U.S. Congress: Stop Intelligence Agencies from Microwaving American Citizens

Meet Gail Hall.  Here at 56 years of age, she looks happy at the renewal of her wedding vows in December of 2011.  However, there’s more to this story than meets the eye.
It all started in 2002 when the FBI broke down the door to her home while she was away, suspecting that she had robbed a bank.  Soon after, Gail arrived home during their search and after a quick visual comparison to the description, they realized that she was not the culprit and they left.
“We still felt like we were being watched,” observed her husband, Michael from their home in Hawaii.
Then in 2006, there was the car accident.  She had stopped her vehicle to try to assist someone who was having car problems when another car rammed her from behind and ejected her from her car. She was sent to the hospital with a broken nose, ribs, thumb, and injured shoulder.  She had been on pain meds ever since, even after her wounds had healed.  She went to doctor after doctor to try to locate the source of her pain to no avail.
Then around 2010, she began to notice a change in the neighbors and she began to feel as if they were treating her differently; as if someone had said something to them about her.
“They stopped talking to her and began looking at her strangely, “ said her husband Michael.  “And we noticed we were being stalked everywhere we went.”
Then came the onset of more unexplained pains and other discomforts such as ringing in her ears and the sensations of poking and being stabbed in her back, legs, arms, head, and eyes.  A Google search of her symptoms brought up many accounts of targeted individuals who had experiences similar to hers and eventually to a human rights organization called Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance (FFCHS).
She learned of the covert technologies that were secretly debilitating people nationwide and worldwide and that the source was probably a rogue agenda of one of the government intelligence agencies.
These are microwave, lasers, and acoustic devices that can remotely target an individual and produce nearly any condition of the human body if the right frequency were applied as described by Dr. Barrie Trower, a retired British military microwave research scientist and vocal critic of the wide use of microwave energy.   He has this to say about covert government targeting in a recent interview:
“[Microwaves] are so effective as a stealth weapon..and this has been done many times and it’s recorded.  You  can beam people you don’t like as a government to give them cancers, neurological illnesses, you can choose what you want them to get.  You can choose what pulse frequency you want to effect the brain with.  You can choose the level of microwave irradiation and the speed that you want them to become ill.  It really is a perfect stealth weapon.”
Alarmed by the constant barrage of attacks, Gail wrote letters to her governor, her senator, the ACLU, even the president, all to no avail.  She eventually realized that there is no one – except other victims - to help her or anyone else in this situation.
This is one of many instances where the government has been accused of overstepping its boundaries.   In the early 70s, Congress, via the Church Committee, conducted a massive investigation of the top three intelligence agencies – the FBI, NSA, and CIA.  What they discovered was MKULTRA, the CIA's secret mind control program which had utilized thousands of non-consensual research subjects in grueling experiments across the US and Canada.  And COINTELPRO, the FBI's formerly secret political activist harassment program had severely intruded upon the privacy rights of thousands of innocent Americans. We believe extensions of both of these supposedly dismantled programs still exist today.
Book II of The Final Report of the Select Committee to Study Governmental Relations states that the “intelligence activities have undermined the constitutional rights of citizens and that they have done so primarily because checks and balances designed by the framers of the Constitution to assure accountability have not been applied.”  We believe that statement is just as true today as it was when it was written in 1976.
Sometime in May of this year (2012), one of the FFCHS board members  received a desperate call from Gail who was on the verge of suicide due to the unrelenting attacks.   He was able to suggest a few techniques to her which brought her a temporary reprieve from the tortuous onslaught.  However, soon after, the attacks were back and getting stronger  by the day – 24/7.
Finally, seeing no end to her suffering and unable to shield herself from constant and escalating pain, on Friday, July 6, 2012, Gail took an overdose of prescription pain pills and slipped away.
“She was a good person and didn’t deserve this,” says Michael.
We are calling upon Congress to again re-open investigations of the activities of the intelligence agencies and hold hearings of victim testimonies.  We are also asking that a Human Rights Commission be established to address the grievances of victims so that people such as Gail Hall and many others will not have to suffer and die needlessly due to the hopelessness of their situation.

U.S. Congress
I just signed the following petition addressed to: U.S. Congress.

----------------
Stop government agencies from microwaving American Citizens

We believe that the US military and intelligence agencies are using high-tech remote neurological weapons on non-consenting American citizens. These technologies have been in research for several decades and have the potential to remotely access and control the human nervous system, essentially to access and control a human being. This can obviously lead to the enslavement of humanity.

We want Congress to investigate the activities of the intelligence agencies and to put an end to remote neurological attacks.

We are also requesting the establishment of a Human Rights Commission that will address complaints from victims of these technological assaults.
