The Ministry of Defense (MoD) is reporting today that President Putin has “effectively warned” both the United States and European Union that British Prime Minister David Cameron “must be removed” in order to avert the catastrophic consequences of total war.
According to this report, President Putin and other top officials were put under the “protection” of the MoD during the past fortnight after intelligence reports revealed a planned nuclear first-strike against the Federation planned by Prime Minister Cameron due to occur this week…and which we had previously reported on in our 14 March report titled Russia Warns “State Of War” Exists As UK Nukes Prepare First Strike.
To if the United States has been complicate in this planned nuclear attack by Prime Minister Cameron against the Federation this MoD report leaves uncertain; based upon information obtained by Federal Security Service (FSB) Director Alexander Bortnikov after his private White House meeting with President Barack Obama a few weeks ago.
Also, and as we had reported on 15 March in our report titled Obama Meets With Top Russian Spy, Warns He Can’t Stop War, and the MoD again states in their new report today, no one in the Kremlin is even sure if President Obama is in control of his own nation anymore after US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland “raged” last week at Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov claiming that former Vice President Richard “Dick” Cheney was in charge of the United States now.
Even worse, this MoD report continues, regardless of who is in charge of the US right now, a “de facto state of war” now exists between the Federation and America after the Obama regimes statement yesterday that their sanctions against Russia would, basically, go on forever as the Federation will never allow Crimea to retaken by the Nazi-led government of Ukraine.
The total war plans ordered by President Putin in response to this extraordinary threat, this report further notes, were made under MoD “supervision and consultation” over the past fortnight at the highly secretive, and mammoth, underground Mount Yamantau complex in the Ural Mountains and include offensive, defensive, covert, and psychological measures intended to prevent total war…but in failing in that effort the Federation would then “massively respond” against the West using all of their capabilities, including “nuclear options”.
Interesting to note in this MoD report is how it details one of the psychological measures used in this total war plan that included this past Sunday’s television documentary wherein President Putin for the first time publically admitted that he privately threatened the West with nuclear war over the Crimea crisis… and which, likewise, we had reported on in our 24 February 2014 report titled Putin Orders Troops To Crimea Passes, Warns NATO Of War.
This MoD report states that this specific psychological measure employed by President Putin in publicly admitting to his private threat to use nuclear weapons to protect the Federation was intended to “alert” the citizens of both the US and EU to “grave and horrific dangers” they were facing due to the secret war actions of their governments without their knowing.
On Monday upon his return to Moscow, this MoD report continues, President Putin than initiated further actions of the Federations total war plan which include:
1.) The immediate opening of Moscow’s 5,000 new bomb shelters President Putin had ordered built in 2010 and which were completed in 2012.
2.) The immediate transferring to these bomb shelters all critical equipment and personnel belonging to the Central Clinical Hospital and Polyclinic Office of the President of the Russian Federation (CCHP).
3.) The immediate deployment of nuclear ballistic missile systems to Russia’s westernmost Kaliningrad region.
4.) The immediate deployment of strategic nuclear bombers to Crimea.
5.) The immediate activation to full combat alert of all Airborne forces in the northwest.
6.) The immediate activation of the tens of thousands of troops belonging to the Northern Fleet and Western Military District to full combat alert.
7.) The immediate activation of Siberian air defense forces.
As this nationwide show of force is currently ongoing, this MoD report says, Belarus military forces have put their forces on full combat alert too and joined their Russian counterparts in this strategic offensive as, likewise, Ukraine has issued plans and aggressive maps, showing an attack of Crimea and also Kuban [region in southern Russia] by the Ukrainian Army, with the support of NATO navies.
Even though the Administrator-General of the Eurasian Observatory for Democracy & Elections (EODE), Alexander Mosesov, has stated that “Nobody in NATO is ready to pay the price of this sort of war [with Russia over Crimea], which can involve a nuclear conflict and a third world war. Only the Kiev Junta, with its team of adventurous far-right and low-level politicians can dream of this sort of military aggression”, MoD experts in this report state that the continued aggressive war actions by the US and EU, combined with the continued demonization of President Putin and Russia people in the Western press, seems to prove they do, indeed, want nothing but total war.
And with Special Assistant to the US President Celeste Wallander stating earlier today that President Obama was “well aware” of President Putin’s nuclear war threat, this MoD report chillingly concludes, the West has still failed to assure the Federation that Prime Minister Cameron will be removed from office, or even more dangerously, that they will be able to stop this total war at all.

As demand for the Arctic’s resource riches heats up, Canada is set to spend billions of dollars on new patrol ships, polar satellites, upgrading transport and providing winter gear for troops, among other expenditures.
In keeping with Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s pledge to increase Canada’s footprint in the Arctic, which he believes is essential for spurring the country’s economic growth, the Conservative government has announced a multi-billion dollar shopping list of everything from naval ships to weather satellites, Defense News reported.
Topping the list are five new patrol ships for the Royal Canadian Navy, which will be outfitted with Lockheed Martin avionics at a cost of CAN $3.5 billion ($3.4 billion), as well as up to $50 million in technical upgrades for the Air Force’s CC-138 transport aircraft.
The first steel will be cut on the Royal Canadian Navy’s Arctic offshore patrol ships in September. Five ships will be constructed by Irving Shipbuilding of Canada, while Lockheed Martin is handling onboard combat systems.
Also in 2015, a request for bids on an upgrade program for the Royal Canadian Air Force’s CC-138 Twin Otter aircraft will be released, expected to cost up to $49 million. The contract will be awarded in 2016.
According to Air Force spokesman Maj. James Simiana, the CC-138 Twin Otter will“undergo a life extension program to ensure the fleet remains safe and operationally effective” until a proposed new fleet of UTA [utility transport aircraft] scheduled to become operational in 2025.
Meanwhile, for those troops that will be expected to work in the extreme northern climate, Canada plans to buy up to 100 all-terrain vehicles at an estimated price tag between $100 million and $249 million. The military doesn’t plan to accept bids on the contracts until after 2021.
The Arctic spending package will also include up to $49 million spent on new winter apparel, including snowshoes, skis and toboggans. Delivery of the gear is also not expected until 2021.
The Canadian military is also looking to enhance its communication with the Arctic with the construction of two polar communications and weather satellites, which are estimated to cost $1.5 billion.
Additionally, the government is looking to improve its Arctic surveillance capabilities, especially since it is certainly not the only country vying for a slice of the Arctic riches. The system, dubbed Polar Epsilon 2, will use ground systems to collect and process data from the three RCM satellites. Delivery of the systems is planned to happen before the year 2020.
“The biggest thing will be coordination, so you’ll want to have the ability to mount a command post, have good radios and radars, good surveillance,” Navy League of Canada analyst Norm Jolin told Defense News.”It’s about command and control, power generation and communications.”
According to the US Geological Survey, the Arctic contains 30 percent of the world’s untapped natural gas and 15 percent of its oil, with the majority of resources located offshore.
Since the advent of global warming and the thawing of the ice caps, competition among the five nations that border the Arctic Ocean, Russia, Canada, Denmark, Norway and the US, has been intensifying.
In 2007, Russian explorers reached the bottom of the North Pole in a miniature submarine and planted the national flag to make a symbolic claim to their part of the Arctic. Since then, Russia’s Defense Ministry has announced plans to build 13 airdromes and 10 radar stations in Russia’s north.
Last month, Russia said it would consider protecting its national interests in the Arctic with military means if necessary.
“The constant military presence in the Arctic and a possibility to protect the state’s interests by the military means are regarded as an integral part of the general policy to guarantee national security,”Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said at a ministry meeting.
Shoigu’s statement came just two months after Denmark said it would file a claim with the United Nations to a large slab of the continental shelf in the Arctic Ocean, including the North Pole. The move makes Denmark the first nation in the world to declare ownership over the North Pole itself.
“The Lomonosov Ridge is the natural extension of the Greenland shelf. Coincidentally, the North Pole which is a tiny, tiny abstract spot lies in the area,” Christian Marcussen, a senior geophysicist with the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland, told AP.
The Arctic states are entitled to a part of the continental shelf extending to 200 nautical miles from their coast, with any ambitions beyond that to be backed by scientific and technical data.

Russia’s President Vladimir Putin has ordered the Russian Navy’s Northern Fleet and paratrooper units on full alert, state media report, in response to aggressive anti-Russian NATO drills held in Poland.
Putin issued the order as part of snap military drills, RIA news agency cited Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu as saying on Monday.
The report added that around 40,000 servicemen, 41 warships, 15 submarines as well as 110 airplanes and helicopters are set to take part in the exercises.
The Northern Fleet is a unit of the Russian Navy tasked with defending the northwestern part of the country. The fleet’s headquarters is located in the town of Severomorsk in Murmansk oblast.
The exercises come as NATO plans to expand its military presence in Eastern Europe amid the crisis in Ukraine.
The Western military alliance has held numerous war games over the past year. In 2014, NATO forces held some 200 military exercises, with the alliance’s General Secretary Jens Stoltenberg having promised that such drills would continue.
NATO launched a multinational naval drill in the Black Sea near the Crimean Peninsula on March 10. The war games involved NATO naval rapid reaction forces and saw the participation of the USS Vicksburg, a US guided missile cruiser, as well as vessels from six other participating states, Canada, Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey.
Shoigu also said on Monday that due to the new threats to Russia’s security, the country has been forced to increase its military capabilities.
“New challenges and threats to military security demand that the armed forces further boost their military capabilities,” RIA quoted him as saying.
Moscow has repeatedly condemned NATO’s exercises and military buildup toward its borders.
Relations between Moscow and the West have strained since the start of the conflict in Ukraine’s east as the US and NATO have accused Moscow of involvement in the turmoil there and have imposed a series of sanctions against Russian and pro-Russia figures. Moscow, however, rejects the accusation.

As Americans, we tend to be pretty full of ourselves, and this is especially true of our young people. But do we really have reason for such pride? According to a shocking new report from the Educational Testing Service, Americans between the ages of 20 and 34 are way behind young adults in other industrialized nations when it comes to literacy, mathematics and technological proficiency. Even though more Americans than ever are going to college, we continue to fall farther and farther behind intellectually. So what does this say about us? Sadly, the truth is that Americans are stupid. Our education system is an abysmal failure, and our young people spend most of their free time staring at the television, their computers or their mobile devices. And until we are honest with ourselves about this, our intellectual decline is going to get even worse.
According to this new report from the Educational Testing Service, at this point American Millennials that have a four year college degree are essentially on the same intellectual level as young adults in Japan, Finland and the Netherlands that only have a high school degree…
Americans born after 1980 are lagging their peers in countries ranging from Australia to Estonia, according to a new report from researchers at the Educational Testing Service (ETS). The study looked at scores for literacy and numeracy from a test called the Program for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies, which tested the abilities of people in 22 countries.
The results are sobering, with dire implications for America. It hints that students may be falling behind not only in their early educational years but at the college level. Even though more Americans between the ages of 20 to 34 are achieving higher levels of education, they’re still falling behind their cohorts in other countries. In Japan, Finland and the Netherlands, young adults with only a high school degree scored on par with American Millennials holding four-year college degrees, the report said.
How in the world is that possible?
I can tell you how that is possible – our colleges are a joke. But more on that in a moment.
Out of 22 countries, the report from the Educational Testing Service found that Americans were dead last in tech proficiency. We were also dead last in numeracy and only two countries performed worse than us when it came toliteracy proficiency…
Half of American Millennials score below the minimum standard of literacy proficiency. Only two countries scored worse by that measure: Italy (60 percent) and Spain (59 percent). The results were even worse for numeracy, with almost two-thirds of American Millennials failing to meet the minimum standard for understanding and working with numbers. That placed U.S. Millennials dead last for numeracy among the study’s 22 developed countries.
It is in this type of environment that Coca-Cola can be marketed to Americans as “a healthy snack“.
As I mentioned above, our system of education is one of the biggest culprits. From the first grade all the way through post-graduate education, the quality of education that our young people are receiving is absolutely pathetic. In aprevious article, I highlighted some statistics from USA Today about the declining state of college education in America…
-“After two years in college, 45% of students showed no significant gains in learning; after four years, 36% showed little change.”
-“Students also spent 50% less time studying compared with students a few decades ago”
-“35% of students report spending five or fewer hours per week studying alone.”
-“50% said they never took a class in a typical semester where they wrote more than 20 pages”
-“32% never took a course in a typical semester where they read more than 40 pages per week.”
I have sat in many of these kinds of college courses. It doesn’t take much brain power to pass the multiple choice tests that most college professors give these days. The truth is that if you fail out of college you really, really have to try hard.

This is a national crisis. Parents should be screaming bloody murder about the quality of the education that their children are receiving. But because very few of them actually know what is going on, they just continue to write out huge tuition checks all the time believing that their kids are being prepared for the real world.
To show how “dumbed down” we have become, I want to share with you a copy of an eighth grade exam from 1912that was donated to the Bullitt County History Museum in Kentucky.
Would eighth grade students be able to pass such an exam today?
Would college students?
As you look over this exam from 1912, ask yourself how you would do on it…


In addition, I find it very interesting that the reading level of the State of the Union addresses delivered by our presidents has steadily declined since the inception of this nation.
And it should be no surprise that Barack Obama’s State of the Union addresses have been some of the dumbest of all.
But could it be possible that I am being too harsh?
After all, scientists are now discovering that our diminishing intellectual capabilities are actually the consequence of natural processes.
For example, a Stanford University biology professor named Gerald R. Crabtree has published two papers in which he detailed his conclusion that humans have been getting dumber for thousands of years…
Are humans becoming smarter or more stupid? Comparing our modern lives and technology with that of any preceding generation, one might think we are becoming increasingly smarter. But, in two papers published in Trends in Genetics, Gerald R. Crabtree of Stanford University claims that we are losing mental capacity and have been doing so for 2,000–6,000 years! The reason, Crabtree concludes, is due to genetic mutations—which are the backbone of neo-Darwinian evolution.
Why is this happening?
Professor Crabtree believes that this loss of intellectual capability is due to the accumulation of errors in our genes…
Based on data produced by the 1000 Genomes Project Consortium and two recent papers in Nature, Crabtree estimates in the first article that, in the past 3,000 years (approximately 120 generations), about 5,000 new mutations have occurred in the genes governing our intellectual ability. He claims most of these mutations will have no effect, while about 2–5 percent are deleterious and “a vanishingly small fraction will increase fitness.” Crabtree bases his conclusion that humankind is losing mental capacity on the ratio between the deleterious and the beneficial mutations.
Our DNA is mutating, and it has been for thousands of years. And no, those mutations are not helping us. Each one of us has tens of thousands of errors in our DNA that we have inherited, and we will add even more errors which we will pass on to future generations.
Given enough time, many scientists believe that humanity would eventually degenerate into a bunch of gibbering idiots incapable of rational thought.
Or could it be possible that a large segment of the population has already arrived at that state?

The traitorous unelected European Commission (EC)’s president says he will do all he can to keep Britain in the European Union (EU), but not at the expense of changing basic treaties, as requested by the UK.
Jean-Claude Juncker who like his predecessors was appointed president just like the Soviet Union, said on Monday that the EU and Britain needed each other, adding that a British exit from the 28-nation bloc would not be in the interest of either side.
“I’m in favor of a fair deal for Britain,” said Juncker, adding, “I can’t believe in a European Union without Britain.”
Juncker said the EU is ready to work with the UK to ensure that the provisions of a treaty that considers no limit on migration from one EU state to another are not violated.
UK Prime Minister David Cameron has said he wants to be able to limit migration from other EU countries.
Juncker said the treaty is a red line.
“I’m not ready to give up freedom of movement for workers… You can’t change the treaty,” he said.
Cameron’s Conservative Party, which is under growing pressure from the anti-EU UK Independence Party (UKIP), has lied that it will try to cap immigration if re-elected in the May general elections, even though he had plenty of years on his hands to do so in the past.
Cameron is calling for a renegotiation of Britain’s EU membership terms, saying that the reforms are crucial to persuading Britain to stay in the bloc. Cameron has also vowed or better said lied AGAIN to hold an in-out vote on the country’s EU membership by 2017.
Cameron is a notorious liar, who among other things also promised to hold the referendum during his first election, of course he didn’t held any referendum and now he’s lying to hold it during his next term, yet if he had any real intention at all he could hold it even tomorrow.
Because of this, Nigel Farage’s UKIP has become Britain’s largest political party, winning the 2014 EU elections, beating both Labour and Conservatives. Because of this, David Cameron is now stepping up his speeches infested with lies about stopping immigration and other issues which are key winners for the UKIP, in a desperate attempt to steal UKIP votes so he can remain in power.

On Monday, the US reached its legal debt limit of $18 trillion, more than the country’s entire GDP. Lawmakers will either have to again lift it, or attempt to cap spending.
As of March 12, the US Treasury reported federal debt at $18,114,324,000,000.00 in its daily treasury statement. This figure is above the statutory debt limit, which was extended by Congress through March 15 this year.
Treasury Secretary Jack Lew told Congress that the limit would be reached on March 16, and he also requested lawmakers raise the debt ceiling “as soon as possible,” in a letter written in early March.
Under current arrangements, the US government can keep running until October using so-called extraordinary measures, or accounting tricks to keep money flowing into government programs, according to the Congressional Budget Office.
Now that a new zenith has been passed, a fresh showdown between lawmakers and the President about America’s spending habits can be expected.
The US raised the debt ceiling to $17.2 trillion in February 2014, keeping the economy a safe distance from the so-called ‘fiscal cliff’. Before striking a deal, Republicans shut down the government in October 2014, which put many federal employees out of work for two weeks, and cost the economy an estimated $24 billion.
The US government is again left with the decision to raise its debt ceiling- the maximum amount of money it can borrow. If it isn’t raised, the country in theory could default. The debt ceiling, which has been around since 1917, has been raised over 100 times to accommodate the world’s largest economy’s ballooning budget.
Republicans and Democrats have long been viciously divided over how to fund the budget, and which programs the government can afford to fund.
The debt, largely foreign-held, is worrisome not only for the world’s largest economy, but for global markets, which are always put on edge when the debate comes up.
