Just Brazilian Propaganda
The Death Squads of the various Brazilian Secret Police corps, departments (there are Secret Police Departments by ALL the military and police corps) and officers are going on with assassinations and persecutions, both indigenous and on AngloAmerican-NATO request. They have government promotion, management and cover, also from both Lula and Dilma. The structures of the Condor Operation are fully operative. They were never dismantled.
