An ex-soldier has spoken for the first time about what he describes as a mass UFO sighting in the desert near Roswell - the scene of the world's most famous flying saucer case.

The witness, who has yet to be named, has reported unidentified flying objects he claims up to 500 other military personal saw in the New Mexico desert.

His report has been made to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), the world's officially-recognised body for recording sightings.

The re-entrance of marijuana into the main stream consciousness has come on the back of revelations that the herb has massive cancer curing potential.

The cannabinoids, molecules within the plant, enter the human body on consumption and bind with receptors that are already in place. Our bodies are made to handle this stuff.

The resulting endocannabinoids that are released by the human body perform a variety of positive effects, including regulation of cell growth.

I don’t know what 2016 means for all of you, but for me, it signals the start of the conscious community’s real work.

Our social and spiritual work each year lays the foundation for what we’ll achieve in the years to come, and since we’ve been able to do so much up to this point, this year can’t help but be active and eventful.

I think the conscious community will become more active this year as we realize how valuable our work is, and we’ll subsequently understand the value of inactivity, which we can practice while keeping an active lifestyle.

Some of us might meditate more while working harder to fulfill our life purpose, and we’ll merge our understanding of the value of activity and inactivity as we learn how they can both help us make a positive inner/outer change.

The human mind is easily programmed, and human behavior is largely autonomous once the sub-conscious has a suggestion of what to do. By default, people seem inclined to conform to the ideas, environment and behaviors around them, at least as a means of survival and of fitting in.

Unless an individual takes charge of their own mind and their own behavior, most people are content to follow along with what other people are doing, even if that means doing something self-destructive.

As we grow, we learn how to play and interact with others, and we learn how others react to us. We begin to develop an understanding of which behavior is acceptable and which is not, and if we are paying attention, we realize that there is a subtle system of rewards and punishments involved in social interaction.
