Back in 2001, as part of Dr Steven Greer's Disclosure Project, Sergeant First Class Clifford Stone blew the whistle on what he referred to as unacknowledged Special Access Programs (or uSAPs) within the US government.
Such programs are also commonly referred to as black projects or deep black programs and are of an extremely covert and secretive nature. Unacknowledged Special Access Programs are said to be highly compartmentalized and even those with the necessary security clearances can only access the information on a "need to know" basis. These uSAPs are also hidden from public oversight and accounting. The US Congress and the US President have no access to this information because they do not hold the necessary security clearances and neither do they have a "need to know".

In Soviet times, the Ministry of Defense was working on a secret project aimed at creating a superhuman with paranormal abilities.
Under this project, a group of scientists managed to get in touch with a foreign civilization. The head of this top-secret project shared some details with reporters for the first time. Everyone has heard of the famous boy king, Tutankhamun, but the name of his beloved sister and wife Ankhesenamun is rarely uttered.
The tragic life of Ankhesenamun was well documented in the ancient reliefs and paintings of the reign of her parents, the pharaoh Akhenaten and his great royal wife Nefertiti, until the death of Tutankhamun when the young queen seems to have disappeared from the historical records. Ankhesenamun ("Her Life is of Amun") was a queen of the Eighteenth Dynasty of Egypt. She was the third of six known daughters, and became the great royal wife of her half-brother Tutankhamun when he was just 8 to 10 years old and she was 13. It is possible that she was briefly married to Tutankhamun's successor, Ay, believed by some to be her maternal grandfather. The third eye in reality is the pineal gland. It is the spiritual third eye, our Inner vision and it is considered the seat of the soul. It is located in the geometric center of the cranium. The third eye, an inner eye is a mystical and esoteric concept referring in part to the ajna chakra in certain Eastern and Western spiritual traditions. It is also spoken of as the gate that leads within to inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness. The third eye is a natural part of every person but it is a meta organ. It consists of all the senses and mind working together as a larger more powerful sensory organ. The third eye as a sense can be used in many different ways. It opens up our senses to patterns around us. It’s used by seers to make connections and answer questions. It’s used by energy workers to feel the energy and then manipulate that energy.
