Eight border guards have been killed by terrorists in the southeastern province of Sistan-Baluchestan near the border with Pakistan, a provincial official says.
The eight were killed in a border area in the southeastern town of Negur on Monday when clashes broke out with terrorists who had entered Iran via the Pakistani border, IRNA quoted Sistan-Baluchestan Deputy Governor Ali Asghar Mirshekari as saying.
Negur is the main town of Dashtiari district in the Chabahar County, one of Iran’s southernmost regions.
During the ensuing gun battle, three of the assailants were also killed by Iranian forces.
Mirshekari added that the terrorists fled to Pakistan after the incident and that a request had been made to Pakistan to apprehend the culprits and hand them over to Iranian authorities.
Earlier on Monday, Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) destroyed a terrorist group in the southeast of the country.
All members of the terror team which was affiliated with foreign spy services were killed in an operation by IRGC’s ground forces in Qasre Qand and Nik Shahr regions in Sistan-Baluchestan, according to a statement by the Public relations office of the IRGC’s Qods Headquarters.
Sistan-Baluchestan province has seen similar attacks by terrorists who launch hit-and-run attacks and flee to neighboring Pakistan.
Iran has repeatedly criticized its eastern neighbor for failing to rein in the terrorists.

And all of us tax-paying citizens will be paying for it…
President Obama, without consent of Congress or the American public for that matter, cleared the way for millions of illegal aliens to stay in the United States. He also opened the door for them to receive a massive amount of money from the American taxpayer, without having to do a damn thing.
Now that illegal aliens are able to get Social Security Numbers they can claim up to four years’ worth of tax credits, which can amount to as much as $24,000. Unbelievable!
It’s obvious to most of us that Obama did this by invoking executive action for one reason. Votes for Democrats in 2016. Think about it. If you were an illegal and all of a sudden you were allowed to come to AMERICA, the greatest country in the world and get paid money on top of that wouldn’t you vote for the party that made it all happen?
Many Republicans are calling this nightmare “AMNESTY BONUSES” and want to put a stop to this.
“I represent hard working, law-biding Texans,” Rep. Sam Johnson, a senior Republican on the House Ways and Means Committee, told the Associated Press. “I think these amnesty rewards, and that’s what they are, need to be stopped.”
Truth Revolt reports:
Four million to five million illegal aliens are now shielded from deportation under Obama’s order. Republicans are threatening to hold up funding for the Department of Homeland Security to overturn the order. The department runs out of cash Feb. 27.
Millions of illegals work without Social Security numbers, even though federal law requires them for employment. Those millions also work without paying taxes. The IRS accepts the tax returns without reporting the taxpayers to immigration authorities.
“We don’t enforce the Social Security laws, we don’t enforce the immigration laws,” said IRS Commissioner John Koskinen. “In fact, the reason illegal immigrants file taxes with us is they know we aren’t sharing that data with anybody. We treat it as taxpayer-protected information.”
What’s more, once given Social Security numbers, the illegal aliens will qualify for benefits from the taxpayer Social Security funds — despite never having paid into it. They will also be eligible for Medicare, the nearly broke federal health care provider for the elderly.
And they’ll qualify to use the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) — popular among liberals because it pays taxpayer funds to low-wage workers even if they don’t make enough to pay federal income tax. Once the illegals get Social Security numbers, they can file tax returns claiming the EITC. More, they can file them for the previous three years, and with the maximum cash refund at $6,000, some could get $24,000.
Sen. Ben Sasse, R-Neb, told the AP the new setup belies what Obama claimed when he issued the orders. “This program severely undermines the White House’s lip-service to enforcing the law and would increase the burden on law-abiding taxpayers.”
There are already reports of numerous states realizing that this will be an unsustainable financial burden. And then let’s not forget that the 5 million illegals are being allowed to ship their families into the U.S. and they will get on the government dole, no doubt!
It is estimated that the 5 million granted illegal amnesty by Obama will actually turn into 25 million in just a few years. This is pure INSANITY!
So do your part and hammer your representatives on a regular basis! Let your voices be heard! After all, this will be the final straw and America will ultimately collapse unless this amnesty is stopped! God bless you all…

But the problem is overgrown government, not overgrown lawns.
A Grand Prairie, Texas, man is serving 17 days in jail for having an “overgrown lawn.”
Rick Yoes, an electrician for Tarrant County College who routinely works long hours, turned himself into custody Saturday because he lacked the funds to pay the $1,700 fine he received over his yard, which is the equivalent of three mortgage payments for the electrician.
“Yes, we should have been more on top of it, but we were so busy with work, and when we got a warning from the city we handled it,” his daughter Angel told theFresno People’s Media, adding that they had been keeping the lawn “buzzed” ever since the initial warning.
That wasn’t enough for the City of Grand Prairie, which issued a warrant for Yoes’ arrest and the $1,700 fine.
To pay off the fine by sitting in jail, Yoes has to use every vacation day he accrued at his job, but fortunately, Yoes is well-liked by his employers and the student body at Tarrant County College.
“In 2012, he dressed up in 1776-style regalia and read a copy of the U.S. Constitution to the student body,” Brian Sumner with the Fresno People’s Media wrote. “Because of his dedication he is loved by faculty and students.”
“His collection of beautiful seashells is also on display at the campus.”
The fact that someone like Yoes is spending 17 days in jail over his yard shows you that the real problem isn’t with overgrown lawns, but rather overgrown government.
You see, unlike hard-working Americans like Yoes, government doesn’t actually produce anything, it operates and grows through force. Therefore, in order for government to grow, it must enact bizarre regulations at the public’s expense.
But where does unrestrained government lead to? Totalitarianism in which every aspect of your life is tightly monitored and controlled.
Recently the president of the Virginia Fraternal Order of Police, Kevin Carroll, claimed that “free speech doesn’t say you have the right to insult somebody” and even suggested that using “bad language” on-line should be considered a crime.
“It’s actually against the law to say [bad language] in public; it’s a part of the disorderly conduct statute,” he harked. “If it’s against the law to say it in public why wouldn’t it be against the law to say it to someone through a computer?”

Turkish judicial officials have once again blocked major social networking websites over what they call a “terrorist propaganda” in the wake of a hostage standoff that saw a Turkish prosecutor killed by leftist militants.
Hurriyet newspaper said Monday that access to Twitter, Facebook and YouTube was blocked upon an order from prosecutors reportedly due to the publication of images related to last week’s hostage drama in Istanbul.
According to the daily, a deadline of four hours was set for the websites to remove the controversial content. Only Facebook has complied with the deadline. Reports say service providers have restored access to Facebook accordingly.
A total of 166 websites, including the three major social networking platforms, have been blocked upon the order which aimed to prevent “terrorist propaganda” inciting people to “hatred and violence” and disturbing the public order, according to the text of the court ruling, a copy of which was published on Youtube.com.
Last Tuesday, a shootout at a courthouse in Istanbul led to the killing of Prosecutor Mehmet Selim Kiraz and the two leftist militants who took him hostage. The captors were later declared to be members of the Marxist Revolutionary People’s Liberation Party-Front (DHKP-C).
Images of the hostage taking, which was released by the DHKP-C, later circulated on social media with several Turkish newspapers and news websites running them on their front-pages. The publication of the images triggered a probe by Turkish prosecutors for what they said was the spread of terrorism in the country.
Ibrahim Kalin, a spokesman for the Turkish presidency, on Monday called the publication of the images “totally unacceptable.”
However, Dutch member of the European Parliament, Marietje Schaake, criticized the move, saying the ban was “another disproportionate response restricting press freedom” in Turkey.
The ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) has been widely criticized for its tightening control over the Internet with many accusing President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of trying to eradicate the social networks like Twitter to protect his grip on power.

A survivor of the massacre at Garissa University College in Kenya was found on Saturday, two days after Al-Shabaab extremists slaughtered 148 people. Cynthia Cheroitich, 19, had cowered in a wardrobe for two days.
The student was finally coaxed from her hiding place in deep shock. She had covered herself with clothes and said she drank a bottle of lotion to stave off hunger and thirst, AP reports.
Cheroitich has been taken to hospital where she is currently undergoing treatment, Kenya Red Cross spokeswoman Arnolda Shiundu told AFP.
Kenyan troops searched the building for two days after the tragedy and heard sounds coming from a wardrobe. When Cynthia’s rescuers urged her to come out, she first suspected them of being militants, and only agreed to emerge after security forces got one of her teachers to talk to her.
“I was just praying to my God,” Cheroitich, a Christian, told AP of her nightmare ordeal.
It’s Kenya’s deadliest attack since the 1998 bombing of the US embassy in Nairobi, and the bloodiest ever carried out by Al-Shabaab militants.
The gunmen stormed the university in northeastern Kenya, near the border with Somalia, at dawn on Thursday as students were sleeping. The terrorists threw grenades and fired automatic rifles, shooting dead dozens. They set Muslims free and held Christians and others hostage. They massacred 148 people, including 142 students, three police officers and three soldiers. Four of Somalia’s Al-Qaeda-linked gunmen were also killed on Thursday evening.
Al-Shabaab threatened more attacks such as the assault on Garissa University College, according to the SITE intelligence-monitoring group. The Islamic militant group issued a statement saying the latest attack was staged in retaliation for killings carried out by Kenyan troops fighting the rebels in Somalia.
“No amount of precaution or safety measures will be able to guarantee your safety, thwart another attack or prevent another bloodbath,” the statement warned.
“Kenyan cities will run red with blood … This will be a long, gruesome war of which you, the Kenyan public, are its first casualties,” the statement, issued on Shabaab-affiliated websites and Twitter accounts, said.
Five men were arrested in Kenya on Saturday in connection with the university massacre.
“Three were the coordinators who were arrested while trying to flee to Somalia, two were arrested within the precincts of Garissa University,” Interior ministry spokesman Mwenda Njoka told AFP.
The names of the three suspected organizers have not been disclosed, but Njoka said the two arrested on campus included a security guard at the university, and a Tanzanian man suspected of helping the gunmen. He was found “in possession of jihadist materials.”
