The DAO, the largest and most visible ethereum project, has reportedly been hacked, sparking a broad market sell-off. Estimates suggest The DAO has lost 3.6m ETH, which is currently sitting in a separate wallet after being split off into a separate grouping dubbed a "child DAO".

Customers Sue Alleged Crypto Ponzi Scheme GAW Miners - 

A civil lawsuit has been filed on behalf of the customers of the now-defunct cryptocurrency mining company GAW Miners, naming its CEO and a longtime investor as defendants. The suit's plaintiffs, which are seeking class-action status, filed their complaint more than a year after GAW collapsed amid allegations of fraud.
