Another grim Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today is warning that the Obama regime has vastly expanded its massive “animal kill” plans to include all domestic cats residing in the United States and Canada in yet another of its “steps” toward its preparations for total global war.
As we had previously reported, the SVR and the Ministry of Healthcare (MoH) this past week warned that the United States was on the verge of a catastrophic “canine apocalypse” due to a Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL/ISIS) avian influenza bio-attack plot designed to plunge America into a “calculated and deliberate” state of continuous terror in order for their elite oligarchs to establish “final control” over these once free peoples.
Where in that previous report, however, the SVR-MoH detailed how this monstrous CIA-ISIS plot, conceived and implemented from their laboratories and bases in Mexico, was currently only affecting domestic turkeys and dogs in the middle western parts of the US, SVR intelligence analysts in their new report are stating that this deliberate avian flu virus bio attack has now begun to kill millions of chickens too.
Now joining the millions of domestic turkeys killed in the US due to this avian flu bio attack, this new SVR report continues, are over 5 million chickens in Iowa now reported to have been infected with this deadly disease and who are scheduled for mass extermination.
Important to note is that the SVR-MoH had previously reported that this CIA-ISIS avian flu virus bio attack was started in the American mid-western States of Minnesota, Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Iowa and Wisconsin since 4 March. A Minnesota farm is now the most eastern farm in the US to be reporting this deadly disease, and a turkey farm near Woodstock, Ontario, over 400 miles east of the Wisconsin farm, is suggesting this virus is already migrating through Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio too.
To the MoH having previously designated this avian flu a bio attack was due to the fact that it is an “unnatural” manmade variant of the Avian A/H5N1 subtypes Canine Influenza and Fujian Influenza viruses having only two distinct “targets”…dogs and turkeys…but which in this new SVR report now includes the even more dangerous “highly pathogenic” H5N8 strain of this virus that is now attacking chickens in the US.


This SVR report further notes that the last reported outbreak of this deadly H5N8 avian flu strain was this past November (2014) in the Netherlands at a poultry farm in the village of Hekendorp which employed ISIS operatives awaiting transfer to the United States by the Obama regimes designated Islamic migrant organization World Relief.
The “critical connection” between these ISIS operatives flooded into the US at a rate of over 100,000 a year, and in 190 cities, by its contractor World Relief and this current avian flu bio attack, the SVR states, is due to the Obama regimes “master plan” to remake the entire character of America from one of “assimilation” to “integration”.
Looking at the US cities with these new ISIS refugee communities, the SVR states, it appears that World Relief contractors often keep sending these refugees to the same place until there is a community within a community.
Unassimilated communities have created massive problems in the European Union and the word “assimilation” is no longer used by these resettlement agencies and their friends in the Obama regime. Rather, the new buzzword is “integration” whose goal is to have a multitude of diverse cultures living side by side in “coexistence” but never assimilating…and with the deaths of all dogs and cats in America will be made easier to happen as Islam considers these beloved pets to be “impure”.


As to how the Obama regime will explain to the American people the need to kill all of their nations domestic cats, this SVR report says, is due to their being one of the few species that can get avian influenza, and who will need to be destroyed in order to protect the United States food supply during a “time of war” from the further spreading this deadly disease.
Unbeknownst to the American people about this monstrous Obama regime plot to kill of their nations dogs and cats, this report concludes, is that the template for it was created at the beginning of World War II when a British government “psychological/propaganda” pamphlet led to a massive slaughter of that nations dogs and cats. As many as 750,000 British pets were killed in just one week… barely any were left by the wars end.

A powerful storm hitting Australia’s New South Wales (NSW) coast has killed at least three people so far and left thousands without power.
The gusts of wind averaged 100km/h and some 30cm of rain fell in some areas, many times more than usual. The average yearly amount of precipitation in the region is 5.5cm.
People on the ground have taken to social media to post some of the damage from the storms, including sunken boats, floating houses and fallen trees.
“It looks very much like we have lost three residents,” NSW Premier Mike Baird said.
“They were elderly residents. At the moment, the circumstances are being worked through, but we do want their families to know our thoughts and prayers are with them,” he added.
Two other individuals remain missing in the town of Dungog, north of Newcastle, where four houses were floating down the street. Evacuation procedures have been organized for the town.
Baird also said that 200,000 homes remain without power as of Tuesday, adding that the storm could get worse in the Hunter and Central Coast regions.
The minister for police and emergency services David Elliott described the disaster as “once in a decade storm, the likes of which we haven’t seen since 2007.
“Today’s events are going to test our emergency services but they are there to be tested. We have seen, as the Premier said, 4,500 responses thus far,” he added.
Fifty people were rescued, Elliott confirmed.

According to the general elections that took place in Finland on Sunday, the incumbent PM Alexander Stubb lost with only 18.2 % of the vote. The National Coalition Party, which he runs, came in third.
Both NATO and the European Union are left without strong support now.
Anti-NATO Centre Party, which won the elections, gained 21.1 % and 49 parliamentary seats correspondingly.
Party leader Juha Sipila claimed that the election results “will enable several possible coalition combinations.”
The most probable partner for the ruling coalition is the nationalist Finns Party, which acquired 17.6 % and is also opposed to NATO.
The Social Democratic Party, second possible coalition partner, captured 16.5 % of the votes. It is noteworthy, that 91 % of the party members oppose themselves to NATO.
The Greens, the Left party, the pro-minority Swedish People’s Party and the Christian Democrats can also be considered as possible members of the new coalition.

On Sunday, a New Black Panther Party leader using the name General Taco said members of the New Black Panther Party will hunt down and kill white people, The Blaze reported Wednesday. Saying that the future of the organization is “absolute total destruction” of what he called “white supremacy” and capitalism on the planet, General Taco said the group would hunt their “pink a**es down.”
Taco, whose name stands for “taking all capitalists out,” wasn’t finished. “Once [white people] die, we should dig ‘em up, and kill ‘em again, bury ‘em, dig ‘em up, and kill ‘em again, and again, and again!” he exclaimed, getting more agitated as he spoke. He justified his remarks by claiming white people have a “history” of pushing “crack, AIDS and unemployment” on black people in order to “exterminate” them. Taco’s call for racial violence is nothing new for the group.
On Sunday, the St. Petersburg/Tampa, Florida, chapter of the New Black Panther Party issued a tweet calling for the murder of white people.
“Kill these racist h**keys, these cr***ers, these pigs, these pink people, It has been long overdue!” the organization said on Twitter.
In a 32-page newsletter released in May, NBPP leader Malik Zulu Shabazz suggested that violence may be the most effective way to advance their agenda.
“Black America, you must decide who will best represent you in 2012. You must decide if you will choose the ballot as a means to change, or the bullet,” he wrote, saying that “demanding change does come by any means necessary.”
According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, the New Black Panther Party is a “virulently racist and anti-Semitic organization whose leaders have encouraged violence against whites, Jews and law enforcement officers.”

The UN refugee agency has confirmed that 800 people lost their lives in a ship accident in the Mediterranean Sea this weekend.
“We can say that 800 are dead,” said Carlotta Sami, a spokeswoman for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), in Italy on Tuesday after speaking to the survivors of the disaster.
Representatives from the UN agency and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) said they had interviewed the majority of the 27 survivors as they were brought to Italy on a coast guard vessel. One other survivor was taken to hospital in Catania, on Sicily’s east coast.
“There were a little over 800 people on board, including children aged between 10 and 12… They had left Tripoli (the Libyan capital) at about 8 am on Saturday,” Sami said.
She added that the survivors hailed from Mali, Gambia, Senegal, Somalia, Eritrea and Bangladesh, and that all had been taken to nearby holding centers.
Meanwhile, the Italian coastguard said they had recovered 24 bodies, refusing to confirm the UNHCR death toll.
Italy’s Infrastructure Minister Graziano Delrio said on Tuesday that authorities arrested two survivors of the migrant boat disaster on suspicion of human trafficking after the men, one of them believed to be a Tunisian and the other a Syrian, arrived in the Sicilian port of Catania.
Earlier on Sunday, an Italian prosecutor said that an unidentified Bangladeshi survivor claimed that 950 migrants had been on board the vessel when it capsized on April 16. Earlier estimates put the number of those believed to have been on board at 700. The survivor, who was at a hospital in the Italian city of Catania, said about 200 women and dozens of children were among the passengers and some 300 people were in the hold of the fishing vessel when it overturned, prosecutor Giovanni Salvi said.
Italy’s Premier Matteo Renzi said on Sunday that Italian authorities were “not in a position to confirm or verify” how many were on board when the boat set out from Libya. Renzi also said that 18 ships joined the rescue effort, confirming that 28 survivors were rescued and 24 bodies had been pulled from the water so far.
The ship capsized about 60 miles (96 kilometers) off the Libyan coast and 120 miles (193 kilometers) south of the Italian island of Lampedusa on its way to Europe. The survivors were rescued after a helicopter saw them floating in the sea.
About 170,000 migrants entered the EU through Italy last year, with most of them departing from Libya, according to latest reports.
Humanitarian organizations say there has been a recent surge in the number of the immigrants making the deadly journey across the Mediterranean Sea from different routes into the European Union (EU) as weather and sea conditions improve with the coming of spring.
At least 3,419 illegal migrants died in the Mediterranean Sea last year, according to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Zeid Ra’ad al-Hussein.
Most of the migrants set off from crisis-hit countries such as Syria, Iraq and Libya in an attempt to reach Italy or Malta.
On Monday, the EU announced a 10-point action plan aimed at curtailing the flow of migrants crossing the Mediterranean and vowed to increase control and rescue operations.
The plan, which was approved by EU foreign and interior ministers during an emergency meeting in Luxembourg, will be presented to a summit on Thursday, a European Commission statement said.
Hussein has slammed the EU migration policies as “callous,” warning that the current situation is turning the Mediterranean into a “vast cemetery.”

The Brazilian Ministry of Culture has announced plans to file a lawsuit against Facebook for blocking a photograph made back in 1909 showing an Indian with her breasts exposed.
The Ministry said on Friday that Facebook is promoting censorship in the Internet trying to illegally and arbitrarily impose their standards in Brazil and other countries, thus disrespecting their rights to national self-determination.
The move also violated numerous laws, such as the Constitution of Brazil and the UNESCO Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity and Cultural Expressions, the ministry said.
“The Ministry of Culture will take appropriate legal action against the practice of censorship and the attack on freedom of expression,” it said as quoted by O Globo newspaper.
The picture was placed on web as part of a post dedicated to the launch of Brasiliana Fotografica photo portal by the National Library Foundation and Instituto Moreira Salles. The photo, created at the turn of the 20th century, shows a bare chested couple of Aimore people.
The Ministry of Culture contacted Facebook, warning of the illegality of its actions and requested that it immediately unblocked the photograph. However, the company maintained its decision to censor it, arguing that the social network has its own rules adopted globally.
“For us it is a serious issue because it is an assault on our sovereignty, our legislation. It is disrespect to our cultural diversity and to the indigenous peoples of Brazil,” said Brazil’s Minister of Culture Juca Ferreira. “If the Indians may not appear as they are, it means they may not appear indigenous, which is great cruelty.”
According to the ministry the photo was posted on Wednesday – and on Thursday morning the server noticed that the picture was removed. Throughout the day, the ministry tried to contact Facebook. In the evening, Bruno Magrani, Facebook’s director of institutional relations in Brazil announced that the image would not be unblocked. The final decision was made during a phone call, so there is no record of the arguments it was based on, the ministry added.
However, on Friday evening, more than 24 hours after the ministry addressed its complaint, Facebook unblocked the image. Nevertheless, the Ministry of Culture has continued to consider the case seriously.
“It is not easy to find the right balance between allowing people to express themselves creatively and maintain a comfortable experience for our global and culturally diverse community,” said Facebook late on Friday in a note. “We respect local laws and just like any other media, have limitations with nudity. We are always open to feedback and discussion to improve our Community Standards.”
