The State Duma Committee for Constitutional Law has rejected a suggestion to change the existing white, blue and red flag of the Russian Federation to the black, yellow and white tricolor used in the Russian Empire of the late 19th century. The bill was rejected on Wednesday almost without discussion, TASS reported. The original motion was drafted in July last year by MP Mikhail Degtyaryov of the populist nationalist party LDPR. The lawmaker claimed that the imperial flag was much more appropriate at current historical stage marked by many important events, such as Crimea’s accession into the Russian Federation, the start of the Russia-led economic bloc the Customs Union, and the rise of patriotism in general. Degtyaryov also notedthat when the Russian state was using the old flag its territory increased greatly and included Alaska, the Caucasus, Crimea, Eastern Prussia, Poland, the Baltic States, several Central Asian states and Finland. The suggestion met strong opposition from lawmakers and the community the moment it appeared. MPs said that the populace was content with the existing flag and the costly change was simply unnecessary. The head of Russia’s Monarchist Party, Anton Bakov, noted in press comments that the move was discrediting the very idea of monarchy. “How can Russia use the Romanov dynasty flag before the descendants of the emperors return to their homeland? The tsars got the Kremlin stolen from them, and the Hermitage Palace. Now the LDPR deputy wants to steal their flag,” Bakov told reporters. The black, yellow and white flag was approved as a national symbol by Emperor Alexander II in 1858 and remained as such till 1896. According to the official explanation the flag borrowed the colors from the imperial coat of arms, the Byzantium eagle was black, the Byzantium banner was gold, and the horse of St. George, also pictured on the Moscow City emblem, was white. However, the black, yellow and white scheme was also used by German Kaiser of the same period, and back then Russia allied with Prussia and other German states. Various combinations of the imperial standard and the white-blue-red tricolor were used between the 1896 and 1917. Modern Russia approved the white, blue and red tricolor in 1991. It was the flag used by supporters of Boris Yeltsin during the 1991 coup attempt and was modeled on the flag of the Russian Republic, the state that existed between the Tsar’s abdication in February 1917 and the October Revolution. The official explanation of the tricolor colors was the claim that it symbolizes the principles of Russian statehood. These days the imperial standard is used only by fringe Russian nationalists who blame Yeltsin and his pro-Western policies for most of Russia’s present-day problems. Source |

On Friday, the Italian Foreign Ministry issued a statement, saying the country’s ambassador and staff are returning home from Italy’s embassy in Yemen. The ministry further expressed hope that through mediation of the UN special envoy to Sana’a, Jamal Benomar, security would be restored to Yemen in order to pave the way for the reopening of its embassy in Sana’a. In the same vein, Germany’s ambassador and its diplomatic staff in Sana’a left Yemen on Friday. On Wednesday, the French embassy in Yemen said in a statement that it will be closed from Friday until further notice, calling on all French nationals to leave the country due to “recent political developments and security reasons.” The personnel of the British embassy as well as the ambassador left the Yemeni capital early on Wednesday, UK Government Minister at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Tobias Elwood said. “The security situation in Yemen has continued to deteriorate over recent days. Regrettably we now judge that our Embassy staff and premises are at increased risk,” Elwood said in a statement posted on the embassy’s website, adding, “We have therefore decided to withdraw diplomatic staff and temporarily suspend the operations of the British Embassy in Sana’a.” In a similar move the same day, the US closed its embassy in Yemen, citing security concerns. “On February 11, 2015, due to the deteriorating security situation in Sana’a, the Department of State suspended embassy operations and US embassy Sana’a American staff were relocated out of the country,” a State Department travel warning said, adding, “All consular services, routine and/or emergency, have been suspended until further notice.” US officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the issue publicly, said on Tuesday that Washington might request the Turkish or Algerian embassies in Sana’a to represent American interests in the country. Over the past months, al-Qaeda militants have frequently carried out attacks on Yemen’s security forces. The militants have been also engaged in battles with the Ansarullah revolutionaries of the Houthi movement. Last week, the Houthi movement dissolved the parliament, following weeks of clashes with government forces. Ansarullah announced a constitutional declaration on the Transitional National Council, which is expected to replace the country’s parliament. In September 2014, Ansarullah fighters gained control of Sana’a, following a four-day battle with army forces loyal to General Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar, the half-brother of the country’s former dictator, Ali Abdullah Saleh. The Ansarullah revolutionaries say the Yemeni government has been incapable of properly running the affairs of the country and providing security. Before gaining control of the capital, Ansarullah had set a deadline for the political parties to put aside differences and fill the power vacuum, but the deadline was missed without any change in the political scene of the country. Ylva Johansson, Swedish integration minister, has announced a new law that will deliberately move new immigrants into “low immigrant” (majority Swedish) areas, instead of putting them in “high immigrant” areas, endangering the already almost extinct Swedish people. Back in October 2014, the Swedish Migration Board announced that it would have no problem breaking the law in order to do this; now it seems they will have the consent of the law. “All municipalities should take in refugees“, Johansson said, “The distribution [of non-European immigrants] is unreasonable. We need to make changes in the law for everyone to take responsibility” “We need legislative changes to ensure that all local authorities take responsibility for refugee protection” “Other EU countries must take greater responsibility. But I do not want to achieve it by making it more difficult or worse for people to come to Sweden.” Sweden has a tiny population of only 9.7 million, out of which at least 2.5 million are of foreign non-Swedish and even non-European descent. As of 2011, according to Wikipedia, 27% of Sweden’s total population was of foreign descent. There are no recent 2014 or 2015 statistics but the since the trend continued with increased speed, mostly because of the Arab Spring and ISIS issues in the Middle East, Sweden should now be at some 35% or more. If the current refugee trend continues, native Swedes, once known as the mighty Vikings, will go fully extinct by 2100 or maybe even sooner. |

For the first time US regulators have approved commercialized biotech apples amid attempts by the organic industry and other institutes to block the genetically modified fruit. The two apple varieties modified to resist browning are developed by the Canadian company Okanagan Specialty Fruits Inc., and were approved by the US Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) on Friday. The Canadian company is set to commence marketing the biotech apples under the commercial names of Arctic Golden and Arctic Granny, Reuters reported. The apples are exactly the same as their regular counterparts with the expectation that they will maintain a fresh appearance even after being sliced or receiving blows. Neal Carter, president of Okanagan referred to the approval as “a monumental occasion.” “It is the biggest milestone yet for us, and we can’t wait until they’re available for consumers,” he said in a statement. The new variety of apples will become available in small quantities in 2016 but will not be widely distributed for some time. The Organic Consumers Association (OCA) had petitioned the US Department of Agriculture to withhold approval, on the premise that the genetic alterations may prove harmful to humans and the apples may require excess levels of pesticides. OCA Director Ronnie Cummins has said that his organization will pressure food companies and retailers not to sell the fruits. Several consumer, environmental and science groups have stated worries that the alterations may have unintentional negative impacts on humans and other species. Okanagan said via a statement their apples have undergone “rigorous review,” and are “likely the most tested apples on the planet.” Source |

Tesla Motors says its ambitious plan to produce battery packs strong enough to power houses will be reality within six months. The promise comes as the company revealed lower-than-expected sales figures for Model S vehicles. “We are going to unveil the Tesla home battery, the consumer battery that would be for use in people’s houses or businesses fairly soon,” company’s CEO Elon Musk said during the latest earnings call, adding that the design stage of the product is over. The new type of battery is likely to be unveiled in the next “month or two,” Chief Technology Officer JB Straubel stated, adding that the idea is “really great” and “I’m really excited about it,” without further elaborating on the details of the design. The idea was mentioned last year as well, when Musk said he had something planned that would be placed in people’s homes and not their cars. The announcement came amid a somber sales outlook for the automaker, with latest figures falling short of predictions. Tesla shipped just 9,834 Model S vehicles in the fourth quarter, falling short of 11,200 total, which the company projected to deliver. Overall, Tesla assembled nearly 12,000 cars during the quarter. Following the news, firm’s shares dropped 4.6 percent on Thursday, with Tesla posting $0.13 loss per share versus the expected profit of $0.32 per share in the fourth quarter. Earlier in December, Musk tried to attract Chinese auto buyers to boost sales by announcing a trade-in program that would give shoppers a discount on a $100,000 Tesla car if they brought in their old car. An astounding new report circulating in the Kremlin today prepared by the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) states that top US newsman Brian Williams of NBC News has been “effectively destroyed” and three of his colleagues killed this past week over Obama regime fears they were ready to release evidence provided to them by Russia proving that the 11 September 2001 attacks upon America were an “inside job” done by their own government. Brian Williams [photo top right], this report explains, was the anchor and managing editor of NBC Nightly News (the most watched television news programme in the US) when after a week of savage attacks relating to common false memories experienced by all human beings was expelled from his post and still faces the likelihood of his being fired outright. Important to note about Williams, this report says, are that the “stolen valor” false memories he was accused of pale in comparison to those long told by former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton of her being under sniper fire in Bosnia when video footage shows the true facts of this not being so. Even more grimly to note, this report continues, is that not only has Williams and his reputation been “destroyed”, this past week three of his most important colleagues, former NBC international reporter Ned Colt [photo 2nd right], top CBS News correspondent Bob Simon [photo 3rd right], and top New York Times reporter David Carr[photo bottom right], were also killed. Bob Simon, 73, this report states quoting US propaganda mainstream media sources, was killed Wednesday in New York City in a car crash, and on Thursday Ned Colt, 58, was said to have perished by a massive stroke followed within hours by David Carr, 58, collapsing and dying in his New York Times newsroom office. Important to note about the deaths of these award winning journalists, and the “reputation destruction” of Williams, SVR experts in this report note, was that the four of them had formed an independent video news company last month and filed the necessary security documents that would allow them access to the Kremlin’s most secret archive of evidence relating to the 11 September 2001 attacks. In relation to these 9/11 archives held by the Kremlin, this report says, President Putin had previously alerted he was going to release them, and as we can, in part, read: [For English translation click HERE] “American experts believe that despite the fact that relations between the US and Russia reached the worst point since the Cold War, Putin delivered until Obama only minor troubles. Analysts believe that this is only the “calm before the storm.” Spearheading the independent video news company seeking to uncover the truth of 9/11 with Williams, this report continues, was David Carr who in his capacity at the New York Times was a champion of Edward Snowden and after having watched the documentary CITIZENFOUR for the second time tried to go to sleep…but couldn’t…so he turned the lights back on due to his fears of what his nation has turned into. Carr had, likewise, this report explains, became “seriously disillusioned” with the New York Times this past year over its reporting of the Ukraine war…and not just its failing to tell the truth, but its actually whiting out the Nazi emblems on the helmets of soldiers loyal to the regime battling the rebels. Working with both Williams and Carr on this 9/11 video project, the SVR says, was Ned Colt, who after leaving NBC News remained a lifelong friend of Williams and honed his humanitarian skills while working at the International Rescue Committee, and Bob Simon who remained “extremely regretful” of the US medias manipulation of the public in the run-up to war in Iraq. After the destruction of Williams, and the killings of Carr, Colt and Simon, this report grimly notes, the Obama regime has sent a “clear message” to the Americas elite media class daring anyone else to expose their darkest secrets. Even worse, SVR experts in this report state, with the media elites in the US now cowering in fear, the Obama regime has now turned its sights upon the alternative news media and is threatening to outlaw all websites that disagree with them, and has also shockingly backed a legislative proposal from The National Fraternal Order of Police to classify any criticism by the American people against the police as a “hate crime”. With President Putin having yesterday ordered the largest nuclear weapons exercises in history, and three more combat ships joining Russia’s fleet in the Mediterranean, one can only wonder who will be left to tell the American people about the true causes of World War III after the deaths and destruction of these journalists? Then again, there still remains little evidence that these people even care anymore. Source |

“I believe we agreed on a big deal. We agreed to a ceasefire starting at 00:00 on February 15,” Russian President Vladimir Putin told the media after the talks were finished. “The main thing achieved is that from Saturday into Sunday there should be declared – without any conditions at all – a general ceasefire,” Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko told journalists in a separate statement. Pullout compromise A compromise decision was taken over the disengagement line, which was the biggest stumbling block in the negotiation. According to the document, Kiev’s troops would pull back heavy weapons from the current frontline. The rebels would pull back from the line as it existed in September, when the previous ceasefire agreement was signed. The security zone separating the warring parties must be at least 50km wide for artillery over 100mm caliber, 70km for regular multiple rocket launchers and 100km for heavier weapons with a longer range, such as Tochka-U ballistic missiles, the document states. The weapons pullout must start on Sunday and be completed in no longer than 14 days. The OSCE is charged with implementing the ceasefire on the ground and will use its drone fleet and monitors to verify that both parties are sticking to the deal. The ceasefire deal provides for withdrawal of all “foreign troops, heavy weapons and mercenaries” from Ukraine under an OSCE monitoring. “Illegal armed groups” would be disarmed, but local authorities in the future would be allowed to have legal militia units. The agreement involves exchange of all prisoners, which is to be completed within 19 days. A general amnesty for the rebels would be declared by Kiev. The national government’s control over the borders between Donetsk and Lugansk Regions would be fully restored a day after municipal elections, which would be held in the regions as part of a profound constitutional reform. The agreement requires a political reform in Ukraine to ensure decentralization and a special status for its rebel provinces. It requires Ukraine to adopt legislation which would provide permanent privileges to the Lugansk and Donetsk Regions, currently self-declared republics, by the end of 2015. The legislation would include the right for language self-determination and trans-border ties with Russia, as well as the authority of the local governments to appoint local prosecutors and judges, the document states. Humanitarian and economic issues are also mentioned in the deal. Kiev would restore economic ties and social payments, which it cut in rebel-held areas, the document says. An international monitoring mechanism may be established for these payments. During the transition period an internationally-monitored mechanism for humanitarian aid to the regions affected by the war would be implemented, the document sates. Putin said that Kiev’s unwillingness to hold direct talks with the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics was among the reasons it took so much time to reach an agreement. “They may be unrecognized, but we have to deal with real life here, and if everyone wants to agree and have sustainable relations, direct contacts are needed,” Putin said. He added that the ‘Normandy Four’ expect the parties involved in the conflict to show restraint even in the days before the ceasefire takes effect. The terms of the ceasefire are spelled out in a document signed by members of the so-called contact group, which includes representatives from the rebel forces, Kiev, Moscow and the Organization for Cooperation and Security in Europe, Putin said. The members of the ‘Normandy Four’ – Putin, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande – supported a joint declaration describing the results of their work. The declaration was not meant to be signed by the leaders, Germany FM Frank-Walter Steinmeier said. If broken, no new memorandum possible Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Aleksandr Zakharchenko, who signed the Minsk document, said it required additional consultation and warned that “if these terms are broken, there will be no new meetings or memoranda.” He added that he and Igor Plotnitsky, the head of Lugansk People’s Republic, agreed to sign the document “due to guarantees from the president of Russia, chancellor of Germany and president of France,” with the hope that it would allow their people to “achieve peaceful development.” The new Minsk accord gives hope for de-escalation of the Ukrainian conflict, although it would require a major effort to build trust between the parties involved. The previous deal collapsed as neither Kiev nor the rebels implemented it fully, which means the threat of renewed hostilities in Ukraine continue to loom. Source |

Please share this video around to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the greatest single act of terror during World War II. More people died in the fire bombing of Dresden on February 13th to 14th, 1945 than in the nuclear bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki combined. Holocaust (noun) – “Great destruction resulting in the extensive loss of life, especially by fire.” Instead of viewing this mass murder of civilian innocents as a tragedy, many brainwashed psychopaths, anti-fascists, and other cultural Marxists worthy of life imprisonment, consider the Dresden holocaust to be a good thing and advocate for “doing it again“. Many of these sick and twisted people even go so far as to call for another bombing of innocent Germans in Dresden today simply for taking part in the PEGIDA patriotic movement. The guilty should be hold accountable and be punished for their horrible crimes against humanity. |

Question: When do you know that you live in a tyranny? Answer: When the citizens vote to ban red light cameras and the city reacts by suing them. St. Peters, O’Fallon, Lake St. Louis, and a councilman from O’Fallon have filed a lawsuit against their OWN CITIZENS. In November of last year, the citizens of St. Charles County democratically expressed their anger with the use of red light cameras in their town. Seventy-three percent of those who went to the polls approved a measure to ban red light cameras. However, the fat cat bureaucrats, apparently afraid of losing the money generated from the rights-violating red light cameras, don’t like that vote. They are now taking action to punish the citizens for trying to undermine their perceived authority. Source |

UK officials told AFP on Wednesday that driverless cars would improve road safety and create jobs for Britons in the sector. In fact, common sense tells us that this is a lie. It will cut thousands of taxi drivers, bus drivers, etc jobs. “We are launching officially four trials of semi-autonomous vehicles, the first step on the route to driverless technology,” said Transport Minister Claire Perry at the unveiling of a driverless car prototype in Greenwich, southeast London. Britain, the third biggest car producer in Europe, is providing £19-million ($28.9-million, 25.6-million-euro) to fund testing in several areas in the country. “It’s very good for road safety. Right now 93 percent of accidents are caused by driver error. It also has the opportunity to free up people’s time, to give us extra time in our days. And the other opportunity is to use the road capacity better,” Perry noted. The project includes testing a driverless shuttle vehicle in Greenwich and a driverless pod prototype in Milton Keynes in central England. An autonomous military jeep, designed by BAE Systems, will also be trialed in the southwestern city of Bristol. According to a survey carried out by uSwitch.com, nearly half of Britons are unwilling to be a passenger in a driverless car, while 16 percent of them think the idea is horrific. With all that said, the big question is, what about CUSTOM offroad with these so-called cars? They will only be able to drive on asphalt paved roads. Vocally commanding these cars would also prove to be a huge pain in the behind, especially if you are also listening to music while driving. So why would governments and NOT auto companies be involved and rather obsessed about these driverless cars? Simple, because its the best solution for slaves. Source |

Normally hidden from prying eyes in the Moscow region’s forests, the mysterious ‘Tesla Tower’ has been captured from above by an RT Ruptly drone. The research site is home to a massive impulse generator, one of the most powerful in the world. RT’s Ruptly was allowed to take exclusive drone footage of the Marx generator, better known as the ‘Tesla Tower,’ constructed back in the 1970s by the Russian Electrical Engineering Institute. The aim of the Soviet project was to have a machine to test insulation and the effects of lightning on aircraft. It was also intended to be used in the study of the weaponization of electro-magnetic pulses (EMP), as well as the effects of a nuclear or solar blast on vehicles and electronics. The structure, which rises above a forest near Moscow, is home to one of the world’s most powerful lightning machines, which is capable of creating 150-meter artificial lightning bolts. The generator is so powerful that it could discharge, although just for 100 microseconds, as much energy as all the facilities in Russia, including nuclear ones. The alien-like structure has been off limits to the public, but its intriguing design has not stopped bloggers from writing about it and visiting the facility in the town of Istra, 40 kilometers west of Moscow. The research center has conducted many tests since Soviet times. Despite its reputation as an abandoned site, the ‘Tesla Tower’ has been active all these years. Among the latest tests carried out were lightning protection tests for Russia’s Sukhoi Superjet aircraft. Source |
