These usually are secret police operations... Secret Police departments can find whoever in a few minutes... When apparently they do not do it, it is because there is some dirty operation they want go on... It is for relaunching and dramatizing ethnic clashes, on orders of the Israeli government. State Terrorism works in this way, with manipulated idiots thinking of themselves they are great heroes or revolutionaries.
