| Editor NEA grant for veterans writing award at The Iowa Review National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) Acting Chairman Joan Shigekawa announced today that the The Iowa Review, the literary magazine at the University of Iowa, is one of 895 nonprofit organizations nationwide to receive an NEA Art Works grant.
