A stunning new Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the French General Directorate for External Security (DGSE) was pre-warned on 12 November by both the Federation and Israel of the pending Friday the 13th Massacre in Paris that was carried out by three teams of highly coordinated Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) terrorists thatkilled 132 innocent civilians and gravely wounded at least 352 more.
According to this report, on 7 November, the Joint Intelligence Centre (JIC) in Baghdad (established and operated by Russia-Iraq-Iran-Syria to battle the Islamic State) received an “urgent request” from Israel’s Directorate of Military Intelligence (DMI) requesting “open/real-time” intelligence on the “movement/actions/communications” of certain Islamic State terrorist leaders operating in both the Levant and Europe. [Note: words/phrases appearing in quotes “” in this report are English approximations for Russian words having no exact language counterpart]
As to why the DMI requested this assistance, this report explains, was based upon information provided to Israeli military intelligence by their National Security Advisor, Yaacov Amidror, who the week before had been in Washington D.C. meeting with the spy chiefs of the United States, France and Britain where the “planning/operation” for the Friday the 13th Paris Massacre were being made—and which we had detailed in our 14 November report Russia Warns Friday The 13th Paris Massacre Is Masonic Power Play For World War III.
With the combining of JIC-DMI “assets/capabilities” in attempting to stop the Friday the 13th Paris Massacre from occurring, this report continues, a grim analysis was made that this attack was imminent thus causing the JIC to issue a warning to the DGSE stating:
“We have recovered information from our direct sources in the Islamic State terrorist organization about the orders issued by terrorist ‘Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi’ directing all members of the organization to implement an international attack that includes all coalition countries, in addition to Iran and the Russian Federation, through bombings or assassinations or hostage taking in the coming days or hours.”
Though the JIC released to Western news services this 12 November warning given to the DGSE, this report says, the full context of it is being censored, specifically the warning that Paris was the most likely target to be attacked as one of the Islamic State terror leaders in Europe being tracked, named Salah Abdeslam, was known to live in Belgium overseeing a terror-cell in France where certain members of his extended family lived.
With neither the DGSE or any Western news service even attempting to warn their citizens of this pending Islamic State attack, this report notes, the DMI then requested that the JIC authorize a warning to be issued to the Jewish peoples of Paris so that at least they could be protected—a request that was immediately granted.
Upon receiving the JIC’s authorization to notify the Jewish peoples in Paris of this pending attack, this report says, the DMI notified the representative of French citizens in Israel, Jonathan-Simon Sellem, of what was going to occur—an action which undoubtedly saved numerous lives as it was received hours before the attack began.
Most astounding to note in this report are its SVR writers pointing out that the failure to warn the citizens of Paris of what was going to occur on Friday the 13th is not a singular act by the West, but appears to be the normal way of doing things for them—and as evidenced by the same type of warning the United States received prior to the 11 September 2001 attacks on their nation by Islamic terrorists and did nothing about—and as confirmed by the events that happened on the morning of 10 July of that year as recently revealed by then CIA Director George Tenant:
“That morning of July 10, the head of the agency’s Al Qaeda unit, Richard Blee, burst into Black’s office. “And he says, ‘Chief, this is it. Roof’s fallen in,’” recounts Black. “The information that we had compiled was absolutely compelling. It was multiple-sourced. And it was sort of the last straw.” Black and his deputy rushed to the director’s office to brief Tenet.
All agreed an urgent meeting at the White House was needed. Tenet picked up the white phone to Bush’s National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice. “I said, ‘Condi, I have to come see you,’” Tenet remembers. “It was one of the rare times in my seven years as director where I said, ‘I have to come see you. We’re comin’ right now. We have to get there.’”
Tenet vividly recalls the White House meeting with Rice and her team. (George W. Bush was on a trip to Boston.) “Rich [Blee] started by saying, ‘There will be significant terrorist attacks against the United States in the coming weeks or months. The attacks will be spectacular. They may be multiple. Al Qaeda’s intention is the destruction of the United States.’” [Condi said:] ‘What do you think we need to do?’ Black responded by slamming his fist on the table, and saying, ‘We need to go on a wartime footing now!’”
“What happened?” I ask Cofer Black. “Yeah. What did happen?” he replies. “To me it remains incomprehensible still. I mean, how is it that you could warn senior people so many times and nothing actually happened? It’s kind of like The Twilight Zone.”
And even though this SVR report doesn’t say it in exact words—the impression that these Western leaders, indeed, want to create a “Twilight Zone” world does appear to be real.

#F*ckParis, say #BlackLivesMatter activists and other radical leftists butthurt that the ISIS attacks have shifted the public’s attention away from the University of Missouri protests.
The disgusting hashtag started trending on Twitter Sunday as Soros-backed activists grew outraged over the fact that the public is more concerned about the 129 people killed in Paris than they are about “safe spaces.”
“I aint seen one dead body on the #ParisAttacks #Prayers4Paris my ass…. #fuckparis #BlackLivesMatter,” one self-described “internationally known” activist tweeted.
Another activist told Twitter to “quit showing love to people that never showed it to you.”
Whiteness creeping onto my TL to dictate what I should be sensitive about? Not today Satan! FOH with that BS!! #fuckparis actually.
While not using the #F*ckParis hashtage, other #BlackLivesMatter supporters shared similar feelings, such as this one:
“I’m just tired of it. When tragedy hits white ppl or fits the war on terror narrative, we are welcomed to express xenophobic racism openly.”
Basically speaking, the #F*ckParis crowd is claiming that more people are paying attention to the Paris terrorist attacks than the Mizzou protests because the Paris massacre is a “white” tragedy, as if we should judge tragedies by the victims’ skin color, a notion that is inherently racist.

It is interesting to note, however, that the same global elites who have radicalized the #BlackLivesMatter movement are also the same ones who created the conditions for ISIS to attack Paris.
George Soros, a globalist who donated at least $33 million to radical protestors orchestrating the 2014 Ferguson riots, told Europeans back in Sept. they needed to “accept responsibility” for the Muslim migrants flooding into their countries, which of course includes the ISIS-linked migrants who attack Paris on Nov. 13.
“The EU needs a comprehensive plan to respond to the crisis, one that reasserts effective governance over the flows of asylum-seekers so that they take place in a safe, orderly way, and at a pace that reflects Europe’s capacity to absorb them,” the arch globalist said.

Simply put, Soros and his fellow globalists despise the idea of national sovereignty and would rather turn the European Union into a continental nation-state they control without truly independent countries such as Germany, Hungary and France.
And to realize this vision, globalists in positions of government power have spent the past several years arming and funding al-Qaeda, which has since morphed into ISIS, as a proxy army to destabilize the Middle East, particularly Syria.
The Pentagon even admitted in 2012 that NATO was backing the Islamic extremists to try and topple Syrian president Bashar al-Assad.
“The Salafist [sic], the Muslim Brotherhood and AQI [al-Qaeda in Iraq] are the major forces driving the insurgency in Syria,” the Pentagon documentstated. “The West, Gulf countries, and Turkey support [this] opposition, while Russia, China and Iran ‘support the [Assad] regime.’”
This destablization of Syria, of course, has created the ongoing migrant crisis to which the globalists are exploiting to their advantage by claiming it’s “too big” for one country to handle alone and thus the European nations need to each give up a little national sovereignty to “solve” the crisis by opening their borders to the migrants, including the terrorists behind the Paris attacks.
And these acts of terrorism are also exploited by the global elite to expand the government, particularly by creating a “Big Brother” police state at the expense of individual liberties.

This overall strategy of exploiting an exacerbated problem, known as the Hegelian dialectic, is about as old as the institution of government itself.
Simply put, the globalists take advantaged of a problem to instigate a public reaction – fear – they then exploit to offer a predetermined solution: the eradication of national sovereignty in favor of a regional or even a global government the globalists control to their benefit at the public’s expense.
“Most of us unwittingly fall victim to it all too often and sadly if we don’t stop, we will continue to lose our free will and liberties,” journalist General Maddox wrote. “It has been widely used by our governments and corporations around the world.”
“You could say that in terms of controlling the masses, and society in general, its deployment has been an effective tool in keeping humanity in check.”

An oil field in northern Syria, which fell to militants during the country’s insurgency crisis.
The United States military has ramped up its offensives against the Daesh (ISIS/ISIL) terrorist group in Syria, taking out scores of militant trucks during an aerial raid in the Arab country’s east, according to the New York Times.
The US daily said Monday that American warplanes for the first time attacked hundreds of ISIL trucks earlier in the day that the extremist group has been using to smuggle the crude oil it has been producing in Syria, listening to Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump’s calls to bomb the ISIS oil fields.
Citing US officials, the NYTimes said an initial assessment showed 116 trucks were destroyed in the attack, which took place near Deir al-Zour, an area controlled by Daesh militants close to Syria’s eastern border with Iraq.
The airstrikes were carried out by four A-10 attack planes and two AC-130 gunships based in Turkey, the paper added.
It said plans for the strike were developed well before the terrorist attacks in and around France’s capital city on Friday, and that the assault is part of a broader operation to disrupt ISIL’s ability to fund its terror offensives.
Daesh is said to generate as much as $40 million a month by producing and exporting oil it steals from the areas under its control.
The report said until Monday, the United States had refrained from striking the ISIL oil fleet, which is estimated to include more than 1,000 tanker trucks, because of concerns about causing civilian casualties.
It noted that the new campaign is called ‘Tidal Wave II’, named after the World War II effort to counter Nazi Germany by striking Romania’s oil industry.
According to the New York Times, which cited an unnamed US military official, a number of tactics were used to reduce the risk of harming civilians. Two F-15s dropped leaflets about an hour before the attack warning drivers to abandon their vehicles.
The area where the trucks assembled in Syria has been closely monitored by US reconnaissance drones. As many as 1,000 trucks have been observed there, waiting to receive their cargo of illicit oil, the report said, adding that at the time of the attack, 295 trucks were in the area, and more than one-third of them were destroyed.
The A-10s dropped two dozen 500-pound bombs and conducted strafing runs with 30-millimeter Gatling guns. The AC-130s attacked with 30-millimeter Gatling guns and 105-millimeter cannons.

According to the Office of Alabama Governor, US state of Alabama has stated its intention to refuse Syrian refugees following the recent attacks in Paris.

On Friday night, extremists attacked several venues across Paris, killing at least 132 people and injuring over 350 at restaurants, the Bataclan concert hall and in the vicinity of the Stade de France stadium. According to media reports, at least two suspects have been in Syria at some time in the past.
“After full consideration of this weekend’s attacks of terror on innocent citizens in Paris, I will oppose any attempt to relocate Syrian refugees to Alabama through the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program,” Gov. Robert Bentley said as quoted in the press release on Sunday.
As of today, Alabama has not accepted any Syrian refugees, however, several have been relocated to neighboring states, according to the press release.
Syria has been in a state of civil war since 2011. The conflict between government forces and rebels, exacerbated by jihadist groups active in the region, has killed some 230,000 and forced over four million Syrians to flee the country, primarily to neighboring states and Europe.

A high-speed train in France has derailed near the German border in France’s Alsace region, killing 10 people and injuring 37 more.
The TGV (the French acronym for Train à Grande Vitesse) was in its test run dashing at the speed of 350 kph (217 mph) from Paris to Strasbourg when it was derailed and caught fire in Eckwersheim, located 6 kilometers (4 miles) north of Strasbourg in northeastern France.
According to Dominique-Nicolas Jane, a senior official in the Alsace region, the crash occurred over a bridge due to “excessive speed” but police said the cause of the accident has not been determined.
French Environment and Sustainable Development Minister Marie-Ségolène Royal said that all the passengers aboard were technicians with the country’s national state-owned railway company, SNCF.
Twelve of the wounded were in critical condition while the rest were “still trapped under the carriages.”
Search and rescue teams, equipped with sniffer dogs, were set to continue work throughout the night.
The ill-fated train was meant to go into service in spring 2016, as part of the next generation of TGV trains.
The crash has been the first fatal accident of TGVs since their launch in 1981.

Donald Trump says the tough gun control laws in Paris contributed to the high death toll during a series of terrorist attacks on Friday. The attacks, he added, also reveal the danger in allowing Syrian refugees into the country.
“You can say what you want, but if they had guns — if our people had guns, if they were allowed to carry — it would have been a much, much different situation,” Trump said to cheers during a political rally at an arena in southeast Texas on Saturday afternoon. “I hear it all the time, you know. You look at certain cities that have the highest violence, the highest problem with guns and shootings and killings — Chicago is an example, toughest gun laws in the United States, nothing but problems. So our country better get smart because we’re not smart right now.”
By making that comment, Trump doubled down on a message he tweeted in January, following a smaller-scale terrorist attack: “Isn’t it interesting that the tragedy in Paris took place in one of the toughest gun control countries in the world?” As that dated tweet recirculated on Friday evening, the French ambassador to the United States, Gerard Araud, tweeted at Trump: “This message is repugnant in its lack of any human decency. Vulture.”
