News U.S. Says Iran 'Most Active' Terrorism Sponsor In a new report, the U.S. State Department says Iran remains the "most active state sponsor of terrorism" in the world, threatening peace in the Middle East and Afghanistan. More The United States, NATO, and the European Union have expressed serious concern over border defense agreements signed by Russia and the separatist Georgian regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, saying the treaties go against ceasefire deals brokered after last summer's Georgian war. More Iraqi Government Offers English Courses Iraq's Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs is offering certified English-language courses to young graduates in an effort to boost their employment opportunities, RFE/RL's Radio Free Iraq reports. More A member of an Armenian parliamentary delegation at the Council of Europe said Yerevan has done little to comply with three Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) resolutions adopted in the past year. More Iran has executed a 23-year-old woman, Delara Darabi, for a crime committed when she was a minor. Darabi’s lawyer Abdolsamad Khoramshahi confirmed to RFE/RL's Radio Farda that she was executed this morning in prison in the northwestern city of Rasht.
