DISTURBING COLLECTION OF NO KNOCK SWAT RAIDS FROM 2014

When keeping it real goes terribly, terribly wrong

Let’s face it, we all make mistakes. Mistakes made by militarized police forces, however, are exponentially worse than others.
Police claim no knock SWAT raids, typically conducted under the cover of darkness, are needed for a tactical and investigatory edge.
But for whatever reason, lack of training, faulty intelligence, or simply inept buffoonery, many police departments in America just can’t seem to get them right.
Here is a small sampling of some outrageous botched SWAT raids that occurred just this year.

5. Raid On Wrong House Resembles Burglary, Gives Kids Nightmares
Back in May, a Michigan SWAT team provided a small Kalamazoo family fresh inspiration for nightmares after they broke down the door to the wrong home.
Police were looking for an armed drug dealer, but wound up smashing in on an innocent family who thought they were being burglarized.
Jeremy Handley says masked men entered his home through the back door and ordered him and his wife to the floor at gunpoint while they handcuffed and searched them.
“He had me sprawl out right here on the floor, and then he had me put my hands behind my back,” Handley said, all the while thinking he was being robbed.
After turning the place upside down looking for drugs, police realized they had the wrong house. The whole menacing affair emotionally traumatized the Handley children, leaving them suffering nightmares.
Police hoped there were no hard feelings and gave Handley’s children a few stuffed animals to make up for the terror-filled night.

4. Apartment Number Screw Up Leads Police to Break in on Young, Half-Naked Mother
In April, we highlighted the story of a SWAT team that battered down the door to the wrong house in Bakersfield, California, ordering a young mother to the floor just as she was about to jump into the shower.
Jessica Walker said her kids would likely need therapy after police mistook their home that night for that of the drug dealer next door.
“They were screaming. They were screaming, ‘No! Mom, no!,’ And they were afraid,” Walker told ABC affiliate KERO.
Walker says she put her kids to bed and had undressed from the waist up before getting ready to bathe when she heard her dog begin barking. Police next battered down her door, pointed guns in her face and told her to get down.
“They were right there telling me, ‘Come down with your hands up, get down!’ and I’m like, ‘Oh my God, what’s going on.’ My, uh, area was out,” Walker said motioning her hands over her chest.
In a testament to gumshoe detective work, police in that instance stormed apartment “A,” but were supposed to have been at “B.”

3. Cops Mix Up Apartments “E” and “G,” End Up Twist-tying Innocent 75-year-old Grandmother
Also in April, the topnotch detective skills of the Virginia State Police led them to terrorize a 75-year-old grandmother, whom they bound with twist ties and interrogated as they searched her home for drugs.
“I thought it was somebody just breaking in to rob me and kill me,” Henrico resident Ruth Hunter recounted to CBS 6. “… [They] Took my hands and handcuffed me with the ties because they told me I was under arrest, and then after they handcuffed me that’s when they proceeded to ask questions.”
When all was said and done police moved on to another apartment and arrested someone else.
In that case, police were supposed to be at apartment “E,” but somehow went to “G” instead. However, despite the clear mixup, police did not offer Ms. Hunter an apology.
“I’m very irritated and angry, he never said I’m sorry, never apologized for having the wrong house… he said you got to get someone to fix that door,” Hunter said.

2. Toddler Critically Injured After SWAT Tosses Flash Bang Into Crib
In one of the more publicized and destructive no-knock raids of this year, a toddler had to be placed in a medically-induced coma after police proceeded to launch an assault on the home of a suspected drug dealer, supposedly unaware that children were inside.
In late May, after reportedly purchasing drugs from the location, Habersham County deputies descended on a home in Cornelia, Georgia, where a family with children was visiting from Wisconsin.
Police tossed a stun grenade inside the home.
“It landed in his playpen and exploded on his pillow right in his face,” the boy’s mother said. The blast left him with face injuries and several third degree burns.
“There’s still a hole in his chest that exposes his ribs,” says his mother. “At least that’s what I’ve been told; I’m afraid to look.”
Police say they would have acted differently had they known children were inside.

1. Georgia grandfather Killed After Mistaking Cops for Burglars
Last month, a meth head’s bad tip led police to conduct a late night, no knock raid`on the home of David Hooks, killing him within moments of entering his home.
Hooks had been the victim of recent burglaries and car theft.
When the man who stole Hooks’ SUV told police he found a bag of meth inside the vehicle, police decided to raid Hooks’ home.
Hooks’ wife mistook mysterious figures outside of their home for robbers and woke her husband, who grabbed an unloaded shotgun to defend himself.
“David and Teresa were under the impression that the burglars were back and that a home invasion was eminent,” the Hooks’ family attorney Mitchell Shook, said. “David armed himself to protect his wife and his home. Despite the fact that the illegal search warrant did not have a ‘no knock’ clause the Drug Task Force and SRT members broke down the back door of the family’s home and entered firing in excess of 16 shots.”
Despite the meth head’s tip and a 44-hour search of Hooks’ home, no drugs were found.

TOP 3 ENCOUNTERS WITH CONSTITUTIONAL COPS

Officers proudly uphold their oath

Amid the seemingly constant barrage of negative law enforcement stories, it is important to remember and highlight the officers who fight to uphold the eroding rights of the American public.
Videos from across the country featuring such officers have skyrocketed in popularity, gaining hundreds of thousands of views from liberty-loving patriots worldwide.
Here are the top 3 encounters with officers who honored their oath:
Staff Sgt. Guthrie Protects the First Amendment
A journalist attempting to film a report near the Moody Air Force Base in Georgia last June was held by police and falsely told that his actions were illegal.
As the officers continued their unconstitutional detainment, Lowndes County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Guthrieapproached the scene.
“They need to go back and read the Constitution, I believe,” Guthrie said, referring to the officers. “I’m not angry at you, I’m not upset at you, and you’re not doing anything illegal as far as I’m concerned.”
Due to Guthrie’s principled stand, the journalists were able to continue their constitutionally-protected activity without further interruption.
Sheriff Stan Lenic Refuses Unconstitutional Orders
Two activists distributing flyers on the dangers of x-ray body scanners at New York’s Albany International Airport in 2012 were stopped and harassed by the airport’s director of public affairs.
Refusing to have their rights infringed upon, the pair continued their information campaign as the airport employee stepped up his attack. After closing off the entire level and demanding the activists obtain a permit and a $1 million dollar insurance liability, the employee resorted to alerting Sheriff Stan Lenic.
“Obviously this is your constitutional right, as far as we’re concerned you’re not breaking any laws,” Lenic told the activists.
Not only did Sheriff Lenic refuse to stop the activists, he also refused requests from the director to take their IDs, exemplifying the true duty of an American peace officer.
Deputy Paul Buell Respects the Second Amendment
Open carry activists in Michigan who were approached by a local sheriff last year were pleasantly surprised by the response they received.
Deputy Paul Buell, who approached the open carry group after receiving a call, immediately began congratulating the activists for their dedication.
“This is what I call dedication to the cause, out here in the rain,” Buell said. “I’m out to catch bad guys, not people that are exercising their constitutional rights.”
Without ever once asking for anyone’s ID or detaining the group, Buell took time to share his love of the Constitution with the activists.
“When I got into this line of work because I was a young constitutionalist like yourselves, I said ‘I wanna work for the sheriff’… to me it’s very personal. I hold it in my heart because it’s constitutional.”
Hopefully, peace officers such as these three, who clearly embody the true nature of public service, will serve as an example to law enforcement groups across the country.

FIVE OF THE WORST MEMBERS OF CONGRESS

These politicians are dismantling America piece by piece

Power attracts the worst humanity has to offer, so there’s no surprise Congress is seething with pure evil and corruption. Here are five of the worst legislators in Congress:
5) John Boehner (R-Ohio)
boehner2
AKA Obama’s little buddy in Congress. Serving as controlled opposition to the Obama regime, Boehner has kept the president’s agenda alive and well despite strong resistance from his fellow Republicans. Boehner says amnesty for millions of illegals could happen in 2015 and has ruled out impeachment for Obama’s usurpation of lawmaking power, all while describing himself as a defender of the Constitution.
It’s unlikely he ever reads it.
4) Nancy Pelosi (D-Cali.)
pelosi2
“We have to pass the bill to find out what’s in it,” Pelosi said about Obamacare before it was approved by Congress. She has a net worth of approximately $88 million; not bad for someone who doesn’t even bother to read legislation, much less the Constitution. But that didn’t stop her from claiming our Founding Fathers would support Obamacare. What did stop her, however, was a question from 16-year-old Andrew Demeter, who pointblank asked her why she supported the NSA’s illegal data collection on all Americans. Not surprisingly, she stumbled for an answer.
3) Sen. John McCain (R-Az.)
mccain1
There’s never been an unconstitutional war McCain didn’t like. He said it was “tragic” the U.S. didn’t have a military option in Ukraine, despite the fact that such an option would lead us straight into nuclear war with Russia. McCain has also supported arming neo-Nazis in Ukraine and al-Qaeda-linked rebels in Syria, all while working with Senate Democrats to push for gun control in America.
2) Dianne Feinstein (D-Cali.)
feinstein-1
“If I could’ve gotten 51 votes in the Senate of the United States for an outright ban, picking up every one of them — Mr. and Mrs. America turn ‘em all in — I would have done it,” Feinstein said about repealing the Second Amendment. “I could not do that. The votes weren’t there.”
While most politicians lie about their true agendas, Feinstein is openly honest about hers and it revolves around stripping Americans of their birth rights. She also declared that journalists are not “real reporters” unless they draw a salary from a government-controlled news company. Additionally, Feinstein suggested that veterans are mentally ill.
1) Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.)
032614reid2
Holding an approval rating of only 21%, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is one of the most hated and corrupt members of Congress. Reid has no problem forcing ranchers out of business to make way for Chinese solar farms, even if it leads to protestors getting shot by federal agents. Reid will just aid in the cover-up by calling the protestors “domestic terrorists” while lining his pockets with cash. The senator from Nevada also believes he controls reality after claiming he never called Obamacare horror stories “lies” only one month after calling them lies on the Senate floor.

THE CDC’S STUPIDEST STATEMENTS ABOUT EBOLA

Embattled agency tries to spin reality through lies

The false statements the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention made during the current Ebola outbreak are almost too numerous to mention, but here are some of the worst which point to the agency’s sheer ignorance and stupidity:
Yet the U.S. also had an international traveler by the name of Thomas Eric Duncan who spread Ebola to two nurses who treated him in Dallas, Texas, which brings us to this tweet by the CDC’s Director, Dr. Tom Frieman:
That obviously never happened.
But on the CDC’s very own web site, the agency states that Ebola, a “dangerous and exotic” virus, necessitates containment in “Biosafety Level 4″ labs observing the “highest level of biological safety,” which excludes the vast majority of U.S. hospitals.
Dr. Frieden exhibits overconfidence… or sheer stupidity.
And 2+2=5.

ALEX JONES ASSAULTED BY GEORGE W. BUSH

Alex Jones Assaulted by George W. Bush
In 2006, Paul Joseph Watson wrote:
During a 1998 Bush rally and speech at DuPont Photomask Facility, Alex asks the following question.
“Sir, shouldn’t we abolish the Federal Reserve and the CFR? That’s the real reality that none of you will talk about and most of you are members. That’s what’s destroying this country governor. Don’t you stand for America sir? What about the Federal Reserve and the CFR?”
Alex is then grabbed by Texas police, taken outside and handcuffed. The cameraman is threatened as he films the entire incident. Afterwards, Alex was kidnapped and driven around for half an hour before being thrown out on the side of the road. All for the crime of asking a question!
