Business owners are awaiting Tuesday’s Google search results, crossing their fingers that the tech giant’s new algorithm won’t affect their internet livelihood. The firm has updated its search algorithm to demote websites not deemed ‘mobile-friendly.’ Sites with text too small to read on a mobile device and those with links too close together are among the reasons why some websites will fall down on the ranking list. Websites that load slowly on mobile devices, as well as those not easily accessed by scrolling up and down, will also take a hit. Consequently, those sites can expect to see a dramatic reduction in online visitors. “Some sites are going to be in for a big surprise when they find a drastic change in the amount of people visiting them from mobile devices,” Itai Sadan, CEO of website-building service Duda, told Business Insider. Microsoft and the European Union are among those sites likely to be negatively affected. In a world where businesses fight to appear on the coveted first page of search results (often paying significant amounts of money to search engine optimization companies) the move is expected to make waves online. In fact, some search engine ranking experts have called the potential fallout ‘Mobilegeddon.’ But the move shouldn’t come as a total shock. Google has been urging sites to cater to mobile devices for years, due to their Android OS business. The tech giant announced its plans two months ago, creating a step-by-step guide to be used by websites wishing to remain on Google’s good side. “This change will affect mobile searches in all languages worldwide and will have a significant impact on our search results,” Google said at the time. But despite the warning, many say small businesses, many of which haven’t had the funding or need to launch mobile-friendly sites, will feel the hit. “A lot of small sites haven’t really had a reason to be mobile friendly until now, and it’s not going to be easy for them to make the changes,” said Matt McGee, editor-in-chief for Search Engine Land. Those wishing to check whether their site is deemed ‘mobile-friendly’ by Google can enter their web address here. Google has experienced its fair share of backlash in the past, following similar shifts to its algorithm. Changes in 2011 and 2012, focused on weeding out misleading websites, were met with criticism from many site owners who claimed the move unfairly demoted them in search rankings. Source |

In the last few years, hundreds of thousands of African and Arabic illegal immigrants have been pouring into Italy and Spain. This “state emergency” is increasingly upsetting the native White Italians, who have stagedprotests and strikes. Recently, the Italian government has told regional governments that they must make room for African and Middle Eastern immigrants, but the country is starting to fracture as many regional governments refuse to take them. “Here, as in Veneto, there is zero space,” said Roberto Maroni, governor of Lombardy “We cannot be subjected to this invasion.” Luca Zaia, governor of Veneto agreed with Maroni: “We are totally opposed to taking any more migrants” “The system is close to collapse,” said Claudio Palomba, the prefect of Rimini, “We’re only in April and I don’t know if the system will be able to cope if the number of arrivals keeps up at this pace.” The traitorous Italian politicians showed their true colors when they tried to decriminalize illegal immigration. US General Wesley Clark once said that “there is no place in modern Europe for ethnically pure states”. It looks like this is exactly what’s being forced upon Europeans who are still asleep and too distracted by vanities, to step up and change everything back to normal again. |

We previously reported on the work of the Task Force, here. As readers here know, yesterday Obama’s Task Force on New Americans unveiled its strategyto seed your communities with aliens and coerce you into “welcoming” them one and all. I’m told it was boring and for Americans not trained to hear certain buzzwords it might have seemed pretty much ho-hum. But apparently not so as Hohmann tells us here. You must read it! These are some of the topics, besides the fact that they want the wheels of government to focus on assessing how “welcoming” you are! (Presumably there will ultimately be some punishment if you are not sufficiently welcoming.) * Assimilation and national security are never mentioned. * Grants are given to “contain the backlash” where ‘pockets of resistance’ are forming. * They want to create a “Refugee Corps,” an AmeriCorps for refugees who aren’t finding work (They don’t say that part, but I do! Refugee unemployment is extremely high, so this is one more way of redistributing the wealth.) * ‘Welcoming America’ is involved in getting your minds right on this issue of “welcoming” migrant seedlings to the soil of your town. * Hohmann reports on the role of George Soros and propagandist David Lubell. He also brings in that incredible Mark Levin radio program we wrote about here. * Watch for it, as Hohmann tells us: “The White House report encourages every community in every state to establish an immigration integration plan.” Resist! Read it and send to everyone you know! Obama is literally changing America by changing the people! And, he is creating a propaganda campaign to ‘get your minds right’ (to shut you up!) so you will stay quiet as we are being colonized by the third world. 59 % of e-cigarette smokers are less likely to give up smoking, 49 % are less likely to reduce usage of cigarettes. These are the results of a new study conducted by University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. Thus, the previous major research on the success based on e-cigarettes devices is refuted. Wael Al-Delaimy, MD, PhD, professor and chief of the Division of Global Public Health in the Department of Family Medicine and Public Health concluded: “But the research revealed the contrary. We need further studies to answer why they cannot quit. One hypothesis is that smokers are receiving an increase in nicotine dose by using e-cigarettes.” In addition to the vapours, the smokers inhale heavy metals and particles of aerosolized nicotine. United States Food and Drug Administration continue to misinform the American citizens and release guidelines for e-cigarettes appeal and safety. Source |

Japan’s Miyakojima and Yaeyama areas have been placed on high alert with tsunami advisories being issued following a shallow 6.8-magnitude underwater earthquake off Taiwan’s coast. Warnings were lifted after no significant wave activity was registered. Following the quake, Japan Meteorological Agency issued tsunami advisories for the Miyakojima and Yaeyama areas of Japan. While JMA issued alerts of high wave activity possibly affecting Japan’s southwestern islands, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said that there was no threat of a tsunami. Waves as high as one meter were expected to hit southwestern territories, Japan’s broadcaster NHK said, also warning that smaller waves could potentially strike other areas. There was no warning issued for the main Okinawa island. “We want residents to get as far as possible from the sea,” Satoshi Shimoji of the Miyako City government told NHK, as cited by AFP. “We are issuing warnings via the radio.” The epicenter of the strong 6.8-magnitude earthquake was located between Okinawa and Taiwan, with Taiwan’s Central Weather Bureau measuring it slightly lower, at 6.3. The epicenter was about 75 kilometers from Taiwan’s eastern coast at a depth of approximately 17 km. Witnesses reported buildings shaking in Taipei, the capital city of Taiwan, but no damage was recorded Source |
