Putin Order Allows Sinking Of US Navy Ship As Russians Warned To Leave America

The Ministry of Defense (MoD) is reporting this morning that yesterday, 30 May, President Putin used the powers and authorities granted to him as Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, in accordance with Article 4 of the Federal law “On Defense”, to authorize the sinking/disabling of an American warship by Federation naval air forces as it neared the maritime border of Russia in the Black Sea.
According to this report, MoD radar operators manning electronic monitoring stations in the Black Sea Region reported yesterday that a US Navy Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, designated as the USS Ross (DDG-71), left the Romanian port of Costanta and began a “provocative and aggressive” wartime maneuver sailing at full combat speed towards the Russian maritime border, an action that was immediately designated by MoD commanders as “a clear danger to the strategic stability” of the Federation.
Upon President Putin being informed of this “potential act of war”, this report says, his order to defend the Federation activated the 43rd Independent Naval Shturmovik (Assault) Air Squadron of the Black Sea Fleet Air Arm who immediately launched 4 Sukhoi Su-24 supersonic all-weather attack aircraft to attack/confront the USS Ross.
Federation military commanders then reported, this MoD report says, that these 4 scrambled Su-24 attack fighter jets were able to demonstrate to the USS Ross a readiness to “forcibly suppress border violations and defend the country’s interest”, actions which forced this US Navy ship to “rapidly retreat” from Russia’s maritime border region and return to its Romanian port.
These Federation military commanders in a further statement regarding the rapid retreat of USS Ross yesterdaywhen faced by these Su-24’s also stated: “It seems that the Americans did not forget the April 2014 incident when one Su-24 actually shut down all equipment on the new USS Donald Cook American destroyer with anti-missile system elements.”
In regards to this referred to April 2014 Black Sea “incident” involving the USS Donald Cook, US military experts have written about widely, including the American Veterans Today News Service who in their article titled AEGIS Fail in Black SEA, Ruskies Burn Down USS Donald “Duck” wrote:

“A Russian Sukhoi Su -24 with the newest jamming complex paralyzed in the Black Sea the most modern American combat management system “Aegis” installed on the destroyer “USS Donald Cook”. Pavel Zolotarev, Deputy Director, Institute of USA and Canada, shares details about this version which is being actively discussed in the Russian media and by bloggers.
US destroyer “Donald Cook” with cruise missiles “Tomahawk” entered the neutral waters of the Black Sea on April 10. The purpose was a demonstration of force and intimidation in connection with the position of Russia in Ukraine and Crimea. The appearance of American warships in these waters is in contradiction of the Montreux Convention about the nature and duration of stay in the Black Sea by the military ships of countries not washed by this sea.
In response, Russia sent an unarmed bomber Su- 24 to fly around the U.S. destroyer. However, experts say that this plane was equipped with the latest Russian electronic warfare complex. According to this version, “Aegis” spotted from afar the approaching aircraft, and sounded alarm. Everything went normally, American radars calculated the speed of the approaching target. And suddenly all the screens went blank. “Aegis” was not working any more, and the rockets could not get target information. Meanwhile, Su-24 flew over the deck of the destroyer, did battle turn and simulated missile attack on the target. Then it turned and repeated the maneuver. And did so 12 times.”

To the Obama regime and its mainstream propaganda organs protesting that the USS Ross was operating in international waters thus allowing it to perform combat operations, MoD experts in this report explain, nothing could be further from the truth as the Black Sea Region is designated as neutral waters strictly prohibiting such aggressive actions as outlined, since 1936, in the Montreux Convention Regarding the Regime of the Straits.
As to why the Obama regime ordered such a dangerous provocation against the Federation this report doesn’t explain, but it does note that nearly a fortnight ago, 22 May, the Foreign Ministry warned all Federation citizens traveling abroad of the risks posed by US law enforcement bodies and special services, which it said were hunting for Russians around the world.
And to how seriously Federation citizens should heed this Foreign Ministry travel warning, this report grimly concludes, is evident in the newly released data showing that American police forces have shot and killed at least 385 American citizens in the past 5 months alone…an amount of deaths, averaging 2 a day, at the hands of the Obama regime that is unprecedented in the modern history of free and democratic nations…and if this is what the US does to its own citizens, just imagine what they would do to Russians.
