 Islamic State is smuggling fighters into Europe, commanding them to disguise themselves as refugees, according to a Libyan government adviser. The militants are reportedly profiting by ‘taxing’ those operating the overcrowded boats. Abdul Basit Haroun told BBC 5 Live Investigates programme that the boats are used “for their [the Islamic State’s] people who they want to send to Europe, as the European police don’t know who is from IS and who is a normal refugee or not.” The militants are reportedly being aided by trafficking gangs who operate in parts of North Africa controlled by the Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL). He added that the militants “sit down separately, they come alone and in the boat they are not scared at all. They are for IS — 100 percent.” According to Haroun, the IS is pocketing a significant amount of cash from each journey, as it demands half the profits from those operating the boats. “The IS, what they are doing, they are not controlling the boat. They give permission for the boat owner to use the spot under their control and they charge them for that 50/50 of whatever they make,” he said. The fighters are considered“prize operatives” because they can travel undetected around the continent, Aimen Dean, managing director of Five Dimensions Consultants and a former spy for UK security services, said. He added that they have“no biometric data [in Europe]…no fingerprints, no nothing.” Earlier this year, European border agency Frontex warned that fighters might be using “irregular migration routes” to reach the continent. It stated that resources were not being devoted to “screening” migrants, adding that “not knowing who is traveling within the EU is a vulnerability.” Similar concerns have been echoed by the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime and other organizations, though others aren’t convinced the militant group is indeed sending its fighters to Europe on refugee boats. “I have heard some other people say that this is potentially happening, so I can’t totally discount it. But I am still very skeptical – why would they bother trying such a risky route?” said Raffaello Pantucci from the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), a think-tank engaged in cutting edge defense and security research. The journey from North Africa to Europe is an extremely dangerous one, with 3,500 people dying during the journey in 2014 alone. A total of 1,800 have died so far this year – a 20-fold increase from the same period last year, according to the UN Refugee Agency. European ministers are meeting on Monday to discuss plans for military strikes against migrant boats before they can leave North Africa. Source           |

 An ominous report prepared by the Office of the President (OP) circulating in the Kremlin today states that President Putin’s 8 May purging of top-ranking officers of the Russian Interior Ministry, Emergencies Ministry, the Investigations Committee and the Federal Service for Drug Control were due to these formerly trusted intelligence officials being linked to a radical black Masonic secret police force created by President Obama to overthrow the American government. According to this report, the Federal Intelligence Service (SVR) first became aware of this secret Masonic police force on 30 April when one of this organizations agents named Tunisia Davis approached the Federation Chancery (located on Wisconsin Ave., NW, Washington D.C.), identified herself to a Senior Counselor as being an internal domestic intelligence agent of the United States, warned that the Obama regime was planning an “imminent” false flag “incident” in order to provoke a global war and mass insurrection within America itself, handed to the Senior Counselor a “large” package of National Security Agency-Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) [aka: NSA] documents she claimed proved her accusations, and then left without any further comment. As we had previously reported about Ms Davis (Renegade US Spy Who Warned Russia Of War Put In Mental Hospital By Obama), after her giving this Senior Counselor her NSA documents was subsequently detained at the CIA headquarters building in Virginia, placed in custody, was denied being allowed to appear in Court, and then placed in a mental hospital by order of Obama. In their subsequent 10 May report on this matter, the SVR further reported that Ms Davis, when she approached the Senior Counselor, had identified herself as being an “agent” of the Masonic Fraternal Police Department (MFPD) [Note: website now disabled]“working on behalf of the world” and showed a police-like badge as verification to her remarks, a claim bolstered by the fact that within a few days of her giving this information to the Federation about a secret Obama Masonic police force, three of its top officers, Brandon Kiel, Tonette Hayes and David Henry, were arrested. As we had, likewise, reported on the 10 May SVR report (Obama “Black Masonic” Police Force Said To Number Over 100,000), Russian intelligence analysts using the NSA documents provided by Ms Davis not only confirmed the existence of Obama’s secret Masonic police force, but estimated its numbers to be at or near 100,000. As to the purpose of Obama having and creating such a secret police force, the SVR had stated, he had actually warned he was going to do so in 2008 when while running for the US Presidency he proclaimed, “We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.” To how the top-ranking Federation intelligence officials purged by Putin were linked to Obama’s secret Masonic police force, this new OP report continues, the NSA documents provided by Ms Davis shows their “numerous associations” with members of this radical black terrorist organization and providing them with historical Soviet-KGB documents relating to mass insurrections, mass incarcerations and government planned mass relocation and death events. As to why Obama would even want such despicable Soviet documents from the Stalin-era regarding such horrific human misery for his secret Masonic police force, this OP report says, can be found in the ideology of the radical cabal which put him into power that included the former Weather Underground leader William (Bill) Ayers (who Obama secretly partied with last summer), and whose organization when infiltrated by FBI informant Larry Grathwohl chilling discussed the mass killing of up to 25 million American citizens. Most interesting to note in this OP report is its stating that upon the Federation discovering the existence of Obama’s secret Masonic police force, and its allowing “certain details” of it to go public, US Secretary of State John Kerryrushed to the Federation last week “begging” to see Putin, a most strange occurrence as just a few days prior he had been slamming Russia and Putin in the international press. While this OP report doesn’t mention the full substance of the Putin-Kerry “conversation”, it does note that the US Military is even now in full preparations to battle Obama’s secret Masonic police force should they be unleashed upon the American people, even to the point of constructing a massive multi-million dollar military mock-up of an American city they’ll have to battle in. Though the US Military continues to publically deny that this massive training center has anything to do with the US, this report notes, Federation intelligence analysts state that with its layout of American-style churches, subway systems, strip malls, street names all in English, and other such characteristics unique to the United States, the only possible reason for its existence is the training of military forces to fight in their own homeland. Even more ominous, this report states, is that continued evidence is mounting within America that the US Military’s upcoming massive Jade Helm 15 war games are, in fact, the deliberate deployment of combat forces throughout their nation who are loyal to the Constitution of the United States and are preparing to fight and destroy Obama’s secret Masonic army. To the “terror” Obama is in now with the evidence of his secret Masonic army being exposed, this report concludes, will soon be fully realized…but not before, sadly, “rivers of blood” will flow across America as the battle for this once great nations heart and soul is about to begin.  Nowhere is this saying more fitting than in these images of majestic sparkling blue lights on the shore of a Chinese village which are in fact an ominous sign of pollution. The spectacular phenomenon-which has appeared on the shores of Dalian City in east China’s Liaoning Province – is known as Sea Sparkle and it comes about from farming triggered contamination. The eerie glow is a harmful algal bloom called Noctiluca scintillans. Triggered by farm pollution, these organism can wreak havoc on local marine life and fisheries. Noctiluca is a type of single-cell animal that eats plankton and is eaten by other species. The organisms multiply when nitrogen and phosphorous from farm run-off increase. The spectacle has also earned it the name of ‘sea ghost’, as its colours are especially vivid at night, luring local photographers to capture the fluorescent blue patches of water. The phenomenon has drawn thousands of fascinated sightseers to the coast of Dalian to marvel at its mystical effect. It’s the second time that Sea Sparkle has appeared on the coastline of the busy port city. Tourist Lian Lo, 21, said: ‘It looks incredibly beautiful and serene. It makes you want to go out into the water and touch it, but I had no idea it was a sign of pollution.’ ‘That is very worrying. If it affects local fish, the authorities need to do something about this quickly.’ Images from January this year show the eerie algam bloom lighting up the coast of Hong Kong, with the water seen glowing an otherworldy shade of blue. Last month images surfaced from Qingdao – also in eastern China – showing the phenomenon appearing on the shore of the small coastal city. Behind it’s breathtaking appearance, Noctiluca scintillans is a growing problem which poses a grave threat to a range of marine life.           |

 A new study has shown that early treatment for advanced prostate cancer with a chemotherapy drug can increase the lives of patients. Experts and campaigners have hailed the scientific breakthrough after the findings were announced following the results from trials in Britain and Switzerland. Around 40,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer in the United Kingdom every year whilst more than 11,000 men die from the deadly disease. Docetaxol is usually given to sufferers of prostate cancer after hormone treatment has taken place, but exerts are now pushing for the NHS to give sufferers the treatment far earlier in diagnosis. Professor Malcolm Mason, from Cardiff University, has said “In prostate cancer it has been used at a much more advanced stage of the illness, for some years – now we know that this chemotherapy should be added earlier, in fact as soon as hormone therapy starts.” Dr Ian Frame, director of research at Prostate Cancer UK has said that “the findings of this trial are potentially game-changing – we can’t wait to see the full results….chemotherapy is currently one of the last-resort treatments for advanced prostate cancer.” Doctors have hailed the breakthrough but have also warned that there are side effects although they can be managed. Researchers have said they need more time to study patients for longer to see if the drug significantly prolongs life is the cancer has not spread. But Dr Frame remains excited by the findings and believes the drugs should be made more readily available. He says that “if it is shown to have a much greater impact on survival when prescribed earlier and alongside hormone therapy, that’s incredibly exciting, and we would want to see this brought in to the clinic so it can benefit men without delay.” Source      |

 China is fast refurbishing its arsenal of silo-based long-range ballistic missiles to carry multiple independently targetable warheads, defense experts say. The move comes decades after Beijing acquired the technology, indicating a strategy change. It has been speculated on for years that the Chinese military is upgrading some of its bigger ICBMs with Multiple Independently-targeted Reentry Vehicle technology (MIRV), which allows a single missile to carry multiple warhead across the globe and deploy them to aim at individual targets. The assessment was endorsed by the US government in the latest Pentagon report on Chinese military might, which marked Dongfeng-5 missiles, China’s large liquid-propellant rocket capable of reaching the US, as MIRV-capable. The same report said Dongfeng-41, smaller solid-propellant road-mobile ICBMs were “possibly capable of carrying MIRVs.” According to The New York Times, as many as half of China’s 20 DF-5 missiles may have been upgraded by now. With a conservative estimate that each missile would carry three individual warheads, it increased the number of warheads that Beijing may fire at an enemy to 40, up from 20, the newspaper said, citing a number of defense experts. “China’s little force is slowly getting a little bigger, and its limited capabilities are slowly getting a little better,” Hans M. Kristensen, director of the Nuclear Information Project at the Federation of American Scientists, told NYT. In an earlier report on the development, Kristensen said China is probably upgrading its arsenal in response to the buildup of the global antiballistic missile system by the US. Washington says it needs the system to protect itself and its allies from an attack by nations such as Iran and North Korea. But strategists in Moscow and Beijing see it as threat to the national security of their respective countries. “If so, how ironic that the US missile defense system – intended to reduce the threat to the United States – instead would seem to have increased the threat by triggering development of MIRV on Chinese ballistic missiles that could destroy more US cities in a potential war,” Kristensen said. The Pentagon report says China is developing a number of technologies to penetrate antimissile shields. “China is working on a range of technologies to attempt to counter US and other countries’ ballistic missile defense systems, including maneuverable reentry vehicles (MaRV), MIRVs, decoys, chaff, jamming, and thermal shielding,” it said. China reportedly had technology needed to miniaturize nuclear warheads enough to fit several of them on a missile for decades, but chose not to upgrade its arsenal. Beijing’s nuclear deterrence strategy is to have just enough weapons that they could survive a nuclear attack and deliver monumental damage to the aggressor. “This is obviously part of an effort to prepare for long-term competition with the United States,” Ashley J. Tellis, a senior associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and a senior national security official in the George W. Bush administration, told NYT. “The Chinese are always fearful of American nuclear advantage.” The beef-up of China’s small but punchy nuclear arsenal may trigger similar efforts from other nuclear powers in the region – India and Pakistan. So far only the US, Russia, Britain and France have deployed MIRVed ICBMs. US make nuclear reduction senseless Moscow indicated it may see fit to stockpile more nuclear weapons depending on US foreign policies. The warning came from Mikhail Ulyanov, chief of the non-proliferation department in the Russian foreign ministry, who is attending a UN conference on the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. The Russian diplomat was speaking about the New-START nuclear reduction treaty signed by the US and Russia in 2010, saying Moscow is sticking to its commitments, but would not go any further due to US behavior. “The things the Americans are doing objectively hampers if not completely eliminates any prospect of further nuclear disarmament,” Ulyanov said. “As of now there are no factors that would make our continued participation in the [New START] treaty counter to Russia’s interest, but hypothetically such a situation may arise from US actions, which we would not want to see,” he added. The US and Russia have parity in nuclear weapons, but America has far more conventional forces. With Russia relying on its nuclear arsenal to safeguard it from a massive US attack, the development of the US anti-missile system is viewed as a dangerous threat to national security in Moscow.
