The recent rise of the Flat Earth Movement and those pushing the flat earth theory has taken the webosphere and blogosphere by storm. It is, I would say, the 2nd biggest conspiracy of all. The interest has apparently been started and spearheaded by Eric Dubay, author of the Atlantean Conspiracy.
The idea of a flat earth has now attracted and converted some high-profile names, such as Andrew Basiago, the man who claims he teleported to Mars as part of Project Pegasus in the 1960s and 1970s. Basiago, by the way, revealed in this interview with Lisa Harrison that he intends to join the 2016 presidential race! The Bermuda Triangle has long been believed to be the site where a number of mysterious plane and boat incidents have occurred.
While it has become part of popular culture to link the Bermuda Triangle to paranormal activity, most investigations indicate bad weather and human error are the more likely culprits. Research has suggested that many original reports of strange incidents in the Bermuda Triangle were exaggerated and that the actual number of incidents in the area is similar to that of other parts of the ocean. While its reputation may scare some people, the Bermuda Triangle is actually part of a regularly sailed shipping lane with cruise ships and other boats also frequently sailing through the area. A team of Japanese archaeologists discovered 24 new geoglyphs in Peru’s Nazca Desert, which could be among the oldest in this area according to researchers from the Yamagata University from Japan.
Almost invisible on the surface, the images were obtained through 3-D scans conducted on the ground north of the city of Nazca. The Geometric shapes drawn on the desert floor were found a kilometer and a half north of the city of Nazca, the figures include a drawing of what appears to be a “llama” and other representations that are not so recognizable. According these lines would date back to the III and V centuries BC. This means that these newly found lines at Nazca would correspond to the time of the Paracas, which signifies that these new lines are the oldest lines ever found in the area, predating the more famous lines such as the hummingbird, monkey, humanoid figure, etc.  Read Entire Article »  |
