Opposition Journalist In Azerbaijan Detained On Hooliganism Charges
Police in Azerbaijan's Abseron district have detained a well-known opposition journalist named Seymur Hazi. More The United States has condemned the beating of an Azerbaijani journalist and rights activist in the country's Naxcivan exclave.
