Egyptologists have of course done a wonderful job of figuring out the lives of the Dynastic Egyptians from as far back as about 3100 BC. However, there are certain artifacts, some shown here, that do not fit into their scheme very well.

Explain these:

1. The Colossi of Memnon

Is there a toxic time-bomb in your mouth?

One of the most feared dental procedures is the root canal. It can also be one of the most painful. For the thousands of people who have them, most are unaware of the danger that it may pose to their health. More than 25 million root canals are performed each year in the United States.

What is a root canal?

A root canal is a procedure where the dentist drills out decay, removes the infected pulp and then places a file down the canal to remove the remaining pulp. The canals are then filled with a plastic material (gutta percha). The tooth is now basically dead and remaining in your mouth.

What are the issues with root canals?

The issue lies with anaerobic bacteria that remains in the tooth canal which can be released into the blood stream causing mild to serious health conditions such as MS, ALS and even cancer.

Dr. Hal Huggins’ website shares the specific issues with having something that is “dead” in your mouth and which toxic bacteria have been found when tested.

Amidst rumours that Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, may step down from his office because of his public prosecution for child trafficking and murder, one of his fellow defendants has just done so.

Jesuit Superior General Adolfo Nicolas Pachon, [also known as the Black Pope], announced suddenly this week that he will resign from his office at the next General Congress of the Jesuits.

Along with Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, Bergoglio and Pachon are primary defendants in an historic criminal lawsuit being conducted by the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels that commenced on April 7, 2014.

E’ molto fresca...

The Andromeda spiral galaxy
A short time ago, in a galaxy very, very close by, a NASA satellite thought it detected a gamma ray burst in Andromeda. It was a false alarm, but astronomers used the opportunity as a reminder that “our galaxy and Andromeda are set for a head-on collision” even though it is widely accepted that galaxies in the universe tend to distance themselves from one another.
NASA’s Swift satellite discovers and measures gamma-ray bursts, the most powerful explosions in the universe, and their afterglow in X-ray, optical, and ultraviolet wavelengths of light. The space agency says the spacecraft is designed “with powerful telescopes and quick reflexes to capture gamma-ray bursts as they flash and leave a lingering afterglow.”
On Wednesday, astronomers and astrophiles alike buzzed with the news that Swift’s equipment had captured a powerful flash of gamma rays, believed to be coming from the Andromeda Galaxy. Those who watch the sky were caught up in the possibility that a clashing pair of neutron stars or a bright X-ray source was acting up a mere 2.5 million light-years away, NBC News reported.
But, alas, the excitement was short-lived. By the time more raw data came in and the initial information was re-analyzed, the project team realized what they thought was a giant burst of radiation was not the dense remnants of dead stars crashing together.
“We… do not believe this source to be in outburst. Instead, it was a serendipitous constant source in the field of view of a BAT subthreshold trigger,” Swift team member Kim Page wrote in a NASA message.
The reason scientists (and the Twittersphere) were in such a tizzy was because, “The Andromeda galaxy, known in astronomical parlance as M31, holds a special place in our own future,” the New York Times wrote.
NASA astronomers announced in 2012 “with certainty” that the next major cosmic event to hit the Milky Way will quite literally hit the Milky Way. Our galaxy will have a “titanic collision” with neighboring Andromeda. Not only that, the Triangulum galaxy, M33, is likely to join in on the action, causing a three-galaxy pile-up (and could even merge with the other two), scientists said in a statement.
The Milky Way and Andromeda are the dominant members of a small family of galaxies called the Local Group. Family ties bind the bevy together in the form of their mutual gravity.
NASA sought to assure the world that the sun and Earth are unlikely to be hit by stars or planets from Andromeda because of the vast emptiness of the two galaxies.
So Earth, they said, should easily survive what will be a 1.9 million kilometer per hour (1.2 million mile per hour) galactic merger. Even at that speed, the event would take about 2 billion years.
“It’s like a bad car crash in galaxy-land,” Roeland van der Marel, an astronomer with the Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore, which operates Hubble, told the media.
Scientists said in 2012 the collision would take place in 4 billion years. But the New York Times reported Wednesday, “Recent measurements with the Hubble Space Telescope have confirmed that they will hit head on in about two billion years.” Apparently the galaxies have gone to “ludicrous speed,” as the movie Spaceballs would say. One can only hope the light show from the combined galaxies won’t be plaid.

The campaign for Scotland’s independence referendum has started amid discussions over benefits and costs of breaking away from the United Kingdom.
The campaign will last for 16 weeks before the beginning of referendum, which is due to be held on September 18.
Four million eligible voters will be asked a Yes/No question, “Should Scotland be an independent country?”
According to reports, although the No campaign is leading in the contest, supporters of independence believe they can change public thoughts in their favor before the decision day.
Much of the campaign has so far focused on the economy and the benefits of an independent Scotland compared to the cost of leaving the UK.
Political analysts believe that independence of Scotland would boost the country’s economy.
Scottish First Minister Alex Salmond said on Wednesday that the event could generate more than £5 billion a year of extra revenues in 15 years’ time without raising taxes.
The Scottish government also said independence would let the government generate stronger economic growth by imposing a number of measures, including focusing spending on childcare and education, and cutting taxation on company profits and airfares. It also expects to collect large tax revenues from its share of Britain’s North Sea oil and gas output.
The main political parties in London reject Scottish independence. They united in February to oppose sharing the pound should Scotland choose to leave the UK.

Bilderberg, the annual gathering of the world’s most powerful politicians and business magnates, is clearly shaping global policies by positioning its favored politicians as world leaders, determining the timetables of military conflicts and influencing the economic policies of nearly every nation on the planet, impacting the lives of billions around the globe.
Daniel Estulin, an author and expert on the Bilderberg Group, has learned from his internal sources several items on Bilderberg’s agenda for this year’s conference in Copenhagen, Denmark which began yesterday:
1) Nuclear diplomacy – how Russia, China and even Iran could work together to erode western hegemony.
2) The recent gas agreement between Russia and China – how this and other long-term projects between the two countries will likely reduce dependency on the U.S. dollar as a reserve currency.
3) The rise of nationalism within Europe that is challenging the power structure of the European Union – the recent victories of the populist United Kingdom Independence Party, which opposes the European Union, is particularly concerning to the Bilderberg Group because the EU, and its Euro currency, were formulated by the group at its second annual meeting in 1955.
4) The European Union’s Internet privacy regulations – what they mean for the United States.
5) The rise of cyber warfare – the government could deceptively use the threat of cyber attacks to strengthen censorship and other Internet regulations.
6) From Ukraine to Syria – Is Obama’s foreign policy doomed?
7) The “climate change” agenda – the deindustrialization of targeted nations as a result of “climate change” treaties and legislation.
And there’s likely more that will be discussed during this year’s three-day conference.

But to truly absorb the importance of these agenda items and the influence of the Bilderberg Group, it’s critical to look back at several of the world’s most significant events in the past several decades, which were not as random as they appear but were rather planned by design inside the eloquently-furnished meeting rooms of past Bilderberg conferences.
As previously mentioned, the 1955 Bilderberg meeting in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, West Germany focused on the creation of the European Union and a single European currency, both of which occurred in the early 1990s after decades of gradual implementation.
In 1991, the then governor of Arkansas, who was relatively unknown at the time, was invited to attend the Bilderberg meeting in Baden-Baden, Germany. Just over one year later the governor, William Jefferson Clinton, became the President of the United States.
The former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Tony Blair, likewise came to power as the UK’s Leader of the Opposition one year after attending a Bilderberg meeting in 1993.
Now we see that the current Democratic mayor of Atlanta, Kasim Reed, was invited for this year’s Bilderberg conference in Copenhagen.
“He’s seen as one of the few legitimate Democratic candidates for higher office in Georgia,” a Republican strategist told Roll Call in 2012, adding that he will be a formidable adversary to the GOP.
It would appear that Bilderberg is grooming him for just that.
Besides modern-day king making, the Bilderberg Group also has tremendous influence in economics and geopolitical events.
In the early 2000s, late investigative journalist Jim Tucker correctly predicted that Operation Iraqi Freedom would commence in March 2003 and not in late 2002 as so many defense analysts were suggesting at the time.
But how did Tucker know? Because he wasn’t just guessing; sources inside Bilderberg told him.
Estulin also correctly predicted the 2007 collapse of the housing bubble a year before it happened after receiving information from his own sources inside the Bilderberg Group.

A few years later, in 2009, Tucker predicted that Bilderberg would use the resulting economic slowdown to erode America’s national sovereignty.
This is now coming to fruition through multiple ways, such as the Trans Pacific Partnership, which allows transnational mega-corporations to tighten their grip on individual countries such as the United States.
And representatives for many large companies are in attendance at this year’s Bilderberg meeting.
“You have 50 to 60 key CEOs of the world’s most powerful corporations from the western world [in attendance],” Estulin said.
Last year, Ed Balls, a British politician and a Bilderberg member, downplayed the influence of Bilderberg live on BBC, yet this year he was caught on camera holding a gigantic stack of papers before entering the conference.

The fact that Balls was carrying enough papers to fill a large phone book invalidates his prior denial of Bilderberg’s importance.
In reality, the Bilderberg Group is pushing ahead with its anti-free market, state-corporate takeover designed to destroy independent nations as well as the individual in order to make the population dependent on a system controlled by the tiny elite well-represented at the conference.

The United States has deployed two of its most advanced long-distance surveillance drones to a base in northern Japan to spy on North Korea and China.
The deployment of the Global Hawk drones was made over the past week, The Associated Press reported on Friday.
The US military is seeking to improve its ability to have a close look on North Korea’s alleged nuclear activities and Chinese naval operations, the report said.
The advanced drones are able to fly at over 18 kilometers, conduct long-range missions and hover around targeted areas for a whole day.
According to Lt. Gen. Sam Angelella, commander of US Forces Japan, the drones will remain there until October. The move is likely upset China and North Korea.
Tens of thousands of US forces are currently based in Japan under a security pact between the two countries.
The United States has repeatedly called on China to “refrain from provocative actions” in the South China Sea and East China Sea.
Beijing claims the South China Sea in its entirety, while other countries including the Philippines, Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Brunei Darussalam also have claims to the area and are in dispute with China.
In addition, China and Japan have long been locked in a dispute for more than a decade over the sovereignty of uninhabited islands in the South China Sea, known as the Senkaku islands in Japan and the Diaoyu islands in China, which are believed to have vast natural resources.
Although Washington has repeatedly said it would take no side on sovereignty of the disputed islands in the East China Sea, it officially recognizes Japan’s administration of the islands and feels responsible to protect Japan’s territory under a defense deal signed between the two countries.

Some 140 participants representing 22 countries will be attending the 62nd annual Bilderberg meeting in Copenhagen, Denmark. The newly released list is a who’s who of business, academia, and the political world.
As is usually the case with the renowned summit, this year’s Bilderberg, which will take place May 29 to June 1, has attracted a cadre of influential experts, including notable attendees such as NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen, former director of the US National Security Agency Keith Alexander, and former US national security advisor to the White House Thomas E. Donilon.
The Bilderberg meeting, often thought of as one of the most influential networks in the world, first began in 1954, has over the years attracted a considerable amount of media attention, both for its formidable attendee lists as well as the perceived aura as an opportunity for the world’s elite to mingle. In addition to the yearly attendees, the Bilderberg Steering Committee is likewise a list of powerful financiers, which includes Peter D. Sutherland, Chairman of Goldman Sachs International, as well as Peter Thiel, president of Thiel Capital.
Bilderberg operates under the “Chatham House Rule,” which stipulates that neither the identity nor affiliation of a speaker’s quotes may be revealed by other participants, including any media in attendance. Though it may be intended to promote the free exchange of ideas among the well-heeled, such rules have fed directly into what detractors say is an unnecessary cloud of secrecy, as well as a range of conspiracy theories that liken the summit to a shadowy gathering for architects of the “New World Order.”
Already fueling such wild speculation ahead of this year’s summit were the arrests of independent reporters Luke Rudkowski and Dan Dicks, who attempted to confront staff at the Copenhagen hotel where Bilderberg is set to take place. Video of the encounter quickly spread online.

According to an official press release, this year’s summit will be focusing on a variety of topics, including the future of democracy and the “middle class trap,” China’s political and economic outlook, and the ongoing situation in Ukraine. Interestingly, the agenda also includes the topic of privacy, as well as “the relationship in intelligence sharing,” which suggests the meeting may be used to address last year’s onslaught of NSA leaks by former intelligence contractor turned whistleblower Edward Snowden. Bilderberg has released an official list of participants.
