The Ministry of Defense (MoD) is now reporting that for the first time in 24 years since itsestablishment in 1991 (following the collapse of the Soviet Union), the Russian Federation has followed correctly its constitutional order when earlier today the 162 members of the upper chamber of the Federal Assembly, Council of Federation, unanimously approved a Declaration of War requested by President Putin against the terrorist forces operating in the Levant known as the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) and has begun combat operations.
According to this report, President Putin requested this Declaration of War following consultations with Chinese President Xi Jinping whose nation had just been savagely attacked just hours earlier today when believed to be ISIS/ISIL terrorists attacked the city of Liuzhou with a series of “massive” explosions.

Important to note, this report continues, both President Putin and President Xi had pre-established a joint “war protocol” against ISIS/ISIL during their stay at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City this past week with the Chinese agreeing to send military advisors to Syria, stationing at the Russian-controlled Mediterranean Port of Tartus one of their aircraft carriers and missile cruisers, and providing a Chinese Marine landing force of 1,000 troops.
To how powerful the combined Russian-Chinese forces now are in being able to defeat ISIS/ISIL, this report says, has been noticed by many in the West, including former Obama regime official James Lewis, who is a senior fellow and program director at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), and who yesterday stated:
“The Russians and Chinese have limited force-projection capabilities, but put them both together, combined with Iranian Revolutionary Guards, Hezb’allah, and Assad’s troops, and you get the kind of force projection only the U.S. has possessed in the past half-century.”

Of the greatest “fears/concerns” facing Russian and Chinese forces as they battle ISIS/ISIL, this report warns, is the Obama regime and its allies, most notably Britain, siding with these terrorists and their Sunni Muslim Saudi Arabian and Gulf State financial backers [see below reports for further context] which if occurred, would begin World War III.
However, this report says, after fully understanding President Putin’s determination to destroy ISIS/ISIL during their meeting this week, President Obama yesterday ordered the Pentagon to cease training and funding anti-Syrian forces and further ordered American military forces to immediately open a line of communication with their Russian counterparts.
The United Kingdom though, this report continues, has as yet failed to respond to Russia’s warning to stop supporting ISIS/ISIL financial backers Saudi Arabia causing President Putin to issue to them a “direct warning” of potential combat should the British continue their already failed efforts.
With Britain continuing their massive shipments of weapons to Saudi Arabia, this report explains, theSaudis “military option” threat earlier today to send forces and arms into Syria and Iraq to support ISIS/ISIL against Russian forces constitutes a grave threat of relations between Russia and the United Kingdom.
Making this Saudis threat even graver, this report further warns, has been that Kingdom’s removal from the West of billions-of-dollars causing a global economic crisis that since June has caused a global wealth destruction of over $13 trillion.
With Saudi Arabia, also, collapsing into turmoil, this report says, new reports are now emerging stating that some members of the royal family are now calling for a coup—which should that occur, would mean Russian and Chinese forces could very well likely come into direct confrontation with them.
As more information is released in the Kremlin relating to this September War we will continue to update you.

Law waived to allow foreigners who engaged in terrorism “while under duress” into country.
Documents obtained by Judicial Watch reveal that the Obama administration gave more than 1,500 terrorists asylum in the United States in 2014.
According to the government watchdog, “the administration let 1,519 ‘inadmissible’ foreigners embroiled in terrorism into the U.S. last year because the crimes were committed ‘while under duress.’”
“Before the Obama administration tweaked a federal law last year, these foreign nationals would have been banned from the country for supporting terrorist causes,” Judicial Watch writes. “But under the changes the Secretary of Homeland Security has ‘discretionary authority’ to waive certain grounds of inadmissibility relating to terrorism.”
Data obtained from the DHS and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service reveals that more than 50 percent of those rewarded residency, most of which whom were linked to the refugee crisis, provided material support to terrorist organizations.
“The others received military-type training from a terrorist organization, voluntarily provided medical care to members of a terrorist group and solicited funds or individuals for membership in a terrorist organization,” Judicial Watch continues. “After a case-by-case review, Obama’s DHS Secretary, Jeh Johnson, determined that the recently admitted terrorists only participated in these activities ‘while under duress.’”
The policy of admitting known terrorists began last year after the Obama administration altered legislation, the Immigration and Nationality Act, designed to keep anyone who provided material support to terrorists from stepping on US soil.
“In other words, the federal law rightfully had a zero tolerance for any kind of involvement with terrorist elements,” adds Judicial Watch. “But a joint effort by DHS and the State Department created an ‘Exercise of Authority’ that allows ‘an alien who provided limited material support’ to a terrorist organization to stay in the U.S. if the powers that be in our government believe they pose no threat.”
Judicial Watch also links the revelation to the Obama administration’s secret terrorist “hands off” list, uncovered in DHS emails last year by a U.S. senator, which shows suspected Muslim Brotherhood members were allowed to openly travel within the US.

Thanks to a newly developed test, doctors can now diagnose virtually any virus known to infect people and animals, researchers say.
There are thousands of viruses known to cause illness in people and animals. The sheer quantity of the viruses makes their diagnosis very difficult and time-consuming as it involves a battery of tests. Current testing procedures do not have the sensitivity to detect all viral ailments or are limited to a range of viruses that a patient is suspected of having.
The new technology was developed by a team of scientists at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, according to a press release issued by the group on Tuesday. The new test, ViroCap, is to be publicly released so that other researchers and doctors can use and improve it.
“With this test, you don’t have to know what you’re looking for,” said Dr. Gregory Storch, a professor of at the university. “It casts a broad net and can efficiently detect viruses that are present at very low levels. We think the test will be especially useful in situations where a diagnosis remains elusive after standard testing or in situations in which the cause of a disease outbreak is unknown.”
According to test results published in September in the Journal Genome Research, ViroCap showed 52 percent general improvement over the current gold-standard polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests, which are usually used in clinical laboratories. The number of viruses detected increased from 21 to 32.
“The test is so sensitive that it also detects variant strains of viruses that are closely related genetically,” said Todd Wylie, another professor at Washington University. “Slight genetic variations among viruses often can’t be distinguished by currently available tests and complicate physicians’ ability to detect all variants with one test.”

Russia’s upper house of parliament on Wednesday unanimously approved the country’s armed forces to be used abroad.
The decision includes only the use of the Air Force and does not foresee any ground troops operations, Kremlin Administration Aide Sergei Ivanov said Wednesday.
“We’re talking exclusively about operations of Russia’s Air Force, as our president has already said, the use of armed forces on the ground theater of military operations is excluded. The military goal of the operations is exclusively air support of the Syrian government forces in their fight against the Islamic State,” Ivanov said.
Syrian President Bashar Assad has turned to Russia with a request for military assistance, according to Ivanov.
“I would like to inform you that the president of the Syrian Arab Republic turned to the leadership of our country with a request to provide military assistance, so we may say that terrorism needs to be fought, efforts need to be combined, but it is still necessary to observe the norms of international law,” Ivanov told journalists.
Kremlin will inform foreign partners of the decision made by the parliament of using Russian armed forces abroad during the day through foreign ministry channels, and the military will do the same through their channels.
According to Ivanov, the decision was made to help Syria and protect Russian interests.
“First and, probably, the most important, we are talking about Syria alone, and we are not talking about reaching some foreign policy goals, satisfying some ambitions which our western partners accuse us of, we are talking about Russia’s national interests alone,” Ivanov told journalists.
Ivanov said that the Air Force operations would be temporary, but was unable to say exactly how long they would be in play.
“In regard to the timeline, the Russian Air Force operation, of course, cannot last forever and has a definite time period, but what the time period is, for example, in regard to the number of days as well as telling you how many aircraft will be used and which armament will be used by our Air Force, I cannot say right now for obvious reasons,” Ivanov said.
Commenting on the airstrikes carried out by Western powers, Ivanov said they were not in line with international law.
“As you all know very well, the United States… is launching airstrikes on the territory of Syria and Iraq, and maybe other Middle Eastern States. Recently France has joined the same analogous actions, Australia and a number of other coutnries are talking about the same thing.. I would like to note one principal moment — these actions are being carried out in circumvention of international law,” Ivanov told the press.
Russia’s President Vladimir Putin has earlier on Wednesday requested permission from the Federation Council to use Russian Armed Forces abroad.
According to the US Embassy in Moscow, the leaders of the United States and Russia have common interests in the fight against ISIL in Syria and have agreed to create a channel between the countries’ military branches to avoid any misunderstandings during operations in the area.
“I would simply reiterate that when President [Barack] Obama met with President [Vladimir] Putin, they agreed that the United States and Russia have a common interest in fighting ISIL in Syria”, US Embassy spokesman Will Stevens said.
“However, our position is clear that President Assad is not a suitable partner for the fight against terror and extremism in Syria. There is no sustainable path to stability within Syria that involves President Assad staying in power,” he added.
According to Fox News quoting a high-ranking US official, Russia has demanded that US airplanes immediately leave Syria.
Russia, Iran, Iraq, and Syria have recently created an information center in Baghdad in order to coordinate the fight against the Islamic State. The information center’s main goals are to provide reconnaissance on the number of IS militants, their weapons, and their movements.
Earlier this week, it was revealed that the new center would begin operations in October or November and be headed by Russian, Syrian, Iraqi and Iranian officers on a three-month rotational basis.

Sunni Muslims impose Sharia law, attack Christians and Shias.
The establishment media is largely ignoring ethnic violence as illegal immigrants stream into Europe.
The latest incident occurred in a Danish refugee center near Copenhagen where a “a stateless Palestinian” in a refugee center stabbed a police officer.
Groups of migrants are engaging in gang-like violent behavior across Europe and as hundreds of thousands of primarily Sunni Muslim migrants flood into the continent.
On Sunday in a tent city in the town of Kassel-Calden, north of Frankfurt, Germany, groups of Pakistani and Albanian migrants attacked each other.
“Between 60 and 70 people were involved. They attacked each other with clubs and threw things at each other,” a police spokesman reported, according to the Independent.
On Friday at an asylum center near Leipzig 200 Syrian and Afghan migrants attacked each other with table legs, bed frames and sticks following an argument over the use of a bathroom.
“The police have reached the absolute limit of what they can take,” said Jörg Radek, the deputy head of the German police trade union. “ We must do everything we can to prevent further outbreaks of violence.”
He called for segregating migrants along religious and ethnic lines.

A policy of segregation was implemented in the German state of Thuringia after Christian migrants in asylum centers were attacked by Sunnis attempting to impose Sharia law.
Max Klingberg of the International Society for Human Rights said a large number of migrants arriving in Germany are radical Islamists.
“Among the new arrivals is not a small amount of religious intensity, it is at least at the level of the Muslim Brotherhood,” he said.
Another German police union official, Rainer Wendt, said violence between groups of illegal migrants in German hostels is a common occurrence.
“We‘ve been seeing this violence for weeks and even months,” Wendt explained. “Groups join forces based on ethnicity, religion or clan structures and attack each other with knives and even weapons they have made themselves.”
He said “Sunnis fight Shiites, there are Salafists of varying kinds… Women are being forced to wear veils. Men are forced to pray. Islamists want to impose their values.”

Earlier this month German police in the town of Hemer reported that an Algerian Muslim had attacked an Eritrean Christian and his pregnant wife with a bottle. The pregnant woman was hospitalized. The man was wearing a crucifix.
In a refugee area in Suhl, Germany, an Afghan man who had torn pages from a Koran was attack by a Syrian mob. In the resulting riot, 17 people where injured, including six police officer and members of the press. The enraged mob ransacked the refugee center office and, the following day, smashed car windows and vandalized property.
On the Greek Island of Lesbos in early September, a group of around 200 illegal immigrants attacked police and threw stones after they were not allowed to board a ferry to the mainland.
On September 16, Hungarian riot police resorted to tear gas and water cannon as 1,500 rioting Muslims chanting “Allah hu Akbar” on the border. The rioting Muslims, who received instructions from a megaphone wielding leader, threw stones, bottles and food at the police. Sky News reported around 70 percent of the illegal migrants on the border were men.
In August French riot police battled illegal immigrants in Calais as they stormed the Channel Tunnel leading to Britain. John Keefe, the Eurotunnel public affairs director, said Coquelles terminal was being targeted by “organized groups” of illegal migrants on a nightly basis, according to The Daily Mail.
In addition to violence between religious and ethnic gangs and attacks on police, the media and citizens, there is a rape epidemic in migrant camps, but “police are refusing to go public about crimes involving refugees and migrants because they do not want to give legitimacy to critics of mass migration,” according to Soeren Kern of the Galestone Institute.
Social workers and women’s groups in Giessen, a university town in Germany, wrote a letter to the local state parliament saying rape, forced prostitution and child abuse are common in a refugee camp there.
“Many women have felt the need to sleep in their clothes… they won’t go to the toilet at night because rapes and assaults have taken place on their way to, or from, there. Even in daylight, a walk through the camp is fraught with fear,” the letter states .
The situation is similar at a former U.S. military case in Bayernkaserne, outside of Munich. Women’s groups say there are allegations of rape and forced prostitution every day. A social worker said the camp there is “the biggest brothel in the city” and sex with a female migrant costs 10 euros.
The possibility of rape at the hands of roving Muslim gangs in Bavaria is so great the headmaster of a grammar school in Pocking informed parents not to allow their daughters to wear revealing clothes and avoid “misunderstandings” with Muslim males, said to be 80 percent of the migrants arriving in Germany.
