Nava Valsara Paneeyam New Year Drink Ingredients:-
(1) condensed milk – ½ tea spoon
water – ½ cup
concentrated juice of ginger – ¼ cup
sugar - 2 tea spoon
(2) water – 6 cups
Sugar – 1 cup
Syrup – ½ cup ( orange, pineapple, lemon )
(3) pudina leaves – a little
Method of preparation Nava Valsara Paneeyam
Mix together the ingredients under (1) and keep them in the freezer to form ice cubes.
Mix ingredients under (2) together, pour the mixture in a glass vessel and keep inside the fridge. When it is chilled, take out and pour in a glass, add ice cube, decorate with one or two pudina leaves and serve.

Naadan Daaha Samani Indigenous Soft Drink Ingredients:-
(1). Decanted water after washing raw rice – 8 cup
(2). red onion – 6
ginger – 1 small pie
green chilly – 4
lemon leaves – 4
curry leaves – a little
(3). salt – to taste
(4). lemon juice – 2 tea spoon
Method of preparation Naadan Daaha Samani Indigenous Soft Drink
Wash the raw rice with water and decant the water. Add water into the rice again and keep for 10 minutes. Filter the water and take 8 cups of water out of that.
Smash all the ingredients under (2) and keep them tied up in a cloth bag. Keep the bag dipped for 3 hours in the water in which the raw rice was washed.
After 3 hours, take the mixture from the cloth bag and add into a vessel. Add required quantity of lemon juice, salt and water, and mix well. This may be served as a drink.

Mutton Cutlet Ingredients:-
(1) Mutton (without bone) – 1 kg
(2) Potato – ½ kg
(3) Green chilly – 10
(4) Ginger – 1 piece
(5) Masala powder – 1 table spoon
(6) Bread crumbs – as required
(7) Oil – ½ kg
(8) Salt – to taste
(9) Curry leaves – as required
(10) Egg – 2
Method of preparation Mutton Cutlet
Add salt to the mutton, boil and mince. Add mustard seeds in a pan and heat. When the seeds crack add green chilly, ginger, and curry leaves --- all cut into small pieces ---- and roast them. Add masala powder, stir well and take out of the stove. Cooked and smashed potato, minced mutton, roasted ingredients ----- all these mix well and make small balls with the mixture. Press the ball on your palm, dip in whipped egg and roll over bread crumb and fry them in boiling oil and take out. (Instead of mutton, any other meat can be used.)

Mutta Vada Egg Vada Ingredients:-
(1) egg – 3
(2) gram flour – 1 cup
Ginger – 1 piece
Green chilly – 5
Cumin seed – I tea spoon
Salt – to taste
(3) coconut oil – 150 grams
Mutta Vada Egg Vada Method of preparation
Boil the egg. Grind all items under (2) to get a fine paste. Cut the egg into two pieces. Pack each part of egg with the mixture uniformly. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Fry the vada in the boiling oil and take out.

Soya Coon Rice Soya Mushroom Rice
Ingredients:-
(1) Basmati rice – 4 cups
(2) Germinated soya bean cooked with salt – 1 cup
(3) Button mushroom cut neatly – 1 cup
(4) chopped pieces of carrot – ½ cup
(5) chopped pieces of beans – ¼ cup
(6) chopped pieces of spinach – ¼ cup
(7) sun flower oil – 1 table spoon
(8) Vegetable cube – 1 (powdered)
(9) Pepper powder – as required
(10) salt – adjust to taste
(11) chopped garlic – 3 tea spoon
Method of preparation Soya Coon Rice Soya Mushroom Rice
Pour oil to a heated pan and roast garlic in that. When smell of roasted garlic comes, add beans, mushroom and carrot and roast them. Then add spinach leaves and when the leaves get roasted pour tomato juice and boil. When it gets thick, add the cooked soya bean. Then add basmati rice, pepper powder, vegetable cube and salt one by one and stir well. Stop heating, keep the vessel closed for 10 minutes and then take out and serve hot.

(1) orange juice – ¾ cup
(2) lemon juice – 1 tea spoon
(3) sugar – 1 tea spoon
(4) nutmeg powder – 1 pinch
(5) white part of egg – 1 tea spoon
Method of preparation Mutta mixed Juice Egg Mixed Juice
Mix orange juice and lemon juice together and dissolve sugar in that. Whip white part of egg and add that into the orange - lemon mixture. filter the mixture in a cloth, add nutmeg powder and ice cubes. Pour into glasses and serve.

Mulaku Bajji Chilly Bajji Ingredients:-
(1) bajji chilly – 25
(2) gram flour – as required
Chilly powder – as required
Soda powder, salt – as required
(3) oil – sufficient to fry
Method of preparation Mulaku Bajji Chilly Bajji
Wash the chilly and cut it vertically without detaching the end portion. Keep the chilly pieces immersed in salty water for some time.
Mix the ingredients under (2) together and make the mixture a loose paste with water. Dip the chilly pieces in the mixture and fry them in boiling oil in a pan. Take out and serve.
