The Ministry of Defense (MoD) is reporting today that President Putin has signed a “September War” order authorizing atomic weapon first strikes on NATO forces as fears grow within the Kremlin that the Obama regime is about to unleash a massive attack in Ukraine against both separate forces and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
President Putin signed this grave war order in Crimea early today during his security meeting with top Federation military leaders, this report says, and publically noted the Kremlins concerns by stating:
“It is evident that the threat on the part of external forces to destabilize in this or that way the situation on the peninsula remains: either to play a nationalistic card or, using these or those mistakes, blunders, inefficient actions of the authorities, to direct the citizens’ just concern to a destructive alley. Some capital cities speak openly on this subject, speaking of the necessity to conduct subversive activities; relevant structures are being formed, personnel for acts of sabotage, radical propaganda is recruited and trained.”

Upon President Putin’s signing of this war order, this report says, over 9,000 troops and 3,000 combat vehicles of the Federations Iskander-M tactical ballistic missile system batteries began their immediate 800 kilometers (497 miles) redeployment to the Astrakhan Oblast where they will begin operating within the Southern Military District.
Raising the Kremlins fears of war even more, this report continues, is the 65,000-strong army Ukraine has amassed on the front lines near Donetsk which MoD experts warn will attack simultaneously with planned Western terror attacks in Crimea in a “misguided attempt” to force the Federation to defend only the latter, instead of the former.
As preparatory artillery barrages from US-led Ukrainian forces have already struck fear within the European Union (EU) of this coming wars outbreak, this report notes, crisis talks between Germany and France are now being scheduled, which President Putin will not attend, though he may attend a later one.
Federation preparations, however, this report states, are “much more severe” as at least 50,000 highly trained troops are prepared to immediately intervene in Ukraine once war starts, and the massive buildup of the 20th Army along the Western front continues at an accelerated pace.
This MoD report further notes that President Putin’s order extends to 15 October the massive air defense drills now ongoing in Ashuluk, which is about 500 kilometers (310 miles) from the Federation’s border with eastern Ukraine should they be needed to fight in this war too.
And with tens-of-thousands of Western troops pouring into Spain for Exercise Trident Juncture 2015, which NATO calls the “most ambitious” in its “modern history”, MoD experts in this report say, the expected last week of September beginning of this unprecedented war provocation is what will “trigger” the beginning of war in Ukraine.

With outgoing US Army chief of staff, General Ray Odierno, stating this past week that Russia is the top military threat to the United States, this report says, it is curious as to why this would be so as America already spends more for militarism and war making than all other countries in the world combined.
As the US has conducted a number of secret military drills over the summer, the results of which left American defense officials and military forces worried that their county is not prepared for a sustained war against Russia, MoD analysts in this report further note, the Obama regime is set to begin it anyway as they gear up for the onrushing economic apocalypse facing them next month.
And to how catastrophic this September economic apocalypse is going to be, the American dissident website InfoWars.com has, also, warned this week that “outright panic” has now overtaken those who know what is coming.

A towering structure rising 20 kilometers into the air with its top in the sky may sound like something out of an Old Testament passage or science fiction novel, but a Canadian space company has proposed just that to cut the costs of space exploration.
Last month Thoth Technology was granted a United States patent for a “space elevator,” which would be more than 20 times taller than the 829-metre-high Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the tallest building in the world. That is also beyond the so-called “Armstrong limit” – a point at an altitude of 19 kilometers where body fluids start to boil off due to low air pressure.
“The space elevator tower has a segmented elevator core structure, each segment being formed of at least one pneumatically pressurized cell. The pressure cells may be filled with air or another gas,” the patent states.
“Elevator cars may ascend or descend on the outer surface of the elevator core structure or in a shaft on the interior of the elevator core structure.”

The structure would be stabilized by gyroscopic and active control machinery.
The company believes that it would be more efficient to launch spaceships from the stratosphere because of the decreased fuel consumption involved. The researchers propose using a platform on top of the space lift as a launching pad, which could cut the cost of space flight by around one third.
“Astronauts would ascend to 12 miles by electrical elevator,” said the inventor, Dr. Brendan Quine. “From the top of the tower, space planes will launch in a single stage to orbit, returning to the top of the tower for refueling and reflight,” he added.

The scientists also say the elevator could also be used for scientific research, space tourism, communications, and wind-energy generation.
“Landing at 12 miles above sea level will make space flight more like taking a passenger jet,” said Thoth Technology President and CEO, Caroline Roberts.
Despite sounding like something out of science fiction, Thoth Technology’s concept is more realistic than previous ones.
The idea of a space elevator was first proposed by Russian scientist Konstantin Tsiolkovsky in the late 20th century. The idea was to deliver payloads from the ground to outer space by using a huge cable with one end anchored to the Earth’s surface and the other fixed in a geostationary orbit. However, scientists say that a full-fledged space lift is unfeasible due to the lack of a material which could support itself at a height of 36,000 kilometers where geostationary satellites orbit.

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) has launched massive military drills across Europe, in what is seen as a move to deter alleged threats from Russia in the region.
According to reports on Tuesday, Germany, Italy, Bulgaria and Romania are currently hosting over 5,000 soldiers from 11 NATO member states participating in the massive airborne drills called “Swift Response 15”.
The maneuver “is the largest Allied airborne training event on the continent since the end of the Cold War,” read a statement issued by the US military base in the southern German town of Grafenwohr.
The drills, which started on Saturday and will continue for four weeks, are aimed at boosting the military capabilities of the organization’s “high-readiness forces” as well as showing “the alliance’s capacity to rapidly deploy and operate in support of maintaining a strong and secure Europe,” the statement added.
NATO is also scheduled to hold another large maneuver in September across the continent. Reports say that 36,000 soldiers from over 30 NATO and partner member states will attend the Exercise Trident Juncture in southern and central Europe next month.
“We are encountering challenges that we did not anticipate, but the lessons we learn will be valuable for NATO in the future,” said Commander of the Support Group Philip Morrison in possible reference to the rising tension between NATO and Moscow over the Ukrainian crisis.
Russia and 12 international organizations have been invited by the alliance to observe the September drills.
NATO-Moscow relations have been extremely tense in recent months. NATO and Kiev accuse the Kremlin of supporting pro-Russia forces in eastern Ukraine. Russia categorically denies the allegations, saying NATO is responsible for the flare-up in Ukraine.

German Civil Rights Movement ‘Solidarität’ (Solidarity) has launched an online petition against the Third World War on its website. According to the activists, the US military provocations against Russia and China pose a serious threat to humanity.
On the 70th anniversary of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings, the world is now closer to the brink of nuclear war than ever before since the Cuban missile crisis in 1962, the appeal said.
The authors of the appeal pointed out that with its unilateral deployment of missile defense systems against Russia and rapid development of a new generation of tactical B-61-21-nuclear weapons, the United States poses a serious security threat to the whole world.
“The recent reports have revealed that during the NATO maneuvers Trident Juncture 15 the use of nuclear weapons against Russia is set to be practiced among other things,” the website said.
After these “unmistakable provocations” Russia has also “significantly upgraded” its strategic nuclear forces.
“With today’s nuclear arsenal, which can wipe out all human beings dozens of times, the world is somnambulistically approaching the abyss. We, the undersigned, demand the immediate stop of confrontation with Russia and China and a return to a political resolution of all conflicts,” the appeal said.
In June, about 100 generals and senior officers of the former East German armed forces condemned the Western war rhetoric against Russia in an open letter to the German public and called for cooperation between the warring parties.
Six months earlier, more than 60 prominent German representatives in the fields of politics, business, culture and media had also demanded a new Russia-course. They warned of a possible new war in Europe and called for an ease in tensions.

The death of Eric Garner, unarmed African American man, by a white police officer last July led to protests across the US.
The civil liberties situation in the United States has worsened due to the erosion of economic freedom, civil rights and other measures of personal liberty, according to a new comprehensive study.
The United States fell from 17th in 2008 to 20th place in 2012, the most recent year for which sufficient data is available, according to the Cato Institute in the US, the Fraser Institute in Canada and the Swiss Liberales Institut, which conducted the study together.
“The US performance is worrisome and shows that the United States can no longer claim to be the leading bastion of liberty in the world,” said Ian Vásquez of the Cato Institute, one of the authors of the report.
“Since the year 2000, the US has been on a decline in terms of economic freedom,” Vasquez said.
The report, released on Tuesday, said the US decline in the “Human Freedom Index” reflects a long-term drop in every category of economic freedom and in its rule of law indicators, as well as the expansion of government regulation.
Other factors that have likely contributed to the decline is the invasions of privacy through the “war on drugs” and “war on terror,” as well as the erosion of property rights due to greater use of eminent domain.
The Human Freedom Index presents a broad measure of personal, civil, and economic freedom around the world.
The index places countries like Chile, Malta and Mauritius ahead of the United States.
Washington has come under severe criticism for policies that have eroded civil rights, including mass surveillance programs and cracking down on whistleblowers and reporters.

A Google subsidiary has taken a large step, quite literally, in trying to make humanoid robots as realistic as possible. Its creation, an Atlas robot, was able to walk unaided across rough terrain, a vast improvement over recent failures at the Robot Olympics.
If you go out in the woods today, you’re sure of a big surprise – that would be sound advice for residents around the Boston area. However, don’t expect to find anything remotely as cuddly or cute as a teddy bear’s picnic, because a hulking terminator-like robot has been spotted roaming around the area.
This is no hunter killer, well not yet anyway, it is a project by Boston Dynamics, a Google subsidiary, who specialize in robot design. Its creators have now let it out of the lab and into the open.
“We are interested in getting this robot out into the world. Out in the world is just a completely different challenge than in the lab. You can’t predict what it is going to be like,” said Marc Raibert, the founder of Boston Dynamics.
The Atlas robot, as it is known, is certainly an imposing figure, it stands 1.88cm (6’2 feet) and weighs 150kg (330lb). However, plans for a terminator style invasion maybe on hold for the moment, as the robots certainly don’t have the movement of a T-800 or a T-1000 as seen in the Arnold Schwarzenegger movies.
The team is currently working to make sure the robot will be able to walk and run without its power tether, something it can’t do at the moment.
“We are making pretty good progress to make sure that it has mobility that is in shooting range of yours. I am not saying that it can do everything that you can do, but if we keep pushing it, we will get there,” Raibert added.
This is good progress in comparison to how Boston Dynamics’ robots faired at the recent Robo-Olympics, where the humanoids tended to spend more time on their backsides than on their feet.
The Atlas robot has also been trying to master the Japanese martial art of karate. In November, it managed to mimic the ‘Crane Kick’ which was made famous by Ralph Macchio in the 1984 blockbuster, the Karate Kid.
