The Belorussian government says it will be moving in 20,000 Chinese workers into the city ofSmalyavichy.
“Currently, there are 136 people. In total, we issued 6663 permits to Chinese workers. According to preliminary estimates, the construction requires about 20 thousand [Chinese] workers.” said Alexei Begun, Head of the Department for Citizenship and Migration, according to KP.by.
There are many out of work Eastern Europeans who go to Western Europe to find work. It is baffling that Eastern European governments are now bringing in Chinese workers, when there are supposedly no jobs for Eastern Europeans and those that are available, are poorly paid.
Just because the Belorussian government is bringing in Chinese workers does not necessarily mean they are trying to go ahead with European genocide. However, we have seen this is often the case. For example, Germany brought loads of Turks over as “guest workers” – now it’s full of them, and the government has declared that Islam “belongs to Germany”.
The difference between guest workers and immigrants is that guest workers are sent home when the work is done.
We will be keeping an eye on the Belorussian government to see if European genocide is indeed on their agenda.

The unprecedented degradation of the Earth’s resources threatens humans’ health gains.
The overexploiting of the Earth’s natural resources coupled with climate change can put at stake much of what humans have gained in their health enhancement efforts over the last 150 years, new study says.
The results of a study conducted by 15 leading scientists, published in the peer-reviewed medical journal The Lancet on Thursday, reveals that humans “have been mortgaging the health of future generations to realize economic and development gains in the present.”
“Health effects from changes to the environment including climatic change, ocean acidification, land degradation, water scarcity, overexploitation of fisheries, and biodiversity loss pose serious challenges to the global health gains of the past several decades and are likely to become increasingly dominant during the second half of this century and beyond,” the 56-page report further warns.
The report calls for an urgent action in a bid to both save and increase “planetary health” and “global health” through making a shift in the way we understand the relationship between human health and our environmental, economic or social progress.
“Solutions lie within reach and should be based on the redefinition of prosperity to focus on the enhancement of quality of life and delivery of improved health for all, together with respect for the integrity of natural systems,” the report added.

Greek Deputy Finance Minister Nadia Valavani has resigned ahead of the key vote in the Greek parliament on a third bailout agreed between Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras and the country’s creditors. She described the deal as Greek agony.
“Alexis, I am ready to serve in any capacity to the end during challenges. However, when our delegation returned with liabilities that are ‘stillborn measures’ and at such a price [by the creditors in fulfilling the reforms program], once again when the dilemma appears of retreating or Grexit, it will be impossible for me to remain a member of the government,” Valavani’s letter reads.
She called the debt deal reached Monday a “capitulation” by the government, that’ll hit the Greek people.
“This ‘capitulation’ is so overwhelming that it will not allow a regrouping of forces. With your signature there will be a deterioration in the status of an already suffering population, and this will be a tombstone around their necks for many years with little potential of redemption,” she wrote.
The letter was made public by the Greek finance ministry on Wednesday. Valavani was one of two deputy finance ministers, and was in charge of taxation and overseeing privatization.
The Greek parliament is going to vote on Wednesday on the austerity deal made between the creditors and Tsipras. There is no unanimity within Tsipras’ Syriza party. The vote can break up Syriza’s anti-austerity coalition with right-wing ANEL. This could lead to new elections in Greece.
Since the agreement Alexis Tsipras has been expected to reshuffle the government, with the resignation of Syriza members who refuse to support the agreement with European creditors.

The controversial military drill spanning seven states known as Jade Helm 15 has officially begun, but with no media allowed to cover the exercises, people have taken to Twitter to speculate on and poke fun at the hysteria surrounding the war games.
Expected to feature more than 1,200 troops from all US military branches, including some 200 Special Operations forces, the drills are scheduled to last until September 15. Little is officially known about the drills, but analysts have suggested they may be simulating scenarios in which American troops engage Islamic State militants in the Middle East as well as other adversaries.
The multi-state operation has drawn criticism and spawned conspiracy theories, however, ever since a map showcasing Texas and Utah as “hostile” territories. While declaring various lands “hostile” and “friendly” may be normal for a simulated war game, the map nevertheless triggered speculation in Texas that martial law might be just around the corner.
While Jade Helm has only just started, reports from outlets such as the New York Times, the Guardian, and local media stated that little, if anything, actually happened on the first day.
Still, small pockets of activity were noticed outside Camp Swift in Bastrop, Texas, where a convoy of National Guard troops was seen moving on Wednesday, according to the Houston Chronicle.
Another large military truck was spotted near the camp, though it’s unclear if its appearance was related to Jade Helm.
Otherwise, many residents were left with nothing to see.
“Where’s Jade Helm?” Dan Whitaker, owner of Dans Guns and Stuff LLC said to KXAN News. “That’s the big question that everybody is asking because nobody has seen anything.”
Speaking to the New York Times, Jack Campbell of Christoval, Texas said he hadn’t seen any signs of nefarious military activity just yet, but that he did buy extra ammunition for his guns as a precaution.
“Just in case,” he told the paper. “People are just vigilant. Not vigilantes, but vigilant. They don’t want to be caught off guard.”
One resident told a Dallas Morning News reporter he didn’t even know what Jade Helm was.
Another said the government has “given us enough [information] to concern us but not enough for us to know what’s actually going on … I don’t want us to become a police state.”
Across the US, the concern surrounding the military drills has been largely characterized as paranoia stemming from Texas residents who have traditionally had little trust in the federal government. When Jade Helm began Wednesday, many took to Twitter to make fun of the panic.
With no reporters embedded with the military units, some users simply began speculating wildly about could be happening. One even posted a screenshot from the movie “Starship Troopers” to depict the presumed chaos in Texas.
Meanwhile, others used the occasion to lampoon various political and cultural issues.
Still, some have taken the lack of media access to Jade Helm seriously. While the military has allowed reporters to cover drills in the past, Army Special Operations Command spokesman Lt. Col. Mark Lastoria said they would not be permitted to follow troops this time. A select number of reporters may be allowed to observe parts of the operation later, but that has yet to be determined.
“All requests from the media for interviews and coverage of US Army Special Operations Command personnel, organizations and events are assessed for feasibility and granted when and where possible,” Lastoria said in a statement released Wednesday to The Washington Post. “We are dedicated to communicating with the public, while balancing that against the application of operations security and other factors.”
Meanwhile, a group of hundreds of people has formed the “Counter Jade Helm” operation, during which volunteers will try to tail military participants, observe their actions, and report on their locations. While group surveillance leader Eric Johnston said he’s not concerned about Texas falling under martial law, he told the Houston Chronicle that he wants to maintain checks on the government.
“If a team member sees two Humvees full of soldiers driving through town, they’re going to follow them,” Johnston said. “And they’re going to radio back their ultimate location.”

Five individuals were killed in the shooting at the Navy Reserve center in Chattanooga, Tennessee, including the shooter.
While police are saying that the active shooter situation is now over, five individuals have been killed, which includes four marines and the shooter. Three injuries are also reported, including one police officer who was shot in the ankle.
“We do know that we have four individuals who are killed who are victims,” Mayor Andy Berke said during a news conference. “We know that the shooter was killed at the scene, as well.”
The US Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee Bill Killian said he considered the incident an act of domestic terrorism. Still, Killian urged the public not to focus on “labels” at this point.
Authorities are not releasing any information on the shooter at this time, though they do believe the shooting to be a single-shooter incident. The suspect is believe to be a local.
A US military official speaking to NBC News said that the gunman fired between 25 and 30 rounds. According to Chattanooga Mayor Andy Berke, one officer is “down” in connection with the incident.
Victims were taken to Erlaner hospital, which was put on lockdown. Sources indicate that an injured officer is currently in stable condition and about to go into surgery.
President Obama has been briefed on the situation, and the FBI and ATF are en route to assist in the investigation.
The shooting began at a military recruitment center Thursday morning and continued at a naval reserve center six miles away. Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots, most at the second location. All victims of the shooting were also found at the second location.
“I am deeply disturbed by reports of a violent attack in Chattanooga,” US Senator Lamar Alexander said in a statement. “I have been in touch with federal, state and local officials and will monitor the situation closely. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone involved.”
“I am heartbroken by the tragic shootings that have taken place in my hometown,” US Senator Bob Corker also said in a statement. “We have been in touch with federal, state and local officials and continue to monitor developments and have offered our assistance. This is a difficult day for Tennesseans and our thoughts and prayers are with all affected by this tragedy.”

US Army Chief of Staff General Ray Odierno has warned Russia not to create a crisis in Eastern Europe, saying his country is prepared for any possible conflict.
“We hope that the Russians wouldn’t (create a crisis), but we always must be prepared,” the general told the Wall Street Journal.
Gen. Odierno also noted that the United States is planning to increase its presence in the eastern European countries, deploying more weapons and soldiers in the region.
The general said the army would station tanks and other heavy equipment in Germany and add more “regionally aligned” US-based forces to Europe.
Washington is considering deploying extra tanks and Bradley Fighting Vehicles in the countries in the Baltics in order to accelerate deployments to Europe in a crisis, Gen. Odierno said.
“It would allow us to reinforce quickly, if we had to reinforce NATO,” he said.
The new report comes amid ongoing tensions between the US and Russia over the Ukraine crisis.
The Pentagon announced earlier that about 250 tanks and other armored vehicles will be placed in Poland, Romania and Bulgaria.
The United States accuses Russia of sending troops into eastern Ukraine in support of the pro-Russian forces, an allegation denied by the Kremlin.
In an interview with Press TV on Thursday, international lawyer Barry Grossman said there are people in the United States who are seeking a military conflict with Russia for their own economic profits.
“There are many people in the US establishment who would be ecstatic about a shooting war with Russia since that would send the US economy and their own profits in to overdrive,” Grossman said.

Police have cordoned off a park area in Bunbury, Western Australia, where a man with explosives took at least one person hostage, according to local media.
Police have confirmed there is a hostage situation in a park near the corner of Koombana Drive in Bunbury, according to a GWN7 News reporter.
The situation began unfolding at around 8pm local time (12.00 GMT).
It is believed that the man is in possession of explosive, however this information has not yet been confirmed.
Local media report the hostage taker is a middle-aged man; he’s sitting cross-legged next to the hostage, who’s lying face down on the ground.
The man also appears to have erected a sign with a message to law enforcement officials on a car parked near the Koombana Drive bridge. The sign reportedly says: “Release Batty Archibald CCC Report”.
The Bunbury Mail newspaper says a sniper is locked on to the hostage taker, who has been reportedly speaking on the mobile phone.
Law enforcement officers have described the situation as “volatile.”
A Tactical Response Team has been deployed to attend the siege situation, Nine News Australia reported.
Snipers have arrived at the area, according to local reporters tweeting from the scene. Dog squads, firefighters and ambulances are also in attendance.
Residents have been warned to avoid the area, which is not far from a popular fishing spot and the Grand Cinemas in Bunbury.
Heavily armed police have arrived at the scene and have asked reporters in the vicinity to leave the area.
Bunbury is the third largest city in Western Australia with a population over 68,000 people. It is located about 175 kilometers south-west of Perth.
The Bunbury incident follows a Perth siege in June in which five people were taken hostage by a man allegedly wielding a gun. Police freed the hostages after shooting at the 26-year old assailant, critically injuring him.

A stunning report circulating in the Kremlin today prepared by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) states that President Barack Obama’s “unexpected” telephone call to President Putin yesterday not only thanked the Federation’s leader for the nations help in reaching a Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) agreement with Iran, but further warned that America’s leader was now preparing to unleash the power and might of NATO against Israel within 3 months.
According to this report, on 14 July, the E3/EU+3 (China, France, Germany, the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom and the United States with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy) and the Islamic Republic of Iran signed an historic NPT agreement severely limiting Iran’s ability to manufacture or acquire nuclear weapons in exchange for global sanctions relief.
Welcomed by both the United Nations and world leaders, this report continues, the US Congress has yet to approve this NPT agreement, but must do so within 60 days…and which if it refuses to endorse would catastrophically damage the United States global reputation and standing.
When queried by President Putin as to if the US Congress would, indeed, endorse this NPT agreement with Iran, this report says, President Obama stated his “absolute assurance” that they would…and then “cryptically” added that “Israel is next” to be brought to heel before the world community for its “nuclear crimes” too.
Within hours of President Obama stating to President Putin his intentions to make Israel adhere to the NPT, this report says, NATO announced that its Commonwealth Trident Juncture-2015 exercise, that was scheduled to take place from 28 September to 06 November in multiple locations across the Alliance including Italy, Portugal and Spain with over 25,000 troops expected to participate, had, instead, been massively altered to now become one that Alliance’s largest military drills in history…and which will be deployed against Israel across the Mediterranean.
Over 36,000 NATO personnel from more than 30 countries will be participating in this massive war exercise, including non-NATO nations such as Sweden and Austria, this report explains, and is now scheduled to run from 3 October to 6 November…the exact time period immediately following the US Congress’ expected approval of the Iran NPT agreement.
Even more astounding about this massive war exercise, this report notes, was the Commander of the NATO military command in Brunssum, Netherlands General Hans-Lothar Domrose, who is organizing the exercise stating: “We invite international observers. [We have] no secrets, the secret is, what decisions I take, but everything else is transparent. And my decisions during the exercise would be transparent, as soon as I take them. The Russian Federation and all others who have expressed interest will be invited.”
Important to note about President Obama’s “anger” with Israel, MoD experts in this report say, has been their stealing nuclear secrets and covertly making atomic bombs since the 1950’s which western governments, including Britain and the US, have continually turned a blind eye to, but which the international community has increasingly become alarmed about and which led to last December’s UN General Assembly resolution calling on the Israelis to “accede to that[NPT] treaty without further delay, not to develop, produce test or otherwise acquire nuclear weapons, to renounce possession of nuclear weapons”.
Even worse, these MoD experts note, was the “secret deal” made between President Obama and EU leaders that if they supported his sanctions against the Russian Federation, he would then in turn (after the Iran NPT agreement was concluded) back their proposed UN sanctions against Israel.
Though the exact UN sanctions being planned by the EU against Israel are not contained in this MoD report, they were leaked this past March to the British newspaper Guardian and reported on by the Jerusalem Post News Service who, in part, wrote about them:
“The European Union has produced an explosive report recommending sanctions against Israel over its construction policies and security measures in Jerusalem, the British daily Guardian reported on its website on Friday.
The leaked report describes the capital as a city gripped by the worst “polarization and violence” since the second intifada of a decade ago.
The document, which is an amalgamation of recommendations prepared by European diplomats stationed in the region, accuses the government of exacerbating tensions in the city by accelerating construction in the eastern part of the capital.
According to The Guardian, the city has been beset by a “vicious cycle of violence… increasingly threatening the viability of the two-state solution.” The report goes on to say that Israel’s “systematic” construction of housing in “sensitive areas” has compounded the problem.
The EU report takes Israel to task for what it describes as “heavy-handed policing and punitive measures” against Arabs in the city, “including eviction and home demolitions by Israeli forces.”
More significantly, the document prescribes a series of measures aimed at curbing the distribution and sale of products manufactured beyond the Green Line.
The report urges restrictions against “known violent settlers and those calling for acts of violence as regards immigration regulations in EU member states.”
With the EU suffering its worst migrant crisis in its history due to the devastating instability of both the Islamic Middle East and Northern Africa, this report continues, President Obama and his European counterparts have agreed upon a strategy of “neutering” Israel as a means to stops these regions from causing a much larger regional, or even global, catastrophe.
And of the worst fears of both President Obama and EU leaders, this report warns, would be an Israeli unilateral nuclear attack upon Iran which would immediately plunge our entire world into war.
So in order to stop Israel, this report concludes, these Western powers have begun what they call a “carrot and stick” approach…which begins next week when US Defense Secretary Ashton Carter travels to Israel to offer them billions-of-dollars in additional conventional arms…but which will be contingent upon them accepting a two-state solution for their Palestinian population and joining the NPT which will mean their having to give up their nuclear weapons and putting their atomic facilities under international inspection and control measures.
To if this President Obama-EU “plan” against Israel will work this report doesn’t state…but it is interesting to note that one of America’s foremost futurists, Gerald Celente, stated this week that “Finally – finally! – Obama has earned his Nobel Peace Prize” after the Iran agreement, instead of global war, was signed. One can only hope this type of sanity continues.
