    The second annual NYCxDesign—with hundreds of exhibitions, openings, installations, shows, talks, and open studios across all five boroughs—runs from May 9 to 20. The 12-day celebration is organized in part by the Mayor’s Office and the City Council, and emphasizes New York’s status as a design mecca on a global scale.

  •  Made in BKLYN 
    Tomorrow, the tenth annual BKLYN Designs exhibition—a three-day juried event featuring 60 Brooklyn-based designers and manufacturers of furniture, lighting, tabletops, and accessories—will take over the northern tip of Dumbo at St. Ann’s Warehouse, the Mark Jupiter showroom, and four other Dumbo venues.
