Editor's Note:

Twice a year, in a synagogue near you, we replay the Exodus: on Passover and on this coming Shabbat. This week, it's time to prepare to escape your Egypt.
What's your particular Egypt? For many of us, the bricks and mortar of our slavery are stress and anxiety. That's why we're presenting you with an authentic Q&A from Tzvi Freeman that provides a remedy more powerful than any psychotropic to break you free of that slavery. As part of the regimen, we want you to take a full dose of Gentle Silence from Dovber Pinson, along with a brief lesson in existential exodus from the same Tzvi Freeman (read the Parshah essay for a fuller grasp). In an exquisite video short, Dov Greenberg will provide you a crucial strategy for escaping the processional caterpillar race of society.
Meanwhile, Malkie Silverfield will be dealing with any painful childhood experiences, while Sarah Chana Radcliffe will take care of parental trauma, and Chana Weisberg will help you liberate your child from his/her Egypt (no, you are not the Pharaoh).
Every exodus needs a destination, a.k.a. "home." We've got a whole section on creating a home this week, including Why Marry?, and what books your home can't be without.
The video and story sections are chock-full this week. Practically speaking, you can become an expert in Torah lifting (a.k.a. hagbah), heart walking, and reincarnation. Oh, and please, whether you're a little kid or a grown-up one, please don't laugh when watching Jono step on a rake in the dark.
