Serbian Singer, 'Arkan' Widow Indicted
Local media report that superstar Serbian turbofolk singer Ceca, the widow of Serbian warlord and paramilitary "Tigers" commander Arkan -- has been indicted on charges of embezzlement and illegal arms possession.
