A startling new report circulating in the Kremlin today prepared by the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) states the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has “broken contact” with President Obama and has begun providing Russia with highly classified intelligence/satellite reports on Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL/ISIS) bases in Syria. According to this report, and confirmed by the German newspaper Bild am Sonntag, top CIA officials requested and received an immediate meeting with their SVR counterparts in Moscow this past Wednesday (16 September) where they pledged to assist Russia in defeating ISIL/ISISand stated that their reason for doing so was in order to prevent an all-out war from occurring in this region between NATO and Russian forces. This SVR report notes that they were told by their CIA counterparts that all of these American intelligence agents were “appalled” by the Obama regimes refusal to accept from Russia a massive list of known/suspected Islamic terrorists on the grounds that it was not “politically viable in the present atmosphere” to accept help from President Putin in protecting both America and Europe from these terrorists who are now entering these countries by the tens-of-thousands disguised as refugees. Further angering the CIA, this report continues, was the stunning revelation last week of an “intelligence revolt” in the American military when 50 of these spies publically stated that theirhonest assessment of the ISIS war were instead being turned into happy talk by the Obama regime to keep the American people from knowing the truth about the grave situation currently unfolding in the Middle East. Even more stunning, this report notes, these angry CIA agents meeting with the SVR confirmed that the Obama regimes efforts to build an anti-ISIL/ISIS counterforce in Syria was so inept that after spending $500 million, there are only 5 of these fighters reported to be trained. To how critical to Russia’s efforts to destroy ISIL/ISIS forces in Syria this meeting/agreement with these CIA officials was, this report says, was evidenced by President Obama’s statements before it when he warned on 11 September that Moscow’s strategy was “doomed to fail”, a “big mistake”, and in a patronizing little addendum said President Putin was “going to have to start getting a little smarter”. However, this report continues, immediately after the CIA met with the SVR, President Obama changed his course and ordered his Defense Secretary to start contact with Russia military officials to try to coordinate actions in the war zone. Where this latest development of the CIA now actively assisting Russian military forces in Syria will lead, this report queries, is still not known as the Obama regime has not been known for showing consistency in anything…rather they have, instead, along with their allies, continued their rampage destroying the Middle East which has collapsed the nations of Iraq, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, Yemen and Egypt leading to hundreds-of-thousands dead and fleeing from this needless genocide. And to the difference between Russia and the Obama regimes military involvement in Syria, this report reminds its readers, Russian military involvement is due to the fact that they were actually invited as they have a longstanding mutual defense pact with Syria…which they will not only honor, but will send as many troops as needed to defeat ISIL/ISIS should Syria ask for them so that no more American soldiers have to die. Washington has signaled its readiness to cooperate with Russia in the intelligence sphere in order to fight the Islamic State militant group in Syria, according to the German newspaper Bild am Sonntag. The United States has announced plans to develop intelligence cooperation with Russia in a bid to destroy the so-called Islamic State (ISIL), the German newspaper Bild am Sonntag reported, citing sources in the US secret services. According to the newspaper, representatives of the US Central Intelligence Agency and Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service held a meeting in Moscow last week to discuss cooperation between the two countries on Syria. Bild am Sonntag reported that Washington plans to render intelligence assistance to Moscow so as to support Russia’s activity against ISIL militants in Syria. The newspaper attributed Washington’s move to the Islamic State’s ever-increasing clout and the growing flow of refugees to Europe. During a telephone conversation on Friday, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and his US counterpart Ashton Carter agreed to continue to discuss the situation in Syria in the future. Earlier that day, US Secretary of State John Kerry said that President Barack Obama sees the talks between the two countries’ military as an important step. According to him, Washington is seeking areas of common interest with Russia on the possibility of bilateral military cooperation in Syria. Syria has been in a state of a civil war since 2011. Government forces have been fighting against opposition factions and numerous insurgent militant groups, including ISIL and the al-Nursa Front. According to UN figures, more than 220,000 people have been killed in Syria since the conflict began, with the number of Syrian refugees abroad exceeding 4 million people. Source |

Tidal wave of illegal immigrants will force West to intervene militarily in Syria. Dr. Mark Christian, an Egyptian-born former Muslim who served in the Egyptian military, told World Net Daily earlier this week the refugee crisis in Europe is an orchestrated event. “The media is making this out to be a spontaneous refugee crisis when this is actually a very organized event,” Christian said. The flood of refugees into Europe is designed to put pressure on the West and provide a pretext for an invasion of Syria, the removal of Bashar al-Assad, and the installation of a Sunni government, Christian claims. In May declassified US Defense Intelligence Agency documents from 2012 revealed the United States and its partners in the Gulf states and Turkey supported the Islamic State and plan to establish a Salafist principality in Syria. Christian, who heads up the Global Faith Institute in Nebraska, told the Hungarian Times the goal since the presidency of George W. Bush and the reign of the neocons at the Pentagon has been to remove Bashar al-Assad in Syria, Saddam Hussein in Iraq, Moamar Gadaffi in Libya, Hosni Mubarak in Egypt and other secular leaders in the Middle East and North Africa and replace them with radical Sunnis. The Muslim Brotherhood, a documented CIA and British intelligence asset, failed to install a Sunni government in Egypt. The country is now ruled by a military dictatorship. Dan Sanchez, writing for AntiMedia, warns “if the hawks were to get their wish of seeing Assad finally overthrown and his forces dismantled, there would then be zero local resistance to ISIS, Syrian Al Qaeda, and the other jihadist groups completely overrunning Syria.” 35 Million Migrants On Saturday Hungary’s minister for foreign affairs and trade, Peter Szijjártó, said the number of migrants rushing into Europe could exceed 35 million. “It’s a self delusion to call this situation a migration crisis; it is a massive migration of nations, with inexhaustible reserves,” Szijjártó said. “I don’t think that the analysis results, stating that 30-35 million people out there could possibly become migrants, would be an exaggeration.” “Libya, Yemen, Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan are all countries with a huge population and an extremely unstable situation,” he added. Moreover, according to United Nations data, 75 percent of the migrants entering Europe are men, and only 51 percent are Syrian. “Of the 366,402 refugees who arrived by crossing the Mediterranean Sea so far in this year, 51 percent — 186,865 — have been Syrian, up 5 percent from last month,” the International Business Times reported on September 6. “Far behind at 12 percent are Afghans, and ranking third are Eritreans at 8 percent. The remaining 29 percent included refugees from Nigeria, Iraq, Sudan and Somalia.” Source |

The US Defense Department is re-evaluating its Cold War era military plans against Russia, a report says.
The United States is updating its contingency plans for a potential war with Russia for the first time since the collapse of the Soviet Union, according to US officials. The US Defense Department is re-evaluating its Cold War era military plans following increasing tensions between Washington and Moscow over the conflicts in Ukraine and Syria, the Foreign Policy magazine reported Friday, citing current and former Pentagon officials. “Given the security environment, given the actions of Russia, it has become apparent that we need to make sure to update the plans that we have in response to any potential aggression against any NATO allies,” says one senior Pentagon official familiar with the updated plans. “Russia’s invasion of eastern Ukraine made the US dust off its contingency plans,” says Michèle Flournoy, a former undersecretary of defense for policy and co-founder of the Center for a New American Security. “They were pretty out of date.” This would signal a major departure from post-Cold War US military policy. The policy shift came after Russia’s reunification with Crimea last year and the conflict in Eastern Ukraine. The Pentagon is also reviewing several hybrid warfare strategies, and even a nuclear attack. “As you look at published Russian doctrine, I do believe people are thinking about use of tactical nuclear weapons in a way that hadn’t been thought about for many years,” says the senior official who spoke on the condition of anonymity. The military strategy has two dimensions. One focuses on what the US would do as part of NATO if Russia attacks one of NATO’s member countries. The other plan considers US action outside the NATO alliance. The conflicts in Syria and Ukraine have significantly increased tensions between Russia and the US. Washington accuses Moscow of orchestrating an “illegitimate referendum to annex Crimea” and fueling unrest in eastern Ukraine. Moscow, however, has repeatedly denied having a role in the Ukraine conflict, despite accusations by Kiev and its Western backers. Source |

NATO continues its military buildup in close vicinity to Russia: for the first time since the inception of the Ukrainian crisis, German Eurofighters are set to patrol the Baltic Airspace with full ammunition. The NATO Baltic air-policing mission has been carried out by its member states since 2004, when Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania acceded to the military bloc. In contrast with September – December 2014, the aircraft will carry enough ammo for a real fight: a gun, infrared short-range missiles, radar-guided medium-range missiles and an electronic defense system with decoys that are ejected at a threat. Why did NATO decide to deploy fully armed military planes to the area? Commenting on the jets’ increased combat capabilities, German Air Force inspector Karl Müllner told Deutsche Presse Agentur: “This is not a tool for escalation. It is just a tool to be on par [with a potential enemy]. And this is a tool to motivate the soldiers engaged in the activity [of air policing]”. However, there is no need for a rocket scientist to read between the lines: NATO is unambiguously sending a belligerent signal to Russia. And it is another, albeit minor, step in expanding the alliance’s military presence in Eastern Europe. For years, NATO has been creeping towards Russia citing all kinds of phantom reasons: the Iran nuclear threat, Crimea’s referendum, the Ukrainian conflict etc. In addition to that, the three “vulnerable” Baltic States have been restlessly and hysterically exploiting the myth of an “evil Russia,” setting a convenient pretext for NATO to boost its military in the region. Earlier in August, German journalists obtained a document that instructed the German Army to accumulate weapons, as “deterrence may become important again” in view of – guess what – the imaginary “Russian threat”, of course. However, the Germans might be a little too late with their desire to show how committed they are to the idea of countering Russia. The Syrian crisis and a common enemy in the form of ISIL may bring Washington and Moscow together and help alleviate tensions – meaning Berlin will have to back down. But the bloc’s long-term strategy is unlikely to change despite the promising Moscow-Washington thaw: the Ukrainian crisis, the latest meteorite crash, the extinction of the dinosaurs and other pretexts will still be used to accuse Russia of threatening the global security and stigmatize it as the arch enemy. Encryption has become a top priority for those wanting to protect their privacy online, but US whistleblower Edward Snowden says the security measure could be making it impossible to detect signals sent from…aliens. Snowden’s comments were made during an interview on the ‘StarTalk’ podcast of astrophysicist and science communicator Neil deGrasse Tyson. The whistleblower was speaking from Moscow via a robot video link called a “beam remote presence system.” Controlling the robot from Russia, he was able to roll straight into Tyson’s office at the Hayden Planetarium in New York. When Tyson asked Snowden if a highly intelligent alien civilization might be communicating with encrypted messages, Snowden began by saying that most advanced societies realize they need to encrypt their communications, and that this could be the reason why we’ve never heard from other civilizations. “If you have an alien civilization trying to listen for other civilizations, or our civilization trying to listen for aliens, there’s only one small period in the development of their society when all their communication will be sent via the most primitive and most unprotected means,” Snowden said. “So when we think about everything that we’re hearing through our satellites or everything that they’re hearing from our civilization (if there are indeed aliens out there), all of their communications are encrypted by default.” He added that encryption would render communication indistinguishable from “cosmic microwave background radiation.” “If you look at encrypted communication, if they are properly encrypted, there is no real way to tell that they are encrypted,” Snowden said. “You can’t distinguish a properly encrypted communication from random behavior.” Snowden is less famous for his views on extraterrestrials and more so for leaking classified documents which revealed the US government’s secret mass surveillance program. The whistleblower now resides in Russia, where he was granted asylum after Washington charged him with theft and espionage. Source |
