A grim new Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin states that President Putin, in utilizing his position as Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Armed Forces, earlier today authorized the immediate implementation of the MoD’s feared “Defend Israel” war plan allowing for tactical nuclear weapons use to be decided on by Field Commanders in the Middle Eastern Levant War Zone.
Western intelligence experts have estimated that Russia currently has in excess of 2,000 of these feared tactical nuclear weapons whose battlefield use is meant to offset the relative weakness of its conventional forces when war erupts with West.
According to this report, the “Defend Israel” war plan was devised in 2014 by the MoD after the Obama regime created the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL/ISIL) nation-state terror organization in their bid to topple the Syrian government, fracture the nation of Iraq along its Sunni-Shiite religious line, and prevent the creation of an independent Kurdish country, all in a bid to prevent the building of the Shiite backed Iran-Iraq-Syrian natural gas pipeline agreed to in 2013.
The true purpose of the Obama regime in creating ISIL/ISIS, this report explains, was to complete the takeover of eastern Syria and western Iraq by Sunni-backed terrorists, financed by Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States, particularly Qatar, in an attempt to build massive natural gas pipelines through this region to Turkey, and then to the EU, in order to collapse the economy of Russia whose largest customer for its vast energy reserves is Europe, but which the previously proposed Shiite Iran-Iraq-Syrian pipeline to the Mediterranean would not compete with.

Along with this Obama regime “strategy” of destabilizing the entire Middle East in order to collapse the Russian economy with this pipeline scheme, this report continues, they also, in 2014, at the same time they were creating ISIL/ISIS, launched what the former founder and CEO, George Friedman, of the “Private CIA” American intelligence organization Stratfor called “the most blatant coup in history” against Ukraine.
With neo-Nazi backed Obama regime backed forces having toppled the legitimate government of Ukraine, and with ISIL/ISIS beginning its rampage throughout the Middle East, this report continues, President Putin, in early 2014, authorized the use of nuclear weapons to halt the West’s advance against Russia’s “strategic economic interests”…which we had reported on in our 22 February 2014 report Russian Threat Of War Over Ukraine Stuns Obama Regime, and which President Putin publicly acknowledged this past April.
Realizing, however, that Russia’s then current defense doctrine was inadequate to confront the growing war ambitions of the Obama regime, this report notes, a new war doctrine was established in December, 2014, withPresident Putin about it that Russia “shall reserve for itself the right to employ nuclear weapons in response to the use against it and/or its allies of nuclear and other kinds of weapons of mass destruction, as well as in the case of aggression against the Russian Federation with use of conventional weapons when the state’s very existence has been threatened”.
As to what would constitute a “threat to the state’s very existence”, this report says, the MoD devised a number of battle plans outlining the exact criteria wherein nuclear weapons would be authorized to be used.
And of these battle plans, this report grimly notes, the “Defend Israel” strategic war plan included the criteria of if that nation’s borders were about to be placed under siege by ISIL/ISIS forces, Turkey (a NATO member) began an invasion of Iraq to attack the Kurds, and Jewish civilians in Ukraine came under attack by Obama regime backed neo-Nazi forces…all of which happened within the past 72 hours.
With Turkish forces having now invaded Iraq to attack the Kurds, this report warns, both Russia and Israel are now under threat as they support an independent Kurdish nation whose existence they deem vital to the Middle East.
Not being told to the West, this report explains, Russia has had a lengthy relationship with the Kurds, dating back to the Soviet era; and in 1946, the USSR supported the creation of a Mahabad Kurdish Republic in Northern Iran, but after the fall of that state due to the West, Moscow gave refuge to one of its key figures, the famous Iraqi Kurdish rebel leader Mustafa Barzani, and his followers.
Equally grave, this report continues, was this weekends brutal attacks against over 20,000 Jewish civilians in Ukraineby that governments neo-Nazi forces purported to be under the orders given by the Obama regime as a “gift” to the Saudi Arabian king who is currently visiting in Washington D.C. and whom President Obama always bows to when meeting.

With the criteria of the “Defend Israel” war plan being met, this report gravely states, Russian forces are authorized to continue their massive buildup in Syria…which the Obama regime attempted to block by ordering Bulgaria to close their airspace to all Russian flights, but which was thwarted when Iran later opened theirs so that these flights could continue.
Warships of the Caspian flotilla were further ordered to immediate combat status to protect these flights over Iran, MoD experts in this report note, and over 50 weapon-laden Russian military aircraft were, also, immediately ordered to Siberia in preparation for total war.
Most significant in this report on the activation of the “Defend Israel” war plan, it should be noted, was the Ulyanovsk 31st Guards Air Assault Brigade being put on immediate combat alert (along with 95,000 personnel, more than 7,000 items of combat hardware and around 150 planes) as this unit was the “protector” of Crimea after the 2014 Obama-staged coup against Ukraine and, also, has extensive United Nations “blue helmet” experience as peacekeepers in war zones.
Though not exactly stated, the MoD’s “Defend Israel” war plan does elude to a scenario where Russian forces would “break out” from their established Syrian bases to confront ISIL/ISIS terror forces and defeat them…then establish “protected zones” for the welfare of civilians and “established international borders” while awaiting further actions by the United Nations, not the Obama regime, to establish peace in this region.
And in a not-so-subtle “warning” to the Obama regime, should it attempt to stop Russia’s “Defend Israel” war plan, nearly immediately after it was issued, the official Moscow news service , Sputnik, posted a mysterious anonymous article titled NATO Could Take a Walk Down Memory Lane and Stop Provoking Nuclear War, which, in part, said:
“A local nuclear war sparked by the North Atlantic Alliance’s relentless saber-rattling would leave millions killed in the heart of Europe – NATO’s own history attests to this fact.
The bloc should take a walk down memory lane. In 1954, NATO embraced a preemptive nuclear strike doctrine and a year later it staged major war games simulating a nuclear exchange between the member states and the forces of the Communism bloc.
Known as Carte Blanche, they lasted six days and involved eleven nations, which dropped more than 330 tactical nuclear bombs.
“Tactical nukes packed a smaller yield than their larger strategic cousins. The logic behind using them held that the weapons were large enough to offset NATO’s disadvantage against the conventionally superior Soviet forces,” Adam Rawnsley explained in an article published by the War Is Boring website.
The results were dreadful: the conflict was estimated to have left 1.7 million dead and 3.5 million wounded in Germany alone.”
But to if the Obama regime is listening to this warning to stop nuclear war it appears not to be the case as one of its major backers, and America’s second richest man, Warren Buffet, summed up that nation’s elites thoughts about their own citizens by shockingly stating this week:
“You want everybody educated to their potential. You want people to reach their potential. That still won’t work for some people in a highly developed market system.
I mean if this were a sports-based system, you could give me a PhD in football, and I could practice eight hours a day, and I might be able to carry the water from, not onto the field, but from the locker room to the bench. There’s just some people don’t fit well into a highly skilled market-based economy.
They’re perfectly decent citizens. We’ll send them off to Afghanistan, but they are not going to command a big price.”

The United States has warned its citizens in South Africa of a possible attack by “extremists” against American government and business interests.
The US embassy in Pretoria said in a statement on its website Tuesday that US facilities or interests are potential targets of extremist groups, a rare security alert in a stable country seldom associated with militancy.
The embassy said it had no information about a specific target or timing, but warned US citizens to stay vigilant and review their personal security plans.
The diplomatic mission in Pretoria “has received information that extremists may be targeting US interests in South Africa, to possibly include US government facilities and other facilities identifiable with US business interests,” the statement said.
“There is no additional information as to timing or potential targeting,” the message added.
South Africa’s state security department refused to confirm or deny knowledge of the threat.
The US State Department has not issued a travel warning to South Africa at this time.
According to the US State Department, “Anti-US violence is not common in South Africa, but the Department of State remains concerned about the continued worldwide threat of terrorist attacks, demonstrations, and other violent actions against US citizens and interests overseas.”

Pope Francis has made it easier for Catholics to end their marriages, making the most substantial changes to annulment procedures in centuries. He said the reforms are aimed at providing a “just simplicity” for the “heart of the faithful.”
An annulment, formally known as a “decree of nullity,” is a ruling that a marriage was not valid according to Church law because certain circumstances, such as free will, psychological maturity and openness to having children, were lacking.
The annulment process has often been criticized for being cumbersome, lengthy, outdated, and expensive. Many say the rules discourage even those with legitimate grounds from trying to get annulments.
The pontiff aimed to put end to those complaints on Tuesday, stating that the “impulse for reform is fed by the enormous numbers of the faithful who…are too often alienated from the juridical structures of the church…”
He said the process should be sped up so that those seeking annulments will not be “long oppressed by darkness of doubt” over whether their marriages could be dissolved.
The new rules, based on a year’s work by a papal advisory commission, eliminate the requirement that any annulment granted by a church court must be automatically reviewed by another set of judges.
They also establish a “fast-track trial” to be judged by a local bishop who can grant an annulment in less than two months. This option would be available in cases where both parties agree to an annulment, and where evidence for marriage dissolution is especially strong.
Pope Francis also stated that annulments – which can cost thousands of dollars in legal fees – should be free of charge and that bishops should provide more help to divorced couples.
Monsignor Pio Vito Pinto, dean of the Vatican court that rules on annulments, told a news conference that the new rules are the most substantive changes to annulment laws since the papacy of Benedict XIV, who reigned from 1740 to 1758.
The pontiff did, however, reaffirm his position on the “indissolubility of marriage” on Tuesday.
The Catholic Church does not recognize divorce. Catholics who re-marry in civil ceremonies are considered to be still married to their first spouse, thereby living in a state of sin. This bars them from receiving holy sacraments such as communion.
The reforms come just one month before the next synod on the family, where various issues – such as the place of remarried and gay Catholics in the church – will be discussed.
This is one of many forward-thinking moves by Pope Francis, who has earned a reputation as a reformist seeking to make the Catholic Church more modern and open.
Earlier this month, the pontiff called on all priests to pardon women who have abortions, as well as the doctors who perform them, during the coming holy year.
In June, he became the first pope to use scientific data in a major teaching document, in which he called global warming a largely man-made problem driven by overconsumption.
He has also called for a greater role of women in the governance of the Church, though he has reaffirmed the all-male priesthood.

Rachael Fee, 31, and Nyomi Fee (right), 28, are accused of beating Liam Johnson, or Fee, to death over eight days in 2014 then trying to frame a schoolboy for the death.
A mother and her lesbian lover appeared in court yesterday to deny murdering her two-year-old son, blaming his death on a seven-year-old boy.
Rachael Fee, 31, and Nyomi Fee, 28, are accused of beating Liam Johnson, or Fee, to death over eight days in 2014 then trying to frame a schoolboy for the death.
The couple, who appeared at the High Court in Glasgow, are also charged with ill-treating and neglecting two boys, who cannot be named for legal reasons, over a two-year period.
The women denied all charges and will go on trial next year.
Brian McConnachie, QC, representing Rachael Fee, also known as Rachael Trelfa, and Mark Stewart, QC, representing Nyomi Fee, both tendered not guilty pleas on their client’s behalf.
Rachael Fee and Nyomi Fee, who are in a civil partnership, deny murdering Liam by repeatedly inflicting blunt force trauma to his head and body by unknown means in Thornton, Fife, on various occasions between March 15 and 22, 2014.
They also pleaded not guilty to attempting to defeat the end of justice by falsely telling a 999 operator, ambulance staff, police, friends and family members that a seven-year-old boy was responsible for Liam’s death.
The lesbians deny murdering Liam (pictured) by repeatedly inflicting blunt force trauma to his head and body by unknown means in Thornton, Fife.
It is alleged that on various occasions between January 2012 and March 2014 they failed to provide Liam with adequate exercise or mental stimulation by leaving him in his pushchair for prolonged periods and putting a blanket over his face and leaving him in a darkened room.
It is claimed they failed to provide him with enough food and gave him medicine intended for another child and Calpol to keep him quiet and make him sleep.
The women, now of Ryton, County Durham, also deny harming two boys from January 2012 to March 2014.
It is alleged they compelled one of the boys to stand naked under a cold shower as a punishment for wetting the bed, bound him in a cage made from a metal fireguard, with cable ties, string, and a dressing gown cord, placed items on him and struck him.
It is alleged they forced the boy’s hand into the mouth of Liam, who was dead, on March 22, last year, before the arrival of the police and paramedics.
The women are accused of tying the second boy naked to a chair in their bedroom where they kept rats and snakes, and slapping him if he moved.
Both women are on bail and trial was set for April 4 next year at the High Court in Livingston by judge Lady Rae.

Millions of refugees have crossed into Europe in the last five years from Middle East and Africa. Starting from 2011 in Libya, the United States dropped bombs in order to replace Muammar Gaddafi. Since then the chaos has not stopped from escalating, wrote US author Eric Zuesse.
The American-sponsored bombing campaign has been creating terror in many countries in the last few years, more recently, in eastern Ukraine which has led to refugees escaping to Europe. The current war in Syria also has its roots starting in Washington, analyst Eric Zuesse believes.
And yet, despite millions of US-displaced refugees flooding into Europe, European nations still permit US troops to remain stationed on European soil.
“The current refugee-crisis was, in fact, caused by America’s continuing obsession to destroy Russia — an obsession that the EU goes along with, and now suffers greatly from, not only because of loss of their Russian trading-partner, but because of the influx into Europe of millions of refugees that were displaced by this New Cold War,” Zuesse wrote for the Strategic Culture Foundation.
He further explained that the crisis was not caused by Russia’s defensive measures against an increasingly aggressive NATO. It was caused by US aggressions, which the EU continues to ratify.
The analyst refers to the investigative journalist Christof Lehmann who published an investigative piece on 7 October, 2013, at his MSNBC news site, “Top US and Saudi Officials responsible for Chemical Weapons in Syria,” and he opened:
“Evidence leads directly to the White House, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Martin Dempsey, CIA Director John Brennan, Saudi Intelligence Chief Prince Bandar, and Saudi Arabia´s Interior Ministry,” The US has been allied with the Saudi royal family since 1945.
Lehmann said that the chemical-weapons attack “in the Eastern Ghouta Suburb of Damascus on 21 August 2013,” which attack US President Barack Obama was citing as his reason for planning to bring down Syria’s pro-Russian dictator, Bashar al-Assad, whom Obama was blaming for the chemical attack.
However, much like another great investigative journalist Seymour Hersh subsequently reported (using different sources) in the London Review of Books on 17 April 2014, Lehmann’s even-earlier investigation found that the US had set up the chemical attack, and that it was actually carried out by Islamic jihadists that the US itself was supplying in Syria, through Turkey. Lehmann reported:
“After the defeat of the predominantly Qatar-backed Muslim Brotherhood and Free Syrian Army (FSA) forces, which were reinforced by Libyans in June and July 2012, the US —Saudi Axis was strengthened. Uncooperative Qatari-led brigades which rejected the new command structure had to be removed. The influx of Salafi-Wahhabbi fighters to Syria was documented by the International Crisis Group in their report titled ‘Tentative Jihad.’”
Hersh’s report added to Lehmann’s, a powerful confirmation by British intelligence, which found that the source of the chemical-weapons attack couldn’t possibly have been Assad’s forces.
“Journalist John Pilger provided the best summary description of the horrific and intentional catastrophe that Obama and his Secretary of State Hillary Clinton perpetrated upon the Libyan people,” Zuesse wrote.
The international war crimes that have been done by US together with the Saudi and other Arabic royal families have resulted in the massive influx of refugees into Europe.
The decision that the EU leaders have made in relation to supporting US in their war crimes have resulted in the current crisis.
Germany’s own leader, Merkel is complicit in helping to cause the surge of Syrians who are trying to find safe haven in Germany and other European countries, Global Research reported.
The European public suffers much from them. Europe is being destroyed by them — by US agents. Why are there not enormous public displays in the EU against America, instead of against the refugees, etc.?
Real compassion for those refugees would be a demand to get the US out of the EU, concluded Zuesse.
