The Ministry of Defense (MoD) is reporting today that President Putin has authorized an immediate “wartime” deployment of the Federations most feared and secretive weapons that include axial vircator driven pulsed electron beam accelerators able to instantly defeat all aerial threats, and high-power microwave (HPM) E-bombs, cruise missiles and artillery shells that use an enormous electromagnetic radio pulse to disable computers, electronics, vehicles, guided missiles and communications while leaving people and structures unharmed.
This report further states that President Putin has ordered the Federations nearly 2 million active duty military forces and federal security personal to begin dispersing to their “staggered defense” positions in order to protect these vital defenders from an anticipated nuclear “first strike” scenario feared to be launched against Russia by the Obama regime and its allies.
Most astounding to read in this MoD report is that not only has President Putin ordered the deployment of these much feared weapons, he has further authorized that one of them, a super-high-frequency (SHF) cannon, be demonstrated tomorrow “to certain Western powers” during the closed part of the international event Army-2015 organized by the Defense Ministry, the Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) and state technology corporation Rostec.
To the capabilities of the SHF weapon to be demonstrated to the West, a Kremlin authorized public report states that it creates an air-exclusion zone within a reported radius of over 10 kilometers around the defended object or installation, though the system’s exact characteristics are classified.
“This mobile microwave irradiation complex performs off-frequency rejection of electronics aboard low-altitude aerial targets and warheads of high precision weapons,” a source in Rostec told TASS, adding this system puts close range air defenses on a whole new level. “In terms of performance capabilities, the complex has no competitors in the world,” the source said. All the equipment is mounted on a tracked Buk missile air defense transportation platform. [see photo above]
Equally as fearsome as the SHF weapon, this report continues, are the explosively pumped flux compression generator (EPFCG) bombs, missiles and artillery shells being deployed, which if used would electronically devastate vast areas of both the United States and European Union.
As to why President Putin has issued these war orders, this report explains, can best be summed up in the statements he made last week prior to his visit to Italy wherein he said:
“I think that only an insane person, and only in a dream, can imagine that Russia would suddenly attack NATO. I think some countries are simply taking advantage of people’s fears with regard to Russia. They just want to play the role of front-line countries that should receive some supplementary military, economic, financial or some other aid, but I invite you to publish a world map…and mark all the US military bases on it, then you will see the difference between Russia and America.”
Even worse, this report continues, the Obama regimes desire for war against the Federation (Russia) is so all consuming that aside from their continued massive propaganda smears, they have now actually begun polling both the US and EU public on their desire for such an horrific conflict…and as we can read as reported by the WSWS News Service:
“The findings of a poll published yesterday by the Washington, DC-based Pew Research Center, showing broad opposition in Europe to a NATO war with Russia, underscore the anti-democratic character of the US-led war drive against Russia over Ukraine.
The poll was formulated to elicit answers as favorable as possible to US and NATO policy, particularly in regard to a possible war with Russia. The poll questionnaire did not once raise that Russia and NATO both have nuclear weapons, or inquire about the respondents’ willingness to risk nuclear war. As a result, the poll vastly underestimates public opposition to war.
The main question on war was whether NATO member states should fight a defensive war against Russia, if Russia “got into a serious military conflict with one of its neighboring countries that is our NATO ally.” In such a situation, Article 5 of the NATO Charter on collective self-defense would require all NATO member states to declare war on Russia.
Despite having framed the question in a manner intended to elicit support for such a supposedly defensive war, the Pew poll found broad opposition among Europeans. Fifty-eight percent of Germans, 53 percent of the French population and 51 percent of Italians opposed fighting even a defensive war with Russia to protect a NATO member.
This is not, however, the character of the war that now threatens to erupt. NATO is not playing a defensive role in Ukraine, which is not a NATO member state. The Ukrainian crisis erupted after the US and the European powers backed a fascist-led putsch against a pro-Russian government in Kiev in February 2014, bringing to power an ultra-right regime that launched a civil war against pro-Russian areas of eastern Ukraine. With US and Russian missile forces on heightened alert and NATO land, air and naval forces engaged in continuous exercises on Russia’s borders, the world stands on the verge of a catastrophic war provoked by Washington and its European allies.”
Equally horrific, MoD experts in this report say, are that neither the American or European peoples are being told by their propaganda media establishments about the “stage” being constructed by the Obama regime for the starting of World War III along the Ukrainian border with the Federation protected republic of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (PMR)…know to the West as simply Transnistria.
As we had reported in our 5 June report Putin Orders “Full Military Force” To Break Blockade As Western Leaders Gather At “Hitler’s Castle”, the PMR is now surrounded by US-Ukrainian-NATO forces leaving nearly 1,500 Federation peacekeepers and 500,000 Russian citizens facing the prospect of mass starvation as all land access to them has been cut off by the Obama regime and its allies.
President Putin, of course, has ordered an “air bridge” be established to supply these Federation forces and citizens, but the Ukrainian region that these planes have to overfly to reach the PMR is now controlled by the wanted international criminal and former strongman of Georgia strongman, Mikheil Saakashvili, whom the Ukraine government granted citizenship to and then made the governor of the most volatile region of that embattled nation…and who in 2008 actually started a war against the Federation which ended in his humiliating defeat.
So volatile has the PMR-Ukrainian region become, in fact, this report states, Leonid Ivashov of the International Centre for Geo-Political Analysis (ICGPA) warned this past week that the Ukrainian Defense Ministry’s intention to deploy air defense systems on the border with the PMR clearly pursues the aim of dragging Russia into another regional conflict to which NATO might be a party, which should certainly ring the alarm bell for the EU countries.
As to why the Obama regime and its allies actually want to start a World War with the Federation, this report warns, is to further the historic and massive deception they have perpetrated upon all of their citizens with the lies that the global economy is fine…but which by last weeks massive bond market failure where US-EU billionaires and banksters lost a staggering $1.2 trillion, shows the sheer insanity of their motives and goals.
And to how close war may be, MoD experts in this report grimly warn, it appears to be much sooner than later as this past week the US flooded Ukraine with more troops, vehicles and weapons to be stationed on the border with the PMR, while at the same time thousands of more US troops are in preparation for full-scale warfare of a grand scope with clear lines of battle.
These days, according to US press reports, the US Army calls it “decisive action.” Before that, it has been called “high-intensity combat” and “maneuver warfare”, but now it is a new regimen that is focused on conquering territory, smashing enemy positions and fighting to win rather than fighting to win hearts and minds…in other words, “total war”.
When one of America’s top political news sources, The Nation, begins to write headlines warning Why Is Washington Still Pushing for War With Russia?, and a propaganda confused American public begin saying that they are now ready to go to war with Russia, this MoD report concludes, it is no wonder that two German police officers tasked with guarding these Western leaders at last weeks G-7 Summit are in trouble after they broadcast, via private radios, the infamous 1943 speech in which Nazi Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels asks a large audience gathered in Berlin: “Do you want total war?”
At least these two German police officers who were in the presence of these Western warmongers were paying attention and know what’s going to happen next as total war nears…does anyone else?

The British MI6 secret service had to suspend operations of its field agents due to imminent exposure in “hostile” countries such as Russia and China, caused by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden’s leaks, the Sunday Times reports.
The Sunday Times alleges that both Moscow and Beijing have succeeded in cracking top-secret encrypted documents leaked by Snowden and thus learnt MI6’s methods.
The British media outlet cited unnamed officials in Prime Minister David Cameron’s office, the Home Office and national security services.
An official in PM Cameron’s cabinet said that as far as he knew there was “no evidence of anyone being harmed,” although allegedly Britain had been deprived of the opportunity to get the information it wanted.
“It is the case that the Russians and Chinese have information. It has meant agents have had to be moved and that knowledge of how we operate has stopped us getting vital information,” the Sunday Times was told.
At the same time, another senior British official said Snowden had “blood on his hands.”
Russia and China will be going through Snowden’s material “for years to come,” in order to find clues to identify potential agents, a British intelligence source told the media outlet.
“Snowden has done incalculable damage,” he said, saying evacuation of agents was a forced necessity because otherwise they would have been “identified and killed.”
Russia and China gaining access to Snowden’s material became a “huge strategic setback” that harmed Britain, America and other NATO member states, said Sir David Omand, the former director of GCHQ.
The damage caused by Snowden was “far greater than what has been admitted,” a US intelligence source told the Sunday Times.
In an email to a former US Senator written in July 2013, Snowden said one of his specializations was “to teach our people at DIA how to keep such information from being compromised even in the highest threat counter-intelligence environments (i.e. China).”
“No intelligence service—not even our own—has the capacity to compromise the secrets I continue to protect,” the fugitive whistleblower said.
The Sunday Times reports that not only British agents, but spies of other Western agencies were evacuated from the countries they operated in on security grounds.
Former US National Security Services contractor Edward Snowden, who fled to Russia via Hong Kong in June 2013, is believed to have collected some 1.7 million documents from US government computers. He has leaked them to journalists in order to secure “privacy and basic liberties” worldwide.
Edward Snowden was granted asylum in Russia in August 2013.
Scandalous revelations about indiscriminate global mass surveillance sparked mass outrage from people and governments around the world. As a result of this unprecedented intelligence leak, the NSA and British GCHQ became the most affected agencies. They had to completely rethink their information security procedures.
‘Attempt to gag Snowden, other whistleblowers’
Lode Vanoost, the former deputy speaker of the Belgian parliament, said the so-called report is speculation used every now and then to make sure public opinion is influenced against Snowden’s revelations.
“The only thing I wonder about when I hear these so-called revelations is why now? This is absolutely no surprise, it is standard procedure when you attack the messenger and not talk about the message,” he told RT.
“If they claim that agents had to be replaced or were put in harm’s way, well agents and spies are being moved all the time for lots of reasons, so is it any different from before? We don’t know that, it’s merely speculative,” he added.
Matteo Bergamini, from the alternative news network Shout Out UK, said these allegations are harmful only to one person and that is Snowden, “who has done a service to democracy.”
“The British and US governments can’t spy on their own citizens as easily as they did beforehand. I don’t see how he has blood on his hands. It’s about making the person [Snowden] seem like a criminal and other whistleblowers, and stopping them doing this again,” he told RT.
The former British ambassador to Uzbekistan and whistleblower, Craig Murray, who was fired in 2004 over his claims of British complicity in torture, rejected the Sunday Times’ claims as nonsense, saying that even the source the paper is citing looks somewhat fake.
“The argument that MI6 officers are at danger of being killed by the Russians or Chinese is a nonsense,” Murray wrote in his blog. “Agents’ – generally local people, as opposed to MI6 officers – identities would not be revealed in the Snowden documents. Rule No.1 in both the CIA and MI6 is that agents’ identities are never, ever written down, neither their names nor a description that would allow them to be identified.”
Moreover, Murray says the alleged Downing Street source quoted by the Sunday Times made a “schoolboy mistake” confusing officers and agents. “MI6 is staffed by officers. Their informants are agents. In real life, James Bond would not be a secret agent. He would be an MI6 officer. Those whose knowledge comes from fiction frequently confuse the two.”

Pope Francis suggested to establish a common date to celebrate Easter, one of main Christian holidays, an Italian newspaper said.
Francis said that he had already proposed to fix the same date of Easter to patriarch of Constantinople Bartholomew I and to patriarch of Moscow Kirill.
“[Roman Catholic] Church is willing to establish a fixed date for Easter, so it can be celebrated on the same day by all Christians, Catholic, Protestant or Orthodox,” the pope said Friday during the International retreat for priests in Rome, as cited by the Corriere della Sera newspaper.
The date to celebrate the Resurrection was fixed during the Council of Nicaea in 325. It changes from year to year as the holiday falls on the Sunday following the first full moon of spring.
Catholics use the Gregorian calender to calculate the date of Easter, while the Orthodox Church uses the Julian calendar, so usually they celebrate the holiday on different days. Although in 30 percent of cases the date of Easter is the same for Catholics and Orthodox.

Bilderberg steering committee member and Vice Chair of Rothschild Europe Franco Bernabè was confronted about his role in the secretive organization as he left the conference via the train station earlier today.
Bernabè was forced to quit his position as head of Telecom Italia SpA in 2013 after a clash with top shareholders but now holds one of the most powerful positions within the Bilderberg Group, whose meeting in Telfs, Austria concluded today.
German reporter Tilman Knechtel quizzed Bernabè, who told him to ask Bilderberg “press relations” for information. When asked why he wasn’t allowed to talk about the conference, Bernabè cited the “Chatham rules,” a reference to the Chatham House Rule, which forbids anyone who was at Bilderberg from revealing who said what.
Bernabè then said there was no “danger” in him revealing information but still refused to do so, before asserting, “there is no secret about this.”
“There is nothing to say, there is no secret, everything is published on the site, you should check the Bilderberg site. In reality, the list of topics discussed by Bilderberg on their official site is so vague as to be virtually meaningless.
“There will be a statement released by the Bilderberg,” added Bernabè.
The former Telecom Italia CEO then told Knechtel to go to the airport to find Bilderberg members who were taking private jets. Bernabè continued to refuse to identify who he was, denying that he was a banker, a politician, an academic or a media mogul.
Bernabè repeatedly insisted there was “no secrecy” surrounding Bilderberg, despite the fact this week’s confab in Telfs, Austria has taken place behind a ring of steel, which included 2,000 police officers and checkpoints miles outside the hotel grounds and police even patrolling nearby mountains.
Bernabè laughed when asked if he was in the steering committee (the inner circle of Bilderberg elites that sets the agenda for the conference and decides on the participants), before stating, “you have plenty of footage now, I think you can post it.”
“What are the politicians doing there, they are paid with our money so we wanna know,” said Knechtel, to which Bernabè responded, “You’ll have to ask the politicians.” Bernabè laughed once more when asked, “Do they get orders from you?” before denying that Bilderberg was a lobbying organization based on crony capitalism.
Asked what consensus was set at Bilderberg and what talking points were discussed, Bernabè stated, “It was a private meeting and the themes of this private meeting are on the Internet.” Knechtel pointed out the vagueness of the talking points, to which Bernabè responded “there will be more.”
Confronting a Bilderberg member on the secretive conference is hard enough, engaging them in a 12 minute conversation is some feat.
Bernabè’s reluctance to parrot anything other than Bilderberg talking points once again illustrates the strict secrecy of the conference and why many are concerned about the undemocratic nature of politicians meeting with captains of industry and banking in complete secrecy behind closed doors.

Australia has called on Indonesia to better manage its borders, in a harsh rebuke to Jakarta’s demand for answers to allegations that Canberra paid off the crew of a migrant smuggling boat to return the vessel to Indonesian shores.
The stinging response on Monday by Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop came after her Indonesian counterpart Retno Marsudi expressed concern on Saturday that if the claims of payments having been made by Australia to people smugglers were true, it would represent “a new low for the way that the Australian government is handling this issue,” further calling for an explanation.
Statements that the captain and five crew of a boat carrying third world illegal immigrants from Bangladesh, Myanmar and Sri Lanka were each paid 5,000 US dollars by an Australian immigration official to turn back to Indonesia were made to Indonesian police authorities on the country’s eastern Rote Island last week.
Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott has refused to deny the allegations, with the opposition Labor Party writing to the auditor-general requesting an urgent investigation.
Bishop implied in an interview with the local Australian newspaper that Indonesia should be blamed for failing to properly control its coastal borders.
“I look forward to hearing the full results of Indonesia’s investigation of the people-smuggling crimes committed in Indonesia,” she said.
She also said that the measure should include “any breaches of passport and visa laws, and establishing whether the captains and crews of these boats are part of people-smuggling syndicates or are paid by them.”
Bishop added, “The best way for Indonesia to resolve any concerns it has about [Australia’s anti-migrant smuggling] Operation Sovereign Borders is for Indonesia to enforce sovereignty over its borders.”
“Operation Sovereign Borders is necessary because Indonesian boats with Indonesian crews are leaving Indonesia with the express intention of breaching our sovereignty, facilitated by illegal people-smuggling syndicates,” she concluded.
In an apparent response to the Indonesia’s inquiry about paying off people smugglers by Australian authorities, Prime Minister Tony Abbott said on Sunday that the key message for Jakarta was that his government was “prepared to do what’s necessary” to prevent unwanted boats arriving at Australian shores.

Around 200 supporters of far-right groups have descended on Dudley in the Midlands, to protests against plans to build a new mosque in the town. Demonstrators were carrying English flags and chanting patriotic slogans, while police made at least one arrest.
Police said that fewer people than expected had turned up to the rally in the town center on Saturday. Some were holding banners reading: “No surrender to terrorists, not now, not ever.” Other demonstrators were carrying English flags and chanting slogans.
According to footage from RT’s video agency Ruptly, some of the protesters tried unsuccessfully to push against police lines. At least one person was arrested and another received first aid from officers.
The march was organized by a series of anti-Islam groups, which included All Football Fans/Firms Against Islamization (AFFFAI), the English Defense League, and Britain First.
Saturday’s rally is the third to be held this year in Dudley to oppose plans for an £18 million ($28 million) new mosque in the town. Its organizers deny they are trying to incite violence and say they want to express their right to protest.
The Express and Star, a local newspaper, asked Amjid Raza, a spokesman for the Dudley Central Mosque and the Dudley Muslim Association to address the comments made by Kevin Smith, the organizer of the march against the mosque.
In response to Smith’s claim that “the community is divided, half the town is overtaken by Muslims”, Raza replied: “From our point of view, this group is coming here to spread hatred in the town and fragment the excellent relationships we have here. We would strongly object to the idea that the town is being taken over by Muslims. We live in harmony with the community.”
Smith claimed that Muslim’s in the area are “taking over society” and that some mosques in the UK are responsible for “spreading extremist views”.
Raza refuted this, saying: “We respect out colleagues, our neighbors and our friends. We enjoy a fantastic relationship with all of them. We do not want Britain to have Sharia law. We have faith and confidence in British society and the legal system as it is. We are British Muslims and we want to be British. I would strongly condemn extremism in all shapes and forms.”
Earlier on Saturday about 100 people, including the local Labor MP Ian Austin, joined a Unite Against Fascism counter protest march called ‘Love Dudley, Hate Racism’ from the Town Hall to the existing mosque for lunch.
In May about 150 people turned up for a similar demonstration organized by Britain Frist. In February the English Defense League organized a rally against plans for the mosque, which saw 30 people arrested.
