A shocking new “urgent action” report prepared by the Federal Security Service (FSB) for President Putin says that the Obama regime has thrown into prison an 84-year-old Catholic nun and murdered her close nuclear scientist friend after the pair had uncovered a plot that was smuggling weapons grade atomic material out of the United States most secure nuclear facility.
According to this report, yesterday, an Obama regime US Federal Judge jailed for nearly 3-years an 84-year-old anti-nuclear activist and Roman Catholic nun of the Society of the Holy Child Jesus named Sister Megan Rice for what The New York Times called “the biggest security breach in the history of the nation’s atomic complex”.
To the exact act Sister Rice and her anti-nuclear fellow protesters, Greg Boertje-Obed, 57, and Michael Walli, 63, committed, this report continues, was to cut a hole in a chain-link fence in the early morning hours of 28 July 2012 where they gained entry to the United States most secure nuclear facility called the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

Once through the fence, this report says, these three elderly “protesters of conscience” walked nearly a mile from there, apparently strolling into what was previously thought to be one of the most tightly guarded uranium processing plants in the US.
Once inside, they hoisted banners, spray-painted messages, and used human blood to write messages on a building where uranium is stored. A guard only came upon the three an hour later, at which point they offered him food and began singing.
Once arrested, this report continues, Sister Rice and her two cohorts were charged as “saboteurs and spies” by the Obama regime under the Federal Sabotage Act of 1918, a scarcely-prosecuted law that was signed when the US was fighting in World War I, a charge US Federal prosecutors deemed needed because, they said, this break-in was a serious breach of US national security that put lives at risk.
Even though the highly respected former Loyola University law professor Michael Quigley (and current US Congressman) advised the US Federal Court that these three were not the intended targets of this law by stating “Michael, Greg, and Sister Megan are not the saboteurs, the spies, the bomb making terrorists, or the kind of offenders Congress anticipated when it created the Federal Sabotage Act,” the Obama regime, nevertheless, this report says, fought vigorously to jail them for the rest of their natural lives.
As to why the Obama regime wanted to throw Sister Rice into prison for the rest of her life, FSB intelligence analysts in this report say, was due to her “strong friendship and association” with one of the Oak Ridge nuclear complexes top nuclear engineers, Mark Ferri, 59, [photo bottom right] who was discovered dead in his Salford, UK hotel room on 18 September 2013.

Ferri, led the safe, successful deactivation and demolition work at K-25 (former uranium enrichment facility of the Manhattan Project) since URS | CH2M Oak Ridge LLC (UCOR) arrived in Oak Ridge in August 2011, and announced that would will retire from the company at the end of February, 2013.
Ferri was part of UCOR’s original, handpicked leadership team with an impressive resume having led successful deactivation and demolition, or D&D, work at some of the US Department of Energy’s (DOE) highest profile projects, including plutonium buildings at the Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Park in Colorado and uranium and plutonium facilities at the Savannah River Site in South Carolina. His career also includes work in the commercial sector, having led deactivation and demolition at Maine Yankee.
Utilizing information obtained from Edward Snowden’s documents analyzed by the FSB, this report continues, US National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) “communication intercepts” between Sister Rice and Ferri in the months leading up to 28 July 2012 Y-12 nuclear complex break-in shows Ferri’s “increasing concern” over the complete lack of security involving nuclear weapons materials and his “strong belief” that a significant amount of them were being smuggled out of the facility.
Sister Rice, along with her two cohorts, this report says, then took Ferri’s information and followed the “exact smuggling route” into the Y-12 nuclear complex he had given to them proving thus proving his claims.

Shortly after Sister Rice and her cohorts were apprehended and arrested by the Obama regime, this report continues, Ferri announced his retirement and fled to the UK where he believed he would be safe from one of the many Obama hit-teams currently scouring the globe looking to eliminate all opposition, a move, which sadly, he was not successful in accomplishing.
Important to note, FSB intelligence analysts in this report say, was that The Guardian, as one of the main holders of Snowden’s leaked NSA/CSS documents, began a collaboration with the BBC-London which was scheduled to interview Sister Rice about her association with Ferri on 26 January 2014, to be followed by an interview with a Guardian reporter who had traveled to the US on 27 January 2014, both of which were abruptly canceled at the last minute by the Obama regimes US Marshals Service which placed a “cone of silence” over the 84-year-old Catholic nun.
In commenting on the Obama regimes “cone of silence” placed over Sister Rice, Ralph Hutchison, coordinator of the Oak Ridge Environmental Peace Alliance (OREPAstated:
“It’s clear the government is desperate to shut this nun up. She has something to say that scares them—because she wants to tell the truth about nuclear weapons production in Oak Ridge. It is, as Ramsey Clark told us in April, unlawful. That’s the truth Megan has to tell, and the government knows it has no real defense. They were able to get the judge to keep it out of the trial, and they have asked the judge to put her in prison until she is 90 years old, just to keep her quiet.”
As to whom, or to why, the Obama regime has allowed weapons grade uranium to be stolen this report does not say. What is known, however, is that the American people will be the last to know as new reports show that Obama is now placing government officials in nearly all American newsrooms in order to more fully control what these people are allowed to know.
To Sister Rice herself, and as she was about to be thrown into the horrific and brutal Obama regimes ever growing gulag for the rest of her life yesterday, she simply said: “Please have no leniency on me, to remain in prison for the rest of my life would be the greatest honor you could give me.” Words that should, in a just world, echo down the corridors of history along with those of America’s other greatest, and selfless, hero’s.

President Barack Obama said the US “condemns in the strongest terms the violence” in Ukraine, adding that the Ukrainian government must uphold the rights of peaceful protesters. Obama said there would be consequences should “people step over the line.”
“We expect the Ukrainian government to show restraint, to not resort to violence in dealing with peaceful protesters,” Obama said Wednesday from Mexico ahead of a summit with other North American leaders. “We’ve also said that we expect peaceful protesters to remain peaceful.”
As Tuesday’s riots and clashes between protesters and police in Kiev continued into Wednesday, the European Union announced that a rare meeting of its 28 member countries would occur on Thursday to address what is to be done about the ongoing violence, AP reported.
“We’ll be monitoring very carefully the situation, recognizing that, along with our European partners and the international community, there will be consequences if people step over the line,” Obama said.
At least 26 people, including 10 police officers, have been killed and some 800 injured since the start of violent riots in Kiev on Tuesday. The most recent, deadliest wave of violence in Ukraine started with an attempt by radical protesters to storm the building of the Ukrainian parliament (Verkhovna Rada), which prompted fierce clashes with police. Several buildings in central Kiev – including the office of the Party of Regions – were stormed, looted, and set on fire.
At least 426 people have sought medical help following the clashes in Kiev, the city’s health department said. There are currently 277 people being treated in hospitals for injuries, including gunshot wounds and burns.
Despite the fierce battles on Independence Square (Maidan) and the possibility of further violence in coming days, Obama said the US and its partners would watch vigilantly to make “sure the Ukrainian military does not step to what should be a set of issues that can be resolved by civilians.”
Russian President Vladimir Putin and German Chancellor Angela Merkel have “agreed to continue to do everything so that there is no escalation of violence” in Ukraine, Merkel said, as quoted by Reuters. The German Chancellor spoke with the Russian president over the phone.
“I informed him that French, German and Polish foreign ministers planned to go to Kiev tomorrow [Thursday]. We decided to keep very close contact with Russia,” Merkel said on the sidelines of a meeting with French President Francois Hollande in Paris.
A statement from the Russian Presidential Executive Office said that Putin emphasized in the call that Western powers must be even-handed in their condemnation of any violent acts coming from Kiev and beyond.
“Vladimir Putin also underlined that it is important for Western countries to give up their accusatory attitude towards Ukraine’s incumbent leadership and stressed the importance of strongly condemning the opposition forces liable for organizing unlawful extremist and terrorist activities,” the statement said.
US Secretary of State John Kerry said that the violence on both sides is alarming.
“We are talking about the possibility of sanctions or other steps in order to create the atmosphere for compromise,” he said from Paris, where he was meeting with French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius and others.
Kerry echoed Obama in saying that the Ukrainian people deserve to determine their own future.
“Our desire is for President [Viktor] Yanukovich to bring people together, dialogue with the opposition and find [a way] to compromise and put the broad interests of the people of Ukraine out front,” he said, according to AP.
Fabius said he and his German and Polish counterparts would meet with Ukrainian leadership ahead of Thursday’s EU meeting. Sanctions against Ukraine could include banning leading officials from traveling to EU countries or freezing any assets the leaders have in the EU states.
British Prime Minister David Cameron said that violence from all sides of the Ukrainian conflict is “completely unacceptable,” at the same time urging Yanukovich to call off government forces.
“I am deeply concerned by the scenes we are witnessing in Ukraine. The violence on all sides is completely unacceptable and President Yanukovich has a particular responsibility to pull back government forces and de-escalate the situation,” Cameron said in a statement.
Yanukovich fired Ukraine’s Armed Forces leader, Lieutenant-General Vladimir Zamana, on Wednesday. The Ukrainian president also named Admiral Yury Ilyin the new Army chief, ITAR-TASS reported.
Meanwhile, NATO’s top military commander also called for discretion among Ukrainian government officials, requesting “responsible leaders avoid the use of military force against the people of Ukraine.”
“I am calling upon the new military leadership in Ukraine to open a dialogue with us to bring this situation to a peaceful resolution,” tweeted US Air Force General Philip Breedlove, NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander Europe.

Ukrainian government has announced a nationwide “a anti-terrorist operation” against acts of terrorism in the crisis-hit country.
Oleksandr Yakymenko, Ukraine’s security service chief, made the announcement on Wednesday, saying the operation comes due to the escalating violent confrontations.
Yakymenko also said about 1,500 firearms and a hundred bullets have ended up in the hands of radical and extremist groups in recent days.
This is while local media have reported that opposition groups in western cities, including Khmelnitsky and Ternopil, have taken over public buildings.
At the border with Poland, some 200 Ukrainians have blocked a road to a crossing into the neighboring country, according to the Polish border guard service.
In Kiev, protesters have taken control of the capital’s central post office at the Independence Square, also known as Maidan, after a nearby building they previously occupied was torched in clashes with police a day earlier.
The counter-terrorist operations come a day after clashes between Ukrainian police and protesters in Kiev left at least 26 people dead and 250 others injured.
Meanwhile, US Secretary of State John Kerry reiterated the possibility of applying sanctions against Ukraine.
The European Union have also said the bloc is considering imposing sanctions on the country, with France and Germany demanding targeted measures against the Ukrainian leadership.
The latest wave of clashes erupted on Tuesday after a deadline set by security authorities to end the protests expired.
Ukraine has been rocked by anti-government protests since President Viktor Yanukovych refrained from signing an Association Agreement with the European Union on November 29, 2013, in favor of closer ties with Russia.

Asia Weekly, a Hong Kong-based news outlet, is reporting that Japan is secretly developing a nuclear weapons program in response to increasing hostilities with China over the East China Sea dispute.
According to the report, paraphrased by the Want China Times, “With the capability to build at least 2,000 nuclear warheads, Japan has recently demanded the United States return 300 kilograms of plutonium. A Japanese military analyst told Yazhou Zhoukan that Washington has paid close attention to the potential development of nuclear weapons in Japan.”
Asia Weekly, known as Yazhou Zhoukan, is a popular Chinese-language platform with a 20 year publishing history.
The article notes that Mitsubishi, Hitachi and Toshiba all possess expertise in the area of nuclear energy and along with 200 other small companies could all be called upon to kickstart a nuclear weapons program. Japan already has over 40 tonnes of plutonium in its possession.
Influential voices like Major General Yoshiaki Yano of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force are also calling on Tokyo to adjust its nuclear policy.
The story arrives hot on the heels of reports that China is extremely concerned about Japan’s initial resistance at handing back weapons-grade plutonium to the United States which was bought back in the 1960′s for research purposes but has the potential to be turned into 50 nuclear bombs.
Earlier this year, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe announced that within the next six years Japan would revise its pacifist constitution, which limits its military activities to self-defense.
Tensions over China’s declaration of an air defense zone over the disputed Senkaku Islands have continued to simmer, with three Chinese ships sailing through the region on Monday in another show of aggression.
A deluge of aggressive rhetoric has emerged out of official Communist Party organs in recent months directed against the United States, including discussion about China’s ability to attack U.S. military bases in the Western Pacific, as well as a lengthy editorial which appeared in Chinese state media explaining how the Chinese military’s current reformation process was part of a move by President Xi Jinping to prepare the People’s Liberation Army for war.
Last month, Chinese state media reported that Beijing’s new hypersonic missile vehicle is primarily designed to target U.S. aircraft carriers. Last year, China reportedly sunk a mock U.S. aircraft carrier utilizing the DF-21D anti-ship missile, dubbed the “carrier killer,” during a wargame which took place in the Gobi Desert.

Scottish Deputy First Minister Nicola Sturgeon
Scottish deputy first minister says the European Union will not deny Scotland the right to join the bloc if it achieves independence from the UK, a media report says.
The European Union will accept Scotland’s membership by March 2016 after the country becomes legally independent from the United Kingdom within 18 months of voting for independence, The Guardian cited Deputy First Minister Nicola Sturgeon as saying on Tuesday.
Following a successful September vote for independence, Edinburgh would hold parallel talks with the UK and the European commission to ensure that Scotland become an independent member of the EU, the official added.
To deny Scotland’s entrance into the European Union would be “enormously disruptive, not just for Scotland, but for the entire European Union,” Sturgeon said, adding, “It would also be against the founding principles of the EU because Scotland would be effectively punished for exercising its democratic right to self-determination.”
Her remarks follow recent comments by European Commission President José Manuel Barroso who said it would be “extremely difficult, if not impossible” for an independent Scotland to get the approval of all member states to join the EU.
Barroso warned that some EU states will block Scotland’s membership bid as they want to prevent similar moves by their own semi-autonomous regions.
“The decision on Scottish independence is for the Scottish people and the decision about continuing membership of the European Union is for the member states. It is a not a decision for the European commission,” Sturgeon reaffirmed.
Scotland will have its independence day on 24 March, 2016 if Scottish people vote to break away from the UK in a referendum on 18 September, 2014 after more than 300 years of political union.

A meeting last year between top Apple brass and Tesla CEO Elon Musk has sparked speculation that the hugely successful electronics maker is interested in purchasing the forward-thinking electric car company.
According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the man in charge of mergers and acquisitions at Apple, Adrian Perica, met with Elon Musk about one year ago. Details of the meeting are unknown, but citing an unnamed source, the newspaper suggested the secret rendezvous – which likely involved Apple CEO Tim Cook – meant the iPhone maker was looking to deal.
Interestingly, a few months after the meeting occurred, financial analyst Adnaan Ahmad published an open letter to Cook urging the company to purchase Tesla.
“The auto industry is going through a technological discontinuity in its shift to hybrid and electric vehicles,” Ahmad’s letter reads. “This is still in its very early innings. Apple needs know-how (technology, platform strategy and dealer network) in this space and hence I propose that you should buy Tesla.”
“I know this is radical and potentially ‘transformative’ but this would radically alter Apple’s growth profile. In Elon Musk, you could strike up a partnership and obtain a new iconic partner to lead Apple’s innovation drive.”
When asked about the rumors, both Apple and Tesla representatives refused to comment on the possible deal.
There’s no evidence to suggest a purchase was actually discussed between the businessmen last year – Apple typically avoids large acquisitions despite its immense cash reserves, and Tesla itself has access to plenty of funds on its own – but the possibility has generated intense interest from analysts who view Apple’s current path as unsustainable.
While iPhones and iPads continue to be enormously popular, mobile competition from the likes of Google and Samsung has steadily become more formidable, and Apple’s ability to sustain large profit margins on its products has been cast under suspicion. The company has also yet to introduce a breakthrough new product since the passing of founder Steve Jobs, leaving some to wonder if Apple is treading water.
“People are questioning Cook’s status as a leader of an innovative company. Maybe he’s just a great operator,” Josh Stewart, portfolio manager at the Wasatch World Innovators Fund, told USA Today in late 2013.
Purchasing Tesla would immediately give Apple a foothold into an automotive industry that some believe is ripe for disruption, but analyst Andrea James of Dougherty & Co. investment bank believes a “partnership” between the two is a far more likely outcome. With the sales of the Model S electric sedan on the rise, Tesla’s position is stable, at least for the moment.
Musk himself seemingly denied acquisition rumors last June when he tweeted, “Forgot to say one thing at Tesla annual shareholders meeting: just as my money was the first in, it will be the last out.”
According to Business Insider, its possible that Tesla could cooperate with Apple to incorporate the company’s technology into its future vehicles – features such as touch screens, the Siri virtual assistant, and more.
Meanwhile, the Apple-focused website 9to5Mac noted that Tesla is gearing up to unveil a factory that will more than double the worldwide production of lithium-ion batteries. Considering the number of Apple products employing these batteries, it’s possible the tech giant wants to invest in or be a part of that effort in some way.
As noted by the Chronicle, Apple is also looking into other possibilities when it comes to expanding its portfolio. In addition to bringing wearable technology such as smartwatches and televisions to the market, the company is exploring the development of heart-related medical devices, such as software and sensors that could predict heart attacks before they occur.
“Apple must increasingly rely on new products to reignite growth beyond the vision” of Steve Jobs, said Edward Jones Investments analyst Bill Kreher to the newspaper. “They need the next big thing.”
