UN Chief Visits Srebrenica Memorial
On July 26, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon visited the memorial to the 1995 Srebrenica massacre in Potocari, Bosnia, where he laid flowers to honor the victims. Ban is the first UN chief to visit the memorial site.
