U.S. To Hand Over Bagram Prison
Afghanistan's government has announced it will take full control from the United States next week of the controversial Bagram prison. More In an interview with Voice of America's Carolyn Presutti, former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright speaks about President Barack Obama's foreign policy as well as the situation in Afghanistan, from whom she says the international community must not walk away after the withdrawal of foreign troops. Albright spoke to VOA on the sidelines of the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina.
