An ominous report prepared by the General Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces (GRU) circulating in the Kremlin today states that the emergency meeting held Saturday morning in Moscow between President Putin and French President François Hollande was due to the discovery of France’s General Directorate for External Security (DGSE) of a “la terreur spectaculaire” [English: terror spectacular] being planned by the Obama regime.
According to this report, early Saturday morning (6 December), President Hollande was in route to Paris from his state visit to Kazakhstan when his plane requested an immediate/emergency flight path deviationto Moscow’s Vnukovo International Airport (VIA) where the French leader “requested/demanded” that he be met by Putin upon his landing.
Upon President Hollande’s arrival at VIA, this report continues, he was escorted with his security/intelligence entourage to the government’s Terminal 2 facilities “safe room” that protects its occupants from electronic surveillance.
Upon Putin’s “rushed arrival” and meeting with his French counterpart at the VIA, GRU analysts in this report say, a “visibly distraught” President Hollande began detailing how his countries DGSE had informed him of their uncovering of an Obama regime plot to stage a massive false flag terror attack which the blame of which would placed on Russia.

President Hollande further noted to Putin his fears that Russia would be forced to retaliate against the United States, this report says, but expressed his alarm that France could be catastrophically impacted by such a conflict, and which with his meeting he was attempting to insure would not happen.
Though this report does not detail any response to President Hollande from Putin, it does note that he did order the sudden deployment of the S-400 ‘Triumph’ and Pantsir-S1 surface-to-air missile systems, as well as the Kasta radar station, to central Moscow this morning.
Equally as ominous, this report warns, is that President Hollande’s warning to Putin came one day after the US Congress passed what is in essence a declaration of war against the Russian Federation.
This Obama regime declaration of war against the Russian Federation, known as House Resolution 758, the GRU confirms, was passed overwhelmingly by the US Congress on 5 December without the American peoples knowledge and/or consent, a fact shockingly described by the award-winning author, and Professor of Economics (emeritus) at the University of Ottawa, Michel Chossudovsky, who stated: “This historic vote – which potentially could affect the lives of hundreds of millions of people worldwide– has received virtually no media coverage. A total media blackout prevails.”
Former US Congressman Ron Paul, likewise, this report states, blasted this declaration of war by stating:
“Yesterday the US House passed what I consider to be one of the worst pieces of legislation ever. H. Res. 758 was billed as a resolution “strongly condemning the actions of the Russian Federation, under President Vladimir Putin, which has carried out a policy of aggression against neighboring countries aimed at political and economic domination.”
In fact, the bill was 16 pages of war propaganda that should have made even neocons blush, if they were capable of such a thing. That is why I can hardly believe they are getting away with it again, and this time with even higher stakes: provoking a war with Russia that could result in total destruction!”
As to the why of the Obama regimes plan to attack the Federation, this report continues, was articulated earlier today by Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov who said:

“It is hardly a secret that the goal of the sanctions is to create social and economic conditions to carry out a change of power in Russia”. and who further warned, “There will be no easy or fast way out of this.”
And to how the Obama regime is preparing for this war, the GRU warns, can be seen in their massive deployment of weapons and troops into the European Union and which even their own NATO experts have warned is intensifying: “We have already boosted our presence in the eastern part of our alliance. We have five times more planes in the air. Our forces start an exercise every two days. And we have also increased the number of ships in the Baltic and the Black Seas.”
Though the vast majority of Americans have no idea about the catastrophe to come due to the Obama regime declaring war on Russia, the same cannot be said of the more than 120 senior military, political and diplomatic figures from across the world that warned last week at the Vienna Conference on the Humanitarian Impact of Nuclear Weapons of the nightmare about to occur.
The grim fate of nuclear war to strike the average American person, however, cannot be said of their elites, who in a detailed report released this past week have been discovered to be building massive underground fortresses to protect themselves.

US Vice President Joseph Biden listens as US President Barack Obama announces Ashton Carter as his new secretary of defense on Friday.
The United States is “fabricating all sorts of facts” about Russia as a pretext to wage a devastating war with the nuclear-armed country, an American activist and journalist says.
A resolution passed recently in the US House of Representatives condemning Russia, completely fabricated all sorts of “facts and factoids” in order to create a narrative with the intended outcome of war with Russia, Mark Glenn told Press TV on Monday.
Russia “is a very well armed nuclear power and the United States is getting itself involved in a fight here that she simply cannot walk away from this thing without getting severely wounded,” said Glenn, the co-founder of the Crescent and Cross Solidarity Movement.
In an article published on Sunday, former US Congressman and presidential candidate Ron Paul said American lawmakers are seeking to drag the US into a war with Russia by passing anti-Russian resolutions.
“Last week the US House voted overwhelmingly in favor of an anti-Russia resolution so full of war propaganda that it rivals the rhetoric from the chilliest era of the Cold War,” Paul wrote.
Tensions between the United States and Russia have escalated steadily since April, when the Black Sea peninsula of Crimea reunited with the Russian Federation following a referendum a month earlier.
Washington accuses Moscow of arming and supporting pro-Russian forces fighting in the predominantly Russian-speaking areas in eastern Ukraine. Moscow calls the accusations “groundless”.
The US-led military buildup in NATO member states bordering Russia has drawn strong objections from Moscow, followed by warnings of a well-measured response.
The United States plans to bolster its armored presence and keep rotations of American troops in Eastern Europe to provide “deterrence against Russian aggression.”

“Climate change” polled at the very bottom of a long list of priorities.
A global poll of more than 6.5million people has placed climate change at the very bottom of a long list of priorities, with the finding being consistent across both genders, almost all age ranges, all education levels and in most regions of the world. (h/t Watts Up With That). Conversely, every single demographic placed “a good education” at the top.
The poll is being conducted by the United Nations as part of a program to find out what people across the world want to see action on. Participants are offered a choice of sixteen policy issues, which also include “a good education”, “Political freedoms”, “Protecting forests, rivers and oceans”, and “Equality between men and women”.
6,654,216 people have taken part in the My World survey so far (launched last March, it is remaining open until next year). Across almost every demographic, “Action taken on climate change” was rated 16 / 16.
The only exceptions are amongst those aged 46 and above, who placed “Phone and internet access” at the bottom of their lists of priorities, and those living within more affluent regions of the world. Across the whole of Africa and Asia climate change rated last, but Europe, Oceania and the Americas promoted the issue to around half way up the table.

A British pastor has called for more government action against the UK’s hunger crisis.
Stephen Sizer, pastor of the Christ Church of England, has told Press TV’s UK Desk that “the government needs to do more, but I suggest that needs to be done at the local level, where people live by those who have responsibility for them, local government, local council.”
Sizer also pointed to the underlying economic issues such as joblessness, noting that “the challenge is that in a climate of high unemployment and an economy that is not growing, an increasing number of people are finding themselves unable to cope and require assistance; hence the growth in the food banks.”
He also praised the food banks as “an amazing and a very compassionate way in which local communities can care for their poor, as a church we support our local food bank with staff and with weekly supplies.”
His comments come on the heels of an article by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby on The Daily Mail, where the top priest criticized the country’s hunger crisis as worse than that of Africa.
Welby spoke of seeing a family in a UK food bank, where “they were ashamed to be there. The dad talked miserably. He said they had each been skipping a day’s meals once a week in order to have more for the child, but then they needed new tyres for the car so they could get to work at night, and just could not make ends meet. So they had to come to a food bank.”
Press TV’s UK Desk contacted the press office of the Archbishop of Canterbury for further insight into the situation, but received the answer that “he is not intending to do any media interviews following the publication of the report.” by British media outlets.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov.
By imposing sanctions on Moscow, the US aims to change the political leadership, says the Russian Foreign Ministry, adding that Washington is “twisting the arms” of its allies so that they can continue an “anti-Russian front.”
“Behind the formally-declared aim to make us alter our position towards Ukraine, [we] see the [US] plan to form social and economic conditions to change leadership in Russia,” said Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov.
According to Ryabkov, first of all Western countries wanted “to punish” Russia for “free will of people in Crimea and [the city of] Sevastopol,” who in a March referendum decided to separate from Ukraine and to join Russia.
Then they decided “that Russia has to, according to US opinion, totally change course towards the Kiev authorities and Eastern Ukraine in general, and to re-evaluate its foreign policy,” he said.
Ryabkov noted that apart from plans to destabilize Moscow leadership, US are “twisting arms” of their own allies so that they could continue “Anti-Russian front” and follow US policies on sanctions against Russia.
“But the US is not ashamed of insisting on cooperation with us [Russia] on matters affecting its own interests,” he said. He used the example of the Iranian nuclear talks, in which both Russia and the US take part.
Ryabkov added that the Kremlin is not planning to start talks with US and its Western allies in order to get the sanctions towards Russia repealed.
He criticized the US resolution strongly condemning Moscow’s actions against its neighbors, and labeling them a policy of aggression.
“We see this document as the next step and further elaboration of those tendencies which have recently dominated Washington’s policy towards Russia.”
Passed December 4, the resolution slams Russia’s “continuing political, economic and military aggression” against Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova, and the “continuing violation of their sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity.”
Ryabkov doesn’t exclude that there will be further complications with the US in the future.
Moscow is “trying hard to stabilize relations” with Washington, but the resolution is a barometer of quite different attitude in the US towards Russia, he added.
“We are not ready to make concessions to the US on principal questions, but we are ready and will be looking for the balance of interests and common denominator where it is possible,” he said.
