When it comes to fast trains, Japan takes top honors thanks to German brilliance and Japanese precision. A trailblazing maglev, short for ‘magnetic levitation’, train has set a world speed record during a test run near Mount Fuji, clocking over 600kph (373mph).
The new record comes less than a week after the seven-car train clocked 590kph, breaking its own 2003 record of 581kph.
The maglev hovers 10cm above the tracks and is propelled by electrically charged magnets.
The challenge for the Japan Railway Central company is to have a train in service in 2027 to travel some 286km between Tokyo and the central city of Nagoya. The service, which would run at a top cosmic speed of 500kph, is expected to connect the two cities in 40 minutes. It’s less than half the present journey time for the Shinkansen bullet trains.
By 2045, maglev trains are expected to link Tokyo and Osaka in just one hour and seven minutes, slashing the journey time in half, the Japan Times reported.
Meanwhile, construction costs for the dedicated lines have been estimated at up to $100 billion for just the stretch to Nagoya, with over 80 percent of the route set to go through pricey tunnels.
Japan wants to sell its Shinkansen bullet and magnetic train systems overseas to revive the country’s economy, partly through infrastructure exports. Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is likely to push the technology for a high-speed rail link between New York and Washington during his upcoming visit to America this weekend.

Debate has been sparked in France after around 900 illegal immigrants (mostly men from Africa) boarded an unstable boat which sunk while trying to breach Europe’s borders through Italy.
Back when Colonel Gaddafi ruled Libya, he warned that “Europe could turn into Africa“. He advised Europe that “Tomorrow Europe might no longer be European, and even black, as there are millions who want to come in,”
Gaddafi wanted to work with Europe to stop this from happening, but instead the then Jewish president of France Nicolas Sarkozy, along with other European leaders decided to invade Libya and get rid of Gaddafi as he could not stand the thought of having a homogenous French country.
The EU leaders which decided to invade Libya are directly responsible for the rising tide of immigration we have today.
Today, Sarkozy is joining the debate on immigration saying that “a real immigration policy” was needed in the European Union.
He called on the EU to “have a genuine immigration policy to prevent these tragedies” ahead of a proposed emergency meeting of ministers of interior and foreign affairs of European countries.
Hmm, what ever could that mean by that? Well, we do actually know what he means because he’s told us exactly what his goals are for France.
“The goal is to meet the challenge of racial interbreeding” Sarkozy told the French public, “Not to intermarry racially is bad for the survival of the country.”
That’s right, France. When he was in office, your leader called for the destruction of your identity. He wants your sons and daughters to be brought into a world where they have no home to feel safe, and no country to protect them.
Sarkozy is not just the only evil anti-European maniac today, there are lots and lots of them, and they are all around the planet.

ROTC cadets told their careers would be finished if they refused to participate.
Cadets were threatened that their careers would be finished if they refused to participate in a feminist campaign to promote the completely debunked college rape culture myth by wearing red spray painted high heels.
Imagine what ISIS or the Russian military is thinking when they see these images. Third wave feminism has poisoned EVERYTHING, even the U.S. Military.
Infowars was contacted by a former US Army service member who told us that his unit – Delta Company, 1st Battalion, 2nd Infantry Regiment, 172nd Infantry Brigade, was also FORCED to participate in the ‘Walk a Mile in Her Shoes’ event in 2011.
“I was deployed in Afghanistan during this time, but my comrades in the rear told me this event was a MANDATORY,” he writes. “As a former medic, I know that the only way out of this was to lie about injuries or pull some form of guard duty at this time.”

US Senator Rand Paul says Republican Senators John McCain and Lindsey Graham are “lapdogs” for President Barack Obama despite their vocal opposition to the administration.
“I’m really the one standing up to President Obama, and these people are essentially the lapdogs for President Obama and I think they’re sensitive about that,” he told Fox News on Tuesday.
The remarks were made when he was asked about recent criticism by the two hawkish GOP senators.
On Monday, McCain said Rand Paul “just does not understand” foreign policy.
“He has displayed this kind of naïveté since he came to the Senate,” McCain claimed.
Graham also said on Monday that Senator Paul has “been more wrong than right” on foreign policy matters.
However, the Kentucky Republican defended his non-interventionist views.
“I’m the only one actually standing up and saying the war in Libya was a mistake, the bombing of [Syrian President Bashar] Assad would make ISIS (ISIL) stronger, the arms to the Islamic rebels would make ISIS (ISIL) stronger,” Paul said.
“These people who call loudest to criticize me are great proponents of President Obama’s foreign policy, they just want to do it ten times over,” he added.
The senator announced earlier this month that he would run for president in 2016.
Graham is also considering a presidential bid and McCain is one of his big supporters.

Coffee can be considered a healthy drink, as it can protect you from cancer, the latest Swedish study has found. It follows other research on the pros of coffee in fighting off the potentially deadly disease.
“The caffeine turns off the signal paths to breast cancer cells. This results in slower cell proliferation and increased cell death,” said Ann Rosendahl, a researcher at Lund University and co-author of the study, The Local reported.
It all began two years ago when scientists at Lund University showed that a couple of cups of coffee per day could help avoid the recurrence of breast cancer.
The pattern was noticeable especially in those who were treated with anti-hormone medication Tamoxifen.
“For the women treated with tamoxifen and who drank at least two cups of coffee a day, the risk of relapse is almost half that of those who drank a small quantity of coffee or no coffee at all,” Rosendahl explained.
It turns out that caffeine has an impact on the signaling pathways that cancer needs to grow.
“We have now gone down into the cellular level and thus gained a greater understanding of the underlying causes,” Rosendahl added.
As many as 1,100 women took part in the study, of whom over 500 were taking the drug Tamoxifen.
Several studies have lately suggested that drinking coffee reduces the risk of various types of cancer, and also may help avoid its recurrence.
In particular, those who drink at least four cups of coffee daily have a 20 percent lower risk of skin cancer (malignant melanoma) than those drinking the least, according to a recent research by the US National Cancer Institute.
For men who drink over six cups of coffee per day, the risk of getting a fatal cancer is reduced by 60 percent, while three cups a day diminish it by 30 percent, according to the 2011 study, also by the National Cancer Institute.
