Propaganda. Usual deception... His assassination is a CarabinieriSecretPolice-SIS/MI5&6-NATO covert operation. No, he had no secret and he was not "dangerous". He was casually identified as a target. State/Government Terrorism selects causally its targets. The Egyptian Secret Police should recruit him as an informer. He was not available and he understood the game. So, his neck was finally broken, after days of beatings and tortures... No foreign national is ever "touched" without request of "his" government. It is a basic rule in international relations...
