A grim Ministry of Healthcare (MoH) report compiled with documents provided to them by the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) is warning today that the duel Polio and Ebola virus catastrophes currently engulfing the United States appear to have their joint origins at the highest levels of the Obama regime for “purposes as yet unknown.” According to this report, during the past fortnight, MoH scientists began receiving from the SVR information they had obtained from the “electronic surveillance” of United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps (PHSCC) officer Rear Admiral Nicole Lurie, M.D. [photo 2nd right] who is the Obama regimes Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR). Rear Admiral Lurie, this report notes, derives her authority under what is called the Pandemic and All Hazards Preparedness Act [Public Law No. 109-417] and in the event of a Public Health Emergency Declaration (PHED) occurring in the US would become that nations de facto co-ruler with Obama. Shockingly in the SVR documents obtained from Rear Admiral Lurie, this report says, is the blaming of the cause of the current polio epidemic sweeping America on a failed vaccine ingredient given to nearly all of the children in America. Specifically, this report says, a “5 in 1, combination” vaccine named Pediarix™ given to American children to protect them against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, hepatitis B, and polio, manufactured by the pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), had a “substandard” ingredient included that was made by the Chinese chemical facility Meryer (Shanghai) Chemical Technology Company, Ltd. The vaccine ingredient provided to GSK from its Chinese supplier, this report continues, is calledglutaraldehyde, which is a pungent colorless oily liquid used in Pediarix™ as a preservative for long term storage, but has been in constant global short supply due to its other use as a component of hydraulic fracturing “fracking” fluid that is included in the additive called Alpha 1427, as a biocide. MoH scientists in this report speculate that the “lead contaminated/substandard” glutaraldehyde in this childhood vaccine has “very likely” rendered the polio virus component of it “ineffective”, a position the SVR documents on Rear Admiral Lurie appear to substantiate. The reason Russian children are not being affected by this polio outbreak sweeping America [erroneously called enterovirus 68 by the Obama regime to confuse its citizens], this MoH report explains, is due to the use of the Sanofi Pasteur polio vaccine which does not include any ingredients manufactured in China, where GSK is currently being investigated by authorities in that country over allegations of fraudulent behaviour. Even more critical in this report, aside from the devastation befalling America’s children, are documents obtained from Rear Admiral Lurie by the SVR proving that the Obama regime has “long been planning” for the Ebola virus to strike their country. This MoH information has further been confirmed by independent news sources in the United States, and as we can, in part, read: “A public tweet from a large government supplier of emergency response products specializing in “high risk events” says that Disaster Assistance Response Teams were told to prepare to be activated in the month of October. The shocking revelation, made on the Goldenstate Fire/EMS Twitter page, suggests that not only did someone know that the Ebola virus would be reaching America, but that they knew exactly when it would happen. “What we are now hearing is just the tip of the iceburg as we enter October,” noted the company’s Twitter spokesperson. “Ebola virus will cripple EMS and hospitals.” Even worse, the highly influential Zerohedge news service is reporting today that the Obama regime had, likewise, pre-ordered over 160,000 HazMat suits specifically designed for Ebola virus protection and leading them to ask about their own government: “…just ahead of the worst Ebola epidemic in history making US landfall, one wonders: what do they know that we don’t?” To the “purposes as yet unknown” involving the Obama regime and its massive deceptions involving both the Polio and Ebola threats this MoH report doesn’t say. However, the SVR does note that both of these events could be linked to The Pentagon’s three year failure to turn over their documents relating to their Federal Voting Assistance Program that has effectively bankrolled many US States shift to online voting by disbursing tens of millions of dollars in grants for the purchase of equipment that includes Internet balloting options. With crucial elections upcoming in the US in the next few weeks, the SVR speculates, one can’t help but wonder how these events will affect the American public if they’re afraid to be around other people. But with the Pentagon seemingly now controlling the elections in America, will it matter anyway? Source |

Greek pensioners have taken to the streets in the capital, Athens, to voice anger at austerity measures taken by the government of Prime Minister Antonis Samaras. Furious at the government’s plans to cut pensions and increase taxes, the demonstrators gathered in central Athens on Thursday and marched on the premier’s office. The protest came a day after the country’s troubled coalition government announced that it would call a vote of confidence in parliament next week, shortly after Greece’s leftwing opposition, standing against the austerity measures, demanded early elections. Samaras’ conservative-led coalition could be forced to hold an early election before March as it needs opposition backing in parliament to elect a new president. “A vote of confidence? What vote of confidence? They have destroyed us all, our rights, everything…. They leave us nothing. What vote of confidence? None of them are trustworthy,” a protester told Press TV. Referring to the vote of confidence, another demonstrator said the Greek people do not care for another government that will come and apply the same policies, adding, “A government that will solve our problems should come, but up to now we have not seen such a thing.” The so-called conservatives are behind the anti-bailout opposition Golden Dawn party in opinion polls. Golden Dawn wants the government in Athens to renegotiate the terms of its 240-billion-euro (USD 302.5 billion) bailout deals with the eurozone and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Inspectors from the European Union and the IMF are now in Greece for their latest review of the country’s bailout program. The bailout helped Greece refrain from filing for bankruptcy when it lost market access four years ago. However, the harsh austerity measures demanded in return for the loans have caused a dramatic increase in poverty and unemployment in the country. Source |

Australia’s lower house of parliament has passed the first in a series of counter-terrorism amendments toughening the country’s national security law. The new legislation could see journalists jailed for reporting on related matters. National Security Amendments Bill (No. 1), passed by Australia’s House of Representatives on Wednesday, says a person who discloses information relating to a special intelligence operation may face from five to 10 years behind bars. Copying, transcribing or retaining records of the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) is also outlawed, which is seen as a measure taken in the wake of Edward Snowden’s leaks of documents on the US’s National Security Agency. Reporting on national security matters is being restricted simultaneously with more powers being granted to the country’s surveillance agency, with their power to monitor computers being expanded. The government has justified the legislation as one boosting the country’s security in the wake of terrorist threat posed by the Islamic State extremist group (IS, formerly ISIS or ISIL). “This is not, as has been wrongly suggested, about preventing the release of information that might simply embarrass the government of the day or expose it to criticism,” Justice Minister Michael Keenan said. “This is about providing a necessary and proportionate limitation on the communication of information that relates to the core business of intelligence agencies.” One of the most ardent critics of the law is former intelligence whistleblower-turned-federal MP Andrew Wilkie. “This is clamping down on free speech; this is clamping down on oversight of what the security agencies are up to,” he said, according to the Sydney Morning Herald. Another opponent of the law is Greens deputy leader Adam Bandt, who believes intelligence agents could go unpunished for any possible misconduct as a result. “If these laws pass, our security agencies could inadvertently kill an innocent bystander and journalists would not be able to report on it,” Bandt said. However, there weren’t enough critics of the law in the lower house to prevent it from being passed. The legislation was supported by the main opposition Labor Party. The Committee to Protect Journalists, a New York based NGO, issued a statement saying it was worried by the new Australian legislation. “This national security bill and other draft legislation raise grave concerns about the direction in which Australia is heading,” said CPJ Asia Program Coordinator Bob Dietz. “These bills would seriously hamper reporting in the public interest and we urge lawmakers to add the necessary safeguards to protect journalists and whistleblowers.” The controversial law is one in a series of amendments to the country’s 1979 intelligence act, which are supposed to upgrade the country’s legislation in the face of the terrorist threat the government has been concerned about. Prime Minister Tony Abbott earlier warned the amendments might shift “balance between freedom and security.” In mid-September, Australia raised its terror alert to the second highest level in response to the activities of the extremist IS group in the in the Middle East. Abbott warned there were at least 60 Australians fighting alongside terrorist groups in Syria and Iraq, and at least 100 Australians who were supporting them. The PM also pointed to the fact that more than 20 of these foreign fighters have already returned to Australia and pose a threat to national security. Islamic State spokesman issued a speech September 21, urging Muslims to launch attacks on civilians from US-led coalition countries, including Australia. Among other counter-terrorism amendments that are pending parliamentary approval in Australia are a law that would require the country’s telecom companies to save metadata and provide it to government agencies, and also a law restricting travel to conflict zones in the Middle East. Italian police have used tear gas and water cannon to disperse thousands of anti-austerity protesters in Naples, where the European Central Bank (ECB) was holding a monthly policy meeting. An estimated 4,000 anti-austerity demonstrators took to the streets of Naples on Thursday, carrying placards with caricatures of German Chancellor Angela Merkel amid tight security in the whereabouts of the ECB meeting. The Italian protesters, including a large group of students and laid-off workers, slammed the ECB for the rise in poverty and unemployment in their country. “No to the ECB, no to austerity – housing and income for all,” chanted the outraged demonstrators. Italian riot police fired tear gas and water cannon to push back the protesters who were trying to climb the wall of the building where the ECB meeting was taking place. Issues such as the recession in Italy, manufacturing stagnation in France and massive unemployment across the eurozone are among major problems that its member states continue to struggle with. The so-called troika of international lenders, including the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the European Commission and the ECB, has urged crisis-torn economies to adopt harsh austerity policies to tackle their financial problems. Such tough austerity measures and economic reforms have triggered incidents of social unrest and massive protests in many European countries. Europe plunged into financial crisis in early 2008. Insolvency now threatens heavily debt-ridden countries such as Greece, Portugal, Italy, Ireland and Spain. Source |

![]() General Motors is scrambling to prevent owners of the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette from breaking the law with the car’s high-tech recording device. Apparently, the company never got the memo that secret recordings are illegal in many states. One of the new features of GM’s sports car is a part of the Performance Data Recorder called “Valet Mode.” The high-tech equipment allows ‘Vette owners to secretly record conversations in its interior ‒ as well as information about the car’s performance, even when they are not in the car. “You can even capture video and data when someone else is driving the car with Valet Mode, giving you extra peace of mind,” the Chevrolet website states. “Think of it as a baby monitor for your car,” Harlan Charles, Corvette product manager, said in a statement introducing the car. “Anyone who has felt apprehension about handing over their keys will appreciate the peace of mind of knowing exactly what happened while their baby was out of sight.” If the technology had been around in the 1980s, Ferris Bueller never would have been able to have so much fun on his day off. And neither would the valets. But GM apparently wasn’t paying attention to various wiretapping scandals over the years ‒ including Linda Tripp with Monica Lewinsky, the National Security Agency leaks or Donald Sterling. The company was seemingly oblivious to the fact that didn’t know that different states have different rules when it comes to recording conversations. And, in some places, using Valet Mode could be a felony. “Federal wiretapping laws generally require only one party to consent to a recording of an interaction,” Ars Technica reported. “But in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Washington, all parties involved in the recording must either consent to a recording or at least be aware that the recording is happening, depending on the state. So if a Corvette owner turns on Valet Mode in California and turns the car over to the unknowing attendant, that Corvette owner could be committing a felony.” Realizing its mistake, GM sent out letters to its dealers and mechanics last week, asking them to pass on the potential illegality of the feature to their customers. The letter also explained that the company would be coming out with an update to the 2015 Corvettes in the next month. “In the meantime, you must advise any customers who take delivery of an impacted vehicle that they should refrain from using the Valet Mode until the update takes place,” the letter said, as posted on Corvette Forum. “If they do use the Valet Mode, they should (i) notify any occupants of the vehicle that they will be recorded while in the vehicle, and (ii) obtain their consent to this recording. It is very important that you explain this to each customer at the time of delivery.” GM is “evaluating several scenarios for the software update – for example disabling the audio recording in Valet Mode, but keeping the video recording active,” Monte Doran, a spokesperson for Corvette, said to Forbes. Ryan Calo of the University of Washington School of Law explained that the audio – not video – recording is the legal sticking point of the technology. “It’s really the interior audio that triggers various wiretap laws,” Calo said. “But not if the owner warns, thereby defeating the expectation of privacy.” Along with the recordings, Valet Mode also disables the entertainment system and locks storage compartments to deter thefts. “Performance Data Recorder was initially designed as a tool for track days, allowing drivers to record their laps and improve their driving skills,” said Charles. “We soon realized the system could have many more applications, such as recording a scenic drive up Highway 101, or recording when the Valet Mode is activated.” Source |
