Coffee Mousse Recipe

This coffee mousse recipe is a deliciously sophisticated dessert perfect for the end of a candlelight dinner for two. It's great for both chocolate-lovers and those not so fond of the treat, as it can be dressed up with chocolate sauce or served alone in all its coffee-flavored glory.

Cafe Calva for National Coffee Day
Cafe calva, freshly brewed hot coffee served with a side of Calvados apple brandy, is an old tradition not well known outside of France. Every café in Paris serves it, but it's often an off-menu item that you have to specially order. Don't be put off by that fact, though, the waiter will most assuredly understand your request. If you don't happen to be in Quebec or France at the moment, you can make this treat with very little effort at home. The blend of coffee, in honor of National Coffee Day, and seasonal apple brandy make this a hit for late September.

Cafe Au Lait Recipe
Steamed milk and hot coffee blend to make the perfect mellow beverage, a cafe au lait. Serve the comforting drink at a traditional French breakfast or as an after brunch coffee with a single square of dark chocolate.
