NASA has recently released photos of a strange, shiny, "thing" that appeared on the Martian ground, in a place where it hadn't been just 12 days before. The US space agency announced it was a rock, but the pictures they have first released were low-resolution, black and white.
NASA has later released the pictures in color, but once again, in low resolution. Also, without properly investigating the mysterious object, NASA rushed to label it as a rock. In the meanwhile, the US space agency declared that after looking at it with a microscope, they are certain it is a rock - and we have to take their word for it.

Those undergoing the fifth and final stage of reincarnation are known as old souls. In this stage of soul evolvement there is a search for balance and completion, and an urge to pass on the torch before the end of reincarnation.

A woman with whom I once worked seemed to talk non-stop and loudly, interrupt incessantly, gossip about whomever wasn’t in the room, constantly complain, and live quite happily in martyrdom. It seemed nothing and no one escaped her negative spin. She was good at it. She could twist the happiest moment of someone’s life into a horrendous mistake. She seemed to enjoy it too. At first, my judgmental mind thought her behavior to be quite inappropriate. I simply didn’t approve of it. But after weeks of working with her, the thought of spending even one more moment in her presence sent me into, well, her world.   | ||

In 2009, the Dutch justice ministry announced the planned closing of eight prisons in the Netherlands due to a declining crime rate which was expected to continue.
Now, in 2013, there are 19 prisons scheduled to be closed. This is caused, in part, by a continued decline in crime rates. Additionally, those who are convicted are choosing electronic tagging instead of incarceration. This allows people to go back to work and continue as productive members of society. It also saves about $50,000 per year per person (about $50 million saved per year for every 1000 people).   |
