
The Liberal Party won a majority of the parliament’s 338 seats.
Peter MacKay, a former Conservative justice minister, described the result as a “sea change.” “We are used to high tides in Atlantic Canada. This is not what we hoped for,” he said shortly after polls closed in the Atlantic Canada region.
“Canada was built by people from all corners of the world,” Trudeau said in his victory speech, an implicit refutation of some of the Harper administration’s policies, including those against Muslims.
“We believe in our hearts that this country’s unique diversity is a blessing bestowed upon us by previous generations of Canadians. Canadians who stared down prejudice and discrimination in all its forms,” he added.
“We beat fear with hope, we beat cynicism with hard work. We beat negative, divisive politics with a positive vision that brings Canadians together,” Trudeau said.
The 43-year-old Liberal Party leader, the son of former Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, has vowed to repair relations with the US, withdraw Canada from the combat mission against the Takfiri Daesh terrorists, and deal with climate change problems.
Canada & Iran
Harper has been widely criticized for his pro-Israel stances.
Harper’s administration severed diplomatic relations with Iran in September 2012, citing, among other pretexts, what it described as continued threats from Iran to Israel.
Back then, the Canadian government closed its embassy in the Iranian capital, Tehran, and demanded that Iranian diplomats leave Canada within five days.
The two countries maintain interest sections in the embassies of third countries.

Turkish police have detained dozens of ISIS-connected suspects, among them 24 under the age of 18, who are being trained to operate in Syria and Iraq as Islamic State’s militants.
The Istanbul Anti-Terror Directorate has arrested dozens of foreigners in one of the districts of Turkey’s largest city. Those detained are suspected of getting ready to transfer to areas of Syria in Iraq under Islamic State’s control, the Turkish daily Vatan reports.
Detectives targeted some 18 homes in Istanbul’s eastern Pendik district. Special operations teams supported by a helicopter simultaneously raided all the suspicious addresses.
The raids were part of the investigation into the massive terror attack that killed over 100 people in the Turkish capital, Ankara, on October 10.
Altogether 53 people have been detained, including 24 minors, all of them from the Central Asian countries of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. The minors were brought to the Pendik Children’s Bureau Headquarters, while most of the rest were summoned to the Anti-Terror Directorate headquarters for questioning. Many of those detained had entered Turkey illegally, authorities said.
The anti-terror teams say they have proof that the detained Tajiks and Uzbeks have connections to Islamic State (former ISIS/ISIL), finding maps of conflict zones in Syria and Iraq, as well as other documents, in their raids.
Turkish authorities believe that the suspects organized training for the 24 minors in the basements of the raided installations. The children were taught radical Islam, extremist ideology and rules for living in Islamic State-controlled areas.
Thousands of foreigners have joined Islamic State, which is currently estimated to have from 30,000 to as many as 200,000 fighters in its ranks. Up to 5,000 of them are believed to be Uzbek nationals, Vatan reports.
In August, the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan (IMU), a terrorist organization founded in 1996, officially announced its voluntary dissolution and swore allegiance to Islamic State. Before that, it had been affiliated with Al-Qaeda.
Islamic State has never concealed the fact it uses children in its operations, organizing training camps for them, where they are trained to become jihadi fighters and even behead people.
Turkey had opened its border with Syria in the beginning of the civil war there in an effort to help rebels fighting against President Bashar Assad’s regime. This has reportedly allowed jihadist groups that rose rapidly in Syria to safely cross into Turkey to use it as a safe haven and resupply base.
After Ankara agreed to share its bases with members of the coalition battling Islamic State in July, ISIS released a video blaming Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan of aiding “crusaders” and their jets to kill the Muslims in Islamic State. The jihadists called Erdogan an infidel and urged Turks to rebel and conquer Istanbul.
