Yet again, another year passes and we all think (at least a little bit) about what the new year will bring.

While losing weight, eating healthy, and quitting smoking are all fantastic resolutions to have, there is one thing that you could do that would make ALL of your dreams a reality, and that is to make it your mission to master the Law of Attraction this year.

The universe responds to your thoughts and feelings and brings you exactly what is going on in your mind. Unfortunately, most people think and feel as a reaction to the things that are already occurring in their realities.

This reactivity often creates a cycle of anger, depression, hostility or anxiety. For example, you become angry about something, and this causes the universe to deliver to you something else that makes you angry. Then you get angry again and the cycle repeats.

Contrary to the gym mythology, true strength training is not about your muscles but about your mind. Anyone with a serious injury knows that rebuilding muscle strength can be difficult.

Now researchers at the Ohio Musculoskeletal and Neurological Institute (OMNI) at Ohio University have verified what many coaches and athletes have been stating for decades--that the mind is critical in maintaining muscle strength.

The article “The power of the mind: the cortex as a critical determinant of muscle strength/weakness” is published in the Journal of Neurophysiology.

The research suggests muscles respond to simple thoughts of exercise; simply imagining exercise can trick the muscles into delaying atrophy and even getting stronger. It's further proof that brain and body, which evolved together, are more entwined than separate.

But four years ago, the San Francisco school district came across a potential answer for their issue, one that cleverly had its students look ‘inward’ for the outward solution.

The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) recently published a disease map purporting to show that disease outbreaks are the fault of the unvaccinated.

While the mainstream media like PBS ran the story, they missed the fact that the CFR map shows the highest disease outbreaks in the most-vaccinated populations.

Right off, and at the very beginning, I say this article will cause rumblings and a stir amongst many, if not all, on both sides of the vaccine safety issue, especially with vaccine apologists.

My reason for saying that is because what I discuss is strictly my evaluation of the interactive data map showing communicable infectious diseases globally, as prepared by the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), which points out some grave problems regarding vaccine statistics, in my opinion. Please study the map before reading on.
