A new report by the Emergency Situations Ministry (EMERCOM) circulating in the Kremlin today states that President Putin has ordered 5,000 additional military personal to “immediately embark” to both the Far Eastern Military District and Cuba after receiving confirmation earlier today that Alaska had been hit with a rare 6.0 magnitude supersonic earthquake.
To be noted, this report says, are that EMERCOM forces being dispatched to Cuba are not signals intelligence operatives as previously described by the propaganda emanating from the US as Putin denied their media reports that Russia was planning to reopen the Soviet-age SIGINT facility in Lourdes, Cuba which was once was the largest foreign listening post of its kind.
Instead, EMERCOM officials say in their report, the military forces being deployed to both the Far East and Cuba consist of highly trained experts needed to confront catastrophic natural disasters “in all of their forms”, including massive population relocation.
Raising the fears of EMERCOM, this report continues, were reports last month from the European Space Agency (ESA) that the data collected by their Swarm Satellites revealed that the Earth’s magnetic field has changed significantly during the past six months, with the biggest weak spots in the magnetic field having been found over the Western Hemisphere [photo 2nd right], but has strengthened over the southern Indian Ocean since January 2014.
Where ESA scientists state these recent changes to our planets magnetic field may indicate that the Earth’s magnetic poles are about to flip, this report says, Russian experts “strongly disagree” by saying these dramatic readings give “continuing confirmation” to what is called “The Expanding Earth Theory” and may herald the complete destruction of the western regions of North America bordering the Pacific Ocean.

So concerned have Russian officials become of the events now happening, and as we reported on in our 13 June report Russia Issues Grim Report On North American Magnetic Anomaly, both scientific missions and satellite surveillance of North America have confirmed not only ESA’s findings, but have further identified “critical magnetic anomalies” radiating across nearly this entire region.
And following Commander-in-Chief of the Air Force Lieutenant-General Viktor Bondarev’s 13 June warning, and as we had, likewise, reported on in our 29 June report World Goes On “High Alert” After Arizona Quake Confirms Worst Fears and our 7 July report Cataclysmic California Quake Warned Could Be Just Weeks Away, these “magnetic anomalies” have now spread to the Humboldt Fault Zone Region of the Central US as evidenced by today’s 3.6 magnitude earthquake striking Caldwell, Kansas, then “magnetically rebounding” to Yakutat, Alaska 43 minutes later causing the aforementioned 6.0 magnitude supersonic trembler.
Critical to remember in understanding this EMERCOM report were the great concerns raised by Russian experts relating to the 24 May 2013 8.3 magnitude earthquake occurring off the coast of Russia in the Sea of Okhotsk, and at a depth of 642 kilometers (398 miles) was the deepest earthquake in the recorded history of mankind and was thought to be impossible to occur.
Even more critical, this report says, was the rare supersonic quake which followed this unprecedented event which upended ideas about where these unusual earthquakes strike.
Only six supersonic (or supershear) earthquakes have ever been identified, all in the last 15 years. Until now, they all showed similar features, occurring relatively near the Earth’s surface and on the same kind of fault. But the remarkably super-fast and super-deep earthquake that hit below Russia’s Kamchatka Peninsula in the Sea of Okhotsk broke the pattern.
Now with today’s Alaskan quake joining this select group of supersonic earthquakes, EMERCOM officials in this report warn, it must be recognized by Western authorities that the “old rules” no longer apply and that North America may indeed be entering a period of seismic instability unheard of in modern times.
And with big earthquakes doubling in size the world over in 2014, this report further warns, the Western refusal to link these quakes with the rapidly deteriorating magnetic field is leaving tens-of-millions of their citizens at risk.
Of those Americans currently at “high risk”, this report says, those living in the Pacific Northwest region can now join this ever growing list as evidenced by yesterdays 4.5 magnitude earthquake off the coast of Oregon yesterday in the Cascadia Subduction Zone.
Being strongly linked by “disturbing magnetic anomalies” to the Yellowstone supervolcano region where roads there are now melting into “asphalt soup”, this report further notes, those peoples now living in the Cascadia Subduction Zone would receive the least warning when disaster strikes.
And with new reports coming from the United States that their military forces are now aggressively training at the US Army base called “Doomsday Disneyland” to control their own citizens, this report concludes, the Obama regime, apparently, knows the dangers coming to their nation as well as EMERCOM officials do.

Scientists have created images of ultrahigh resolution by applying electrical current to phase-change material.
To do so, the Oxford University researchers placed a layer of the material, which can switch between amorphous and crystalline state, between two transparent electrodes.
The images thus produced feature pixels just 300 nanometers across and are smaller than the width of a human hair.
Lead researcher Professor Harish Bhaskaran of Oxford University’s Department of Materials said, “We were exploring the relationship between the electrical and optical properties of phase change materials and then had the idea of creating this GST ‘sandwich’ made up of layers just a few nanometres thick.”
“We found that not only were we able to create images in the stack but, to our surprise, thinner layers of GST actually gave us better contrast. We also discovered that altering the size of the bottom electrode layer enabled us to change the color of the image.’
Peiman Hosseini, from Oxford University’s Department of Materials, said, “We can tune our prototype ‘pixels’ to create any color we want – including the primary colors needed for a display.”
Potential application, which Bhaskaran said was at least five years away, is in wearable technology, smart contact lenses or foldable screens.

Microsoft will cut a record 18,000 jobs next year, as the company’s new CEO Satya Nadella seeks to boost efficiency, according to a company memo on Thursday.
“The first step to building the right organization for our ambitions is to realign our workforce. With this in mind, we will begin to reduce the size of our overall workforce by up to 18,000 jobs in the next year,” Satya Nadella said in the memo published by Business Insider.
The number made redundant represents 14 percent of the entire Microsoft workforce.
Nadella assured that the layoff will be conducted “in the most thoughtful and transparent way possible.”
“We will offer severance to all employees impacted by these changes, as well as job transition help in many locations, and everyone can expect to be treated with the respect they deserve for their contributions to this company,” he said.
The company is moving to layoff the first 13,000 workers, and most of the employees will be given notice over the next six months, the document added.
“Of that total, our work toward synergies and strategic alignment on Nokia Devices and Services is expected to account for about 12,500 jobs, comprising both professional and factory workers,” it added.
Last year Finland’s troubled Nokia agreed a $7.4 billion takeover of its mobile phone division by Microsoft.
At the time the Finnish Prime Minister saw the departure of the Nokia business as very painfully for the country, calling the it “a symbol of economic growth” and even the “economic miracle of Finland.“
Integrating Nokia Devices and Services is one of the strategic goals for Microsoft, Nadella said.
“In addition, we plan to shift select Nokia X product designs to become Lumia products running Windows. This builds on our success in the affordable smartphone space, and aligns with our focus on Windows Universal Apps.”
Microsoft chose Indian-born Satya Nadella as successor to Steve Ballmer in February. He used to head the firm’s computing platforms and develop tools department.
Then Microsoft founder Bill Gates said there was “no better person to lead Microsoft”.

Typhoon Haiyan is pictured in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration satellite handout image taken on November 6, 2013.
Thousands of people living in coastal areas of the Philippines are getting ready to evacuate as the first major storm of the rainy season is approaching the country.
According to civil defense authorities, tropical Storm Rammasun is expected to strike eastern Philippines late Tuesday and then bring heavy rain to the capital Manila and other densely populated northern areas.
Officials said that they were taking necessary measures to avoid fatalities, after Super Typhoon Haiyan left over 7,000 people dead or missing in the Philippines last November.
“We are already warning the public to be on alert for possible effects of the weather disturbance: landslides, flash floods, strong rains and winds,” said Alexander Pama, head of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council.
The disaster council also said it had already warned more than 1,300 villages susceptible to floods or landslides that they are in Ramassun’s direct path and residents should be prepared to shelter in evacuation centers.
The second level of a three-step storm alert has been hoisted over the Bicol archipelago southeast of Manila, while storm alerts have also been raised for over 12 million people in the capital.
Heavy rain is also anticipated to fall over the central islands that were badly hit by Haiyan and where thousands of people are still living in tents or other makeshift evacuation centers.
The new storm could bring 7.5 to 15 millimeters (0.3 to 0.6 inches) of rainfall per hour.
About 20 major storms hit the Philippines every year and Rammasun will be the first to make landfall since the rainy season started last month.

A Malaysian Airlines’ Boeing-777 has crashed over Ukraine, close to the border with Russia.
The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Geraschenko said the plane carrying 285 passengers and 15 crew members fell.
Malaysian Airlines has confirmed that it has lost contact with the plane when it was flying over Ukrainian soil.
The Boeing-777 was en route from Amsterdam, the Netherlands, to Kuala Lumpur, the Malaysian capital.
The passenger plane was expected to enter Russian airspace at 5:20pm local time, but never did, a Russian aviation industry source was cited by Reuters.
“The plane crashed 60km away from the border, the plane had an emergency beacon,” ITAR-TASS cited its source.
Residents have reported finding debris from a plane, which they say could belong to the Malaysian Boeing. They said that several dozen dead passengers have been found, RIA Novosti reports.
Groups that are fighting Kiev’s forces in eastern Ukraine have rejected any involvement in the incident, as there are reports that the plane was shot down.
The Donetsk People’s Republic claims its self-defense forces simply don’t have such military equipment.
Donetsk People’s Republic PM Aleksandr Boroday has called the incident a “provocation by the Ukrainian military”.
“We confirm that the plane crashed not far from Donetsk,” Boroday said. “Representatives of Donetsk People’s Republic have headed to the scene of the plane search.”
“Self-defense forces have no air-defense, which could target transport aircraft at that height,” he told Interfax.
Russia’s military also says none of its military planes have been flying close to the Russia-Ukraine border on Thursday, RIA Novosti reported citing a military official.
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has not ruled out that a Malaysian plane has been shot down.
“We don’t rule out that this plane was shot down and stress that Ukrainian forces did not fulfill any actions targeting in the air,” Poroshenko said. He added that an investigation commission will be launched.
At the same time, Anton Geraschenko said on his Facebook page that the plane was targeted from the air defense missile complex “Buk”.
RIA Novosti is citing its source who said that Kiev indeed deployed “Buk” in the Donetsk region.
“According to the system of objective control, “Buk” division of the armed forces of Ukraine was relocated to Donetsk region on Wednesday. Now in Kharkov another division is being prepared,” the source said.
The Boeing-777, whose maiden commercial flight was almost exactly two decades ago, had previously suffered ten serious incidents, according to the Aviation Safety Database.
The most notorious of these involved another route performed by the same company, Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, during which the US-made aircraft disappeared off the radars between Kuala Lumpur and Beijing, in March this year. Despite an international search effort costing tens of millions of dollars, the plane, the reasons for whose disappearance have still not been definitively established, has not yet been recovered.
Another widely-covered incident occurred last year, when Asiana Airlines Flight 214 pilot crashed into the seawall just short of the landing strip at San Fransisco International Airport, prompting the fuselage to drag across the runway as it disintegrated in a fire. Three people died as a result of the incident, the first fatalities in the history of the model, which is regarded as very safe in the industry.
Currently, about 1200 modifications of Boeing-777 are operated worldwide.
