A foreboding report sent from the Office of the President (OoP) to all Kremlin departments today states that President Putin has ordered all nuclear forces to their highest alert status and is, in effect, now running the Federation from one of Russia’s most secretive bunker complexes below Barnaul Airport located in the Altai Republic which is part of the Siberian Federal District. According to this report, while Putin was returning to Moscow from his 5-hour visit with his Mongolian counterpart Elbegdorj Tsakhia in Ulan Bator, he was “strategically redirected” to Altai whereupon the Kremlin Press Service stated that he would chair a government meeting in the Republic dedicated to rehabilitation measures after last year’s heavy floods and would remain there for at least 48 hours. Upon his landing at Barnaul Airport, however, this report continues, Putin was “rushed” into the vast bunker fortress underneath this massive complex whereupon he then ordered all nuclear forces to their highest alert status and informed the West, per treaty obligations, that the Federation would be conducting a massive nuclear exercise in Altai involving over 4,000 troops. In a Kremlin authorized statement to the RIA News Service regarding Putin’s orders, Major Dmitry Andreyev of the Strategic Missile Forces (SMF) further stated that these troops would practice countering irregular units and high-precision weapons in Altai, and would be “conducting combat missions in conditions of active radio-electronic jamming and intensive enemy actions in areas of troop deployment”. Major Andreyev also said enemy forces would be represented in these exercises by Spetsnaz (Special Forces) units and that Supersonic MiG-31 fighter-interceptors and Su-24MR reconnaissance aircraft would take part, while also noting that the scale of air power involved was “unprecedented for exercises of this kind”. Important to note, this report says, is that in the immediate hours prior to Putin being “rushed” to Altai, Senior Defense Ministry official General Yury Yakubov openly called for a change of Russia’s military doctrine to clearly identify the US and its NATO allies as Moscow’s enemy number one and spell out the conditions under which Russia would launch a preemptive nuclear strike against the 28-member military alliance. Of the number of “grave and immediate” threats facing the Federation necessitating Putin’s relocation to Altai, this report explains, was the US-EU blocking hours ago of a 7-step cease-fire arrangement negotiated between Ukraine and Russia which was dismissed NATO’s secretary-general Anders Fogh Rasmussen who said “what counts is what is happening on the ground in eastern Ukraine”, where the West says Russian troops are fighting with separatists against the Ukrainian military. Though Obama and his own State Department continue to give conflicting accounts to if Russian forces are in Ukraine, this report says, the real truth lies in the recently sent letter from the US-based Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS) to Angela Merkel, Chancellor of Germany, who warned: “We the undersigned are long-time veterans of U.S. intelligence. We take the unusual step of writing this open letter to you to ensure that you have an opportunity to be briefed on our views prior to the NATO summit on Sept. 4-5.Of even greater concern to the Federation, this report warns, was yesterday’s threat from Islamic State (IS) [formerly the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) or the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS)] militants vowing to oust Putin and start a war in Russia’s Chechen Republic and the whole Caucasus region due to Moscow’s support of the Syrian regime against these murderous Islamic barbarians. Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov (The Kremlin’s Dragon) in response to this IS threat quickly retorted: “Taking all responsibility, I declare that those who have voiced a threat against Russia or who have mentioned the name of our president Vladimir Putin will be destroyed right where they made their statement. We will not wait for them to get behind the steering wheel of a plane. They will go where his fellow terrorists are rotting.” Not being told to the American people about IS, this report gravely notes, is that it is an entirely made up terror group created by the CIA and US Military and funded by both Qatar and Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, a fact Germany’s development minister, Gerd Mueller, found out this past week when he let the truth be known and was “slapped down” for it by his own government. Unbeknownst, however, to these Middle Eastern monarchies, this report says, is that instead of using IS against Shiite-backed Syria and Iraq, the Obama regime is now directing them against the very Sunni monarchs who funded in them in the first place, a move which caused a very rattled Saudi King Abdullah to warn last week: “If we ignore them, I am sure they will reach Europe in a month and America in another month.” Even worse, this report warns, in the face of the growing IS threat against not only Saudi Arabia, but all Gulf monarchies, King Abdullah, as the formal custodian of the mosque holding the remains of Prophet Muhammad, is planning on not only destroying one of the most holy shrines to Islam, but igniting a full-scale Middle Eastern war over the destruction of the rooms surrounding Muhammad’s tomb – used by the Prophet’s wives and daughters, and venerated by the Shiites because of their association with his youngest daughter, Fatima. To King Abdullah’s plan to destroy the Green Dome, which covers Muhammad’s tomb and these living quarters, and the ultimate removal of the Prophet’s body to a nearby cemetery to be buried in an unmarked grave, this report concludes, would unleash a “cataclysmic” response from the entire Muslim world unprecedented in all of human history…and which the US and EU are seriously deluded in thinking they can control it. Hagel was speaking Wednesday to members of the Southeastern New England Defense Industry Alliance at a conference on defense innovation, before a NATO summit expected to focus on Russia’s deteriorating relations with the West and the need for the NATO alliance to boost military spending. The Pentagon chief warned that Moscow and Beijing are modernizing their armed services, including their electronic warfare and special operations capabilities, “China and Russia have been trying to close the technology gap by pursuing and funding long-term, comprehensive military modernization programs,” Hagel said. “They are also developing anti-ship, anti-air, counter-space, cyber, electronic warfare and special operations capabilities that appear designed to counter traditional US military advantages.” Russia and China have been rapidly increasing their military spending and have tested a series of sophisticated weapons, including radar-evading aircraft and anti-ship missiles that fly many times the speed of sound. Hagel also warned that terrorist groups are rapidly acquiring advanced weapons and unless the United States takes these threats seriously, American troops would be at grave risk on the battlefield. “We are entering an era where American dominance on the seas, in the skies, and in space not to mention cyberspace can no longer be taken for granted,” said Hagel. “And while the United States continues to maintain a decisive military and technological edge over any potential adversary, our continued superiority is not a given.” Hagel said the United States needs to invest wisely in the face of declining budgets in order to ensure its adversaries do not surpass the US military. Freudian slip shows senator’s struggle to differentiate between terrorists he’s armed. Arizona Sen. John McCain made an interesting comment regarding the federal government’s policy towards the ISIS terrorist group Wednesday evening during an appearance on Fox News. At the 1:00 mark in the short clip with Greta Van Susteran, McCain mentions a meeting the President held with his national security team in which all members reportedly “recommended arming ISIS.” “Hillary Clinton has described already the meeting in the White House over two years ago… everyone in the national security team recommended arming ISIS and the President, by himself, turned it down,” McCain said. The comment follows a question from Susteran regarding the arming of the “Free Syrian Army,” making McCain’s statement appear to be a simple Freudian slip. While that may be the case, McCain’s unintended statement regarding ISIS actually remains completely factual. Despite McCain falsely claiming that the President declined to arm the group, the pairs’ direct involvement in the rise of ISIS, a name simply referring to Al Qaeda in Iraq, is undeniable. McCain has worked feverishly with the Obama administration for the last several years to arm radical jihadists across the region in an admitted decades-long plan to overthrow the governments of several countries including Iraq, Libya and Syria. As far back as March 2011, McCain was cheerleading the CIA’s plans to provide support to the “Libyan rebels” even as Libyan rebel leader Abdel-Hakim al-Hasidi admitted to working with Al Qaeda. Only months later, those same “rebels” would place an Al Qaeda flag on top of the courthouse in Benghazi. Just last year, McCain traveled to Syria to meet with senior members of the Asifat al-Shamal Brigade as well as the Free Syrian Army, two group’s that have admittedly “pledged allegiance to Al Qaeda” as well. Widespread controversy was sparked after several of the men at the secret meeting were found to be radicals accused of recently kidnapping 11 Lebanese pilgrims. Despite McCain and Obama’s never-ending claims of only supporting “moderate rebels,” Free Syrian Army commander Jamal Maarouf admitted in 2014 that his fighters regularly fight alongside Al Qaeda, the same Al Qaeda now “merging” with ISIS on the Syria-Iraq border. Thousands of jihadists were even trained by US instructors at a secret base in neighboring Jordan before fleeing to Iraq to join ISIS according to one Jordanian official. Similarly, a recent PBS News report featured jihadists who admitted to being trained in Qatar by US forces. The backlash against McCain’s unfettered support of radical jihadist terrorists came to a head in 2013 when a U.S. Marine confronted McCain at a town hall meeting in Arizona and accused the senator of treason. Only hours before McCain’s statement on Fox News, retired United States Air Force Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney statedthat “we helped build ISIS” during a similar interview with the network. “We backed I believe in some cases, some of the wrong people and not in the right part of the Free Syrian Army and that’s a little confusing to people, so I’ve always maintained… that we were backing the wrong types,” McInerney said. Now, with ISIS gaining ground and new fighters by the day, McCain and President Obama remain fixated on bombing Syria to allegedly stop the ISIS threat they helped create instead of the reported ISIS threat at the US-Mexico border. Boko Haram Takfiri militants have reportedly captured another town in northeastern Nigeria after heavy clashes with government troops. Residents and a local lawmaker of the town of Bama in Borno state claimed on Tuesday that the militants had driven out the government troops and taken control of a military base in the town after launching a pre-dawn raid on Monday. “Bama is now in the hands of Boko Haram because not a single soldier remains there,” said Bama resident Umar Dahiru, adding that Boko Haram is now in control of the military base. The seizure of Bama came after a military jet reportedly bombarded its own troops there, an account which Borno senator Ahmed Zanna also supported. “The jet could not distinguish between soldiers and Boko Haram and bombarded the military barracks which was at the time under the control of soldiers,” he said. Zanna further said the aerial bombing destroyed the military barracks and forced soldiers “to flee towards Maiduguri along with thousands of civilians.” However, the Nigerian army said in a message posted on its Twitter on Monday evening that it had pushed back the Boko Haram militants and added, “The claim concerning the air force isn’t true.” Last week, the Takfiri militants overran the border town of Gamboru Ngala after gaining control of Gwoza. Boko Haram has claimed responsibility for a number of deadly gun and bomb attacks in various parts of Nigeria since the beginning of its militancy in 2009. Over 10,000 people have so far been killed in the assaults. Boko Haram whose name means “Western education is forbidden” says its goal is to overthrow the Nigerian government. Source |

If successful, the project would allow soldiers to command future drones in ways beyond simple navigational commands. While troops would be able to order a drone to “move left” and “move right,” it would potentially enable them to command the vehicles to travel over specific geographic installations and send critical data back to their operators. According to My San Antonio, the project is currently underway at the University of Texas at San Antonio, where graduate students recently demonstrated a hovering drone operated via a cell phone app while one researcher sat his head covered in sensors and focused intently on the unnamed aerial vehicles’ activity. While the goal of controlling vehicles by way of the mind is still ways off, the hope is that by studying the brain signals and magnetic waves captured from graduate student Mauricio Merino, the researchers will be able link the activity to specific commands that can eventually be received by an advanced drone. These commands would be relayed by sophisticated electroencephalogram systems (EEG) that can process brain signals. Once developed, mind-controlled drones would significantly reduce the amount of supplies that troops have to carry into combat zones, the chairman of the university’s electrical and computer engineering department, Daniel Pack, believes. “It becomes more burdensome to ask them to carry more things,” he told My San Antonio. “You have to have a computer or a mechanism that you use to control the UAVs. But if you can do this without having them actually carry additional equipment … then you are helping our soldiers.” While the project is primarily funded by the Department of Defense and the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the researchers also think the technology will have important uses for those with disabilities. “For people who don’t have motor skills, for people in wheelchairs, this could be so helpful,” graduate Prasanna Kolar said to the outlet. Already, scientists at other universities are hard at work on similar technology. At the University of Minnesota, EEG systems were used last year to control a flying robot. They specifically mentioned the ability to control wheelchairs and artificial limbs as practical applications for the breakthrough, and speculated that even more helpful uses could be on the horizon. “It may even help patients with conditions like autism or Alzheimer’s disease or help stroke victims recover,” engineering student Karl LaFleur said in a press release at the time. “We’re now studying some stroke patients to see if it’ll help rewire brain circuits to bypass damaged areas.” Source |
