The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday quietly approved a rule change that would allow a federal magistrate judge to issue a search and seizure warrant for any target using anonymity software like Tor to browse the internet.
by Nadia Prupis Absent action by U.S. Congress, the rule change (pdf) will go into effect in December. I strongly believe that the majority of the human race would choose clean drinking water, natural farming practices, ethical treatment of animals, fair wages and labour practices, and green and sustainable products — any option which harms neither the planet nor the beings dwelling upon it — if they felt they had a choice in the matter.

If you really still believe NASA isn’t hiding some much bigger things behind the many black budget, super secret projects that it conducts, perhaps you’ll get a kick out of their alterations of space footage using CGI and a green screen – just like they do in Hollywood, or their latest gimmick – faking space station communication delays so that we, here on earth, won’t realize just how advanced their communication systems truly are.
