Elon Musk has unveiled his latest auto creation. Tesla appears to finally be staking its claim in the world of fast cars, with a monster electric SUV that is not only the safest ever built, but can do 0 to 60 in just over three seconds.
That is without mentioning all the things that make this new line appear as though it’s arrived straight from the future, like the intelligent ‘falcon doors’ and the panoramic windshield – the first of its kind on a production line car – and the impressive 17-inch touchscreen.
The new Model X SUV doesn’t just have a powerful engine. It’s also very quiet.
The new all-electric was unveiled at the company headquarters in Fremont, California, on Wednesday, with everyone, including the online audience, incredibly excited (Musk held all the cards very close to his chest until the fateful moment.)
The handsome marque comes in two models, with the more basic Signature affording you 0 to 60 in 3.8 seconds, with a top speed of 155mph (about 250kmh). The Founder is faster, speeding you to 60mph in just 3.2 seconds. Both models can go 250-257 miles on a single charge.
Technology Tesla is particularly proud of is Ludicrous Mode, which is fitted onto the Founder model. Picking up where Insane Mode left off, Ludicrous gives the engine extra edge.
Introduced first on the Model S, it allowed the car to emulate the acceleration of a Porsche 911. While for the new SUV, the 2.8 seconds has been increased to 3.2, it’s still pretty impressive.
The crossover vehicle comes with a set of swanky features to allow you to pull up to any cool spot in town and be allowed in.
The falcon doors are a marvel, as they sense the driver approaching and close automatically when both the front seats are occupied. They actually read the driver’s movements as they approach the car. They also use electronic sensors to determine the best possible trajectory for them to open, as they contain multiple hinge points.
The Panoramic Windshield will also impress, especially the more nervous driver. You will never have to crane your neck again, as this is the biggest panoramic shield ever put on a conventional vehicle.

The glass almost envelopes the driver, spanning beyond the top corners and reaching the roof. Understandably, this created a huge headache for Tesla in trying to block out the sun; a clever design with several UV gradients had to be used, along with a special visor – the most complicated in the world, according to Musk. The extra piece of kit is clipped into place with a magnet, and can extend all the way into the back.
All crash test expectations have been exceeded by the new SUV, because instead of an engine up front, it has a large crumple zone, complete with aluminum pillars reinforced by steel rails.
Completing this feature roundup is the ridiculously high-tech air filtration system that promises to have you safe and protected inside the locked Model X.
The crossover SUV has a price tag of $132,000 for the Signature series and $142,000 for the Founder.
The Space X and PayPal founder does have some issues to consider. A recent rise in computer connectivity has left a lot of gadgets open to hack attacks – and Tesla is no exception. It’s a uniquely scary prospect to have your vehicle taken over remotely when speeding down a freeway at 155mph.
However, with others quickly entering the electric car market, it seems that some form of future technology that helps better insulate the driver from such dangers may soon be on the way.

Donald Trump, politician and billionaire, plans to evict all Syrian refugees as soon as he takes office as President.
Republican presidential hopeful Trump said during his speech in New Hampshire that he would deport all Syrians from the country in case of his victory in the US presidential election.
“They could be ISIS, I don’t know,” Trump told a crowd of more than 3,500 at a high school in Keene, New Hampshire.
“Military tactics are very interesting,” Trump said. “This could be one of the great tactical ploys of all time. A 200,000 man army, maybe. Or if they sent 50,000 or 80,000 or 100,000… That could be possible. I don’t know that it is, but it could be possible.”
“They’re going back,” he said. “And if I lose, I guess they’re staying. But if I win, they’re going back.”
Noteworthy, Donald Trump may very often contradict to himself. Not that long ago, he urged the US authorities to accept Syrian refugees, as these people were fleeing from hell, as he put it. As Donald Trump said it himself, he like to be “unpredictable” so that the enemies of the US won’t know his strategies.
The US does not experience problems because of the outflow of refugees from the Middle East and Africa. Since the beginning of the Syrian conflict, the country has taken a total of only 1,500 refugees as opposed to 500,000 refugees in the European Union.
Earlier, White House spokesman Josh Ernest promised that the US would welcome 10,000 refugees from Syria.

A rock-shaped Israeli-made espionage device was found in the southern Lebanese town of Bani Hayan on September 30, 2015.
A highly camouflaged Israeli espionage device has been discovered in southern Lebanon, the country’s army says.
“An army force discovered an Israeli spy device in a rock connected to an electric cable. A military expert arrived at the scene and dismantled the device,” the Lebanese Army Command’s General Directorate said in a statement released on Wednesday, adding that the Lebanese army has initiated an investigation into the issue.
Found in a district of the southern town of Bani Hayan, the rock-shaped device was connected to four large electric batteries and was equipped with a hidden camera and some transmission devices.
It is not the first time fake rocks in Lebanon turn out to be Israeli spying devices. Back in December 2010, the Lebanese army reported that it had discovered and dismantled sophisticated Israeli-made surveillance devices, similarly camouflaged, in the mountains of Sannine and Barouk, north and south of the capital Beirut.

Iran has dispatched hundreds of ground troops to Syria to fight alongside the forces loyal to President Bashar al-Assad.
A full scale war is unfolding in Syria, with a ground offensive being planned to coincide with Russian air strikes, according to Lebanese sources.
“The (Russian) air strikes will in the near future be accompanied by ground advances by the Syrian army and its allies,” one of the sources told Reuters.
“It is possible that the coming land operations will be focused in the Idlib and Hama countryside,” the source added.
Lebanese Hezbollah troops will also join the Iranian forces, the sources note, as well as Iraqis.
The goal is to retake areas in northwestern Syria that fell to Western backed rebels earlier in the year.
“The vanguard of Iranian ground forces began arriving in Syria: soldiers and officers specifically to participate in this battle. They are not advisors … we mean hundreds with equipment and weapons. They will be followed by more,” the second source said.
The addition of Iranian troops into the fray is sure to rile Israel. Israeli Likud Minister Yuval Steinitz reportedly warned the United States, Russia and other world powers that Israel will not tolerate Iranian forces near its border, the Jerusalem Times reported on Tuesday.
In August it was reported that Israel is preparing for a possible ground invasion of Syria.
The Israelis began large division-scale training in the occupied Golan Heights in mid-August under the pretext ISIS may invade and also citing the presence of Hezbollah fighters in Syria.
Russian airstrikes began in Syria on Wednesday after their parliament approved the military action.
Obama’s Secretary of Defense, Ashton Carter, told the media a visit by a Russian General an hour prior to the bombing in Syria was “unprofessional.”
The Russian General informed the U.S. the Russian military would begin bombing in an hour.
The Russian Defense Ministry claimed that it struck eight Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) targets in Syria, adding that “civilian infrastructure” was avoided during the operations.

The hi-tech razor is powered by a small laser, cutting through hair without burning them, the inventors say.
As a result, they promise the potentially groundbreaking device will leave no scratches, razor burn, itch, or irritation.
Plus, they say the shave is eco-friendly: two billion razors are reportedly discarded each year in the US only, and the Skarp razor’s cartridge won’t need replacing.
Also, the blade will need little or no water usage, but it will be possible to use it in the shower.
The razor’s prototype was made of 6061 aluminium, and ‘Skarp’ means ‘sharp’ in Swedish. The laser will function for 50,000 hours, with one AAA battery sufficient to ensure its work for about a month.
One of the main creators of the razor, Morgan Gustavsson, invented IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) in 1989, and the method is still used today. He initially had the idea of the Skarp razor back in 2001, but powerful enough laser technology wasn’t on offer at the time.
In 2009, Gustavsson developed a laser that could cut any type and color of hair, not only dark ones.
Some 8,200 people have already bought the blade as a perk for contributing to the Kickstarter campaign, with over 9,500 people having backed the idea.

A new Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that yesterday’s decree signed by President Putin for the autumn conscription campaign of an additional 150,000 troops will ensure the continued combat viability of Federation Military Forces as it faces not only Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) terrorists, but the growing threat of war between Russia and the West.
According to this report, even though Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated about President Putin’s conscription decree that “this… is a regular document which the president signs twice a year. It is not related to Syria in any way, of course, this situation does not concern the draftees in any way”, the propagandist lies being disseminated by the Obama regime about the Federation now border on the perverse.
Fueling the Obama regimes anger against Russia, this report continues, was President Putin, yesterday, requesting, and then receiving, a Declaration of War against ISIS/ISIL forces operating in Syria—immediately after which he ordered combat operations to begin.
Immediately prior to Russian combat operations against ISIS/ISIL forces in Syria beginning, this report states, Russia’s top military commander in the Middle East presented to the Americans at their embassy in Baghdad, Iraq, a legal démarche demanding that the United States cease all operations in Syria as it was in clear violation of United Nations and international law by its unprovoked attacks against the sovereignty of a foreign nation—a crucial point expounded on by former US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and US State Department analyst Larry Johnson whosaid:
“Under international law, Russia holds all of the cards in Syria. It has been invited into Syria by the Government of Bashir Assad. The Syrians want the Russians on the ground and in the fight. The United States, by contrast, is the law breaker. We are committing an act of war against the Government of Syria by conducting unauthorized air strikes and inserting U.S. Special Operations forces on the ground.”
And of the greatest worries to Russian combat commanders in Syria requesting that this démarche be issued to the Americans , this report warns, are for those US Special Forces operating illegally in Syria who “insanely” have beenordered by the Obama regime to wear a combat designation patch on their uniforms that is nearly identical to that worn by ISIS/ISIL troops thus putting their lives in grave danger.
With the Obama regime having now been issued this démarche, this report says, Russia is now no longer legally responsible should these US Special Forces be killed by Federation airstrikes (or other such combat methods) and, even more dangerously, American aircraft illegally operating in Syrian airspace are likewise able to be targeted and downed too.
Important to note too, MoD analysts in this report state, the Federation, prior to yesterdays combat, attempted to forestall war when, back in August, all of the Syrian opposition groups were invited to Moscow to mediate and end to this conflict.
However, this report continues, with the Obama regime blocking all avenues of peace, Russia was left with no choice but to declare war on ISIS/ISIL thus causing President Putin to shame these Western warmongers by stating earlier this week at the United Nations:
“Instead of the triumph of democracy and progress, we got violence, poverty and social disaster — and nobody cares a bit about human rights, including the right to life, I cannot help asking those who have forced that situation: Do you realize what you have done?”
And to what exactly these Western warmongers have done, this report details, is to unleash the fury of over 50 Russian Aerospace Forces warplanes and helicopters that have begun to pulverize ISIS/ISIL forces in Syria.

With the Obama regimes backed media propaganda against the Federations war on ISIS/ISIL becoming more absurd and outlandish by the hour, this report says, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov was forced to advise American reporters to stop listening to the Pentagon and, instead, get the truth directly from the MoD.
In just one example of this Obama regime propaganda, this report notes, was the accusation that Russian forces were killing children—which was immediately proved to be a lie when the picture used by the American media to support this allegation turned out to be a complete fabrication as it was taken five days prior to any Federation combat operations.

And as these 150,000 new Russian troops begin reporting to their training bases, this report concludes, though they will, most likely, not have to fight in Syria, the same cannot be said about the West—especially when viewed in the light of the United Kingdom’s top military officer calling on his nation to prepare for war with Russia.
