Below is a very interesting video of Blue Bell Ice Cream Trucks being seen in a military convoy. There was too many of them to be a coincidence, next to all the military truck? It was noted on a forum that the Ice cream trucks could be used as ambulances if the paint job was different. Which is an interesting theory to think about.. Not to mention the company released a statement on May 15 about a closure for repairs. (Just like the WalMart) Blue Bell also made the difficult decision to suspend operations and lay off employees at the following distribution centers: Phoenix (2 branches) and Tucson, Arizona; Denver, Colorado; Indianapolis, Indiana; Kansas City and Wichita, Kansas; Louisville, Kentucky; Albuquerque, New Mexico; Las Vegas, Nevada; Raleigh and Charlotte, North Carolina; Columbia, South Carolina; and, Richmond, Virginia. So is this just a crazy conspiracy theory, or does it have some type of truth to it… We may never know, but keep digging for information. Ill update once I find out more or if someone sends me something they found as well.. The post Blue Bell Ice Cream Trucks Within Military Convoy… Jade Helm? appeared first on USAHM Conspiracy News. |

International partners should embrace a sort of “Law of the Sea” for the internet, the head of the United States National Security Agency now says, in order to keep the web open and safe from bad actors, state-sponsored or otherwise. Speaking at a cyberwar conference in Estonia on Wednesday, NSA Director Mike Rogers told attendees that continuing management of an “open, reliable and safe” internet may be best achieved if global stakeholders look towards other areas, where widespread cooperation is required to keep operations afloat. “I hope we do not find a world in which the internet becomes something that fractures and where the ability to move information freely is controlled,” Rogers said at the seventh Conference on Cyber Conflict, an annual event hosted by NATO’s Cooperative Cyber Defense Centre of Excellence. “The seas around the world are, much like the cyber domain, not governed by one single nation. We have created maritime norms and have to do the same in the cyber space to ensure a flow of information and ideas,” Rogers said, adding, “I’d like to see if we can create something equivalent to the maritime world in the cyber world that enables us to keep moving information, keep moving commerce, keep moving ideas on a global basis.” “Can we create a ‘global commons’, so to speak, that enables open, reliable, safe and resilient communications, a flow of information and ideas?” the spy chief added. “(This should be) in a framework that maximizes its use for all of us.” Rogers’ remarks came just shy of the two-year anniversary concerning the publication of the first news articles to make use of leaked NSA documents to expose aspects of the agency’s previously secret surveillance operations. Since June 2013, classified files provided to the media by Edward Snowden, a former US government contractor, have detailed the NSA’s global eavesdropping efforts, including programs that opponents say have compromised core aspects of the internet. “The issue is not that the NSA is spying on whoever the bad guy is who they want to spy on,” acclaimed cryptologist Bruce Schneier said previously of the agency’s effort. “The issue is that they are deliberately weakening the security of everyone else in the world in order to make that spying easier.” Notwithstanding nearly two years of condemnation from international critics, Rogers reportedly urged attendees at this week’s event to work together with the US to adopt a system of governance that would keep the web as open as possible. Given revelations made possible by the Snowden trove, however, Rogers could encounter an uphill battle when trying to get international partners on the same page. NSA disclosures have already led Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff to call for a country-specific internet to avoid US surveillance, and some of America’s biggest tech companies, including Google and Apple, have announced plans to open new data centers abroad to ease foreign customers, who fear their information is falling into the hands of Uncle Sam. Commenting to Reuters, Richard Hill, a former staff member of the United Nations’ International Telecommunications Union, said the NSA chief’s remarks were “exactly contrary” to current US policy that puts America’s intentions above those of others. On June 5, 2013, the Washington Post and the Guardian first reported that the NSA collects millions of telephone records in bulk on a regular basis, regardless of whether that data pertains to individuals suspected of any criminal activity. After nearly two years of debate, the Patriot Act provision that supposedly authorized the NSA to collect call records, Section 215, is set to expire at the end of this month. The Pentagon says that live anthrax was inadvertently shipped across state lines from a military lab in Utah to nine other states and a military base in South Korea. However, a Department of Defense spokesperson says the public is not at risk. Authorities have suggested that four people inside the US take preventative medicine in the wake of the news, Reuters reported. It’s unclear if they were exposed to any live anthrax samples. The one sample accidentally sent to South Korea arrived at the Osan Air Base, the Pentagon stated. So far, no one is believed to be at risk. “The sample was destroyed in accordance with appropriate protocols,” said Pentagon spokesman Colonel Steve Col. Warren to Reuters. Warren confirmed to Fox News on Wednesday that the anthrax had been shipped out of state, but assured “there are no risks to the public.” “We are investigating the inadvertent transfer of live anthrax from a DoD lab from Dugway Proving Ground,” Col. Warren said. Dugway Proving Ground is a USArmy facility in Utah. According to the Pentagon, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is assisting the military with investigating the matter. Col. Warren told the Associated Press that the government had confirmed that a single shipment meant to contain dead, or inactivated anthrax samples for research use actually contained live specimens. According to AP, Warren said the government believes eight other shipments contained similarly live samples. The samples in question were shipped to labs in Texas, Maryland, Wisconsin, Delaware, New Jersey, Tennessee, New York, California and Virginia, according to AP. Last year, the director of the CDC’s bioterror laboratory resigned after a scare raised concerns that dozens of government employees has potentially been exposed to anthrax at an Atlanta facility. Fast-food titans Taco Bell and Pizza Hut have announced they will eliminate artificial coloring and flavoring from their food in the coming months and years. The chain restaurants are both owned by Yum Brands Inc. Taco Bell said it plans to replace artificial flavors, colors, and some additives such as trans-fats with more natural ingredients by the end of 2015. It also pledged to remove more additives and artificial preservatives “where possible” by the end of 2017, according to Reuters. Pizza Hut said it will attempt to move away from artificial flavors and colors in its US restaurants by the end of July. Fast-food chains and major food manufacturers alike have recently announced attempts to nix unhealthy additives, genetically modified ingredients, and antibiotics important for medical uses in humans. Earlier this month, Panera said it would publicly list more than 150 artificial additives it has removed or will remove from its products. Last month, Chipotle became the first major fast-food chain to drop genetically engineered ingredients, and Kraft announced it was moving away from artificial coloring in its macaroni and cheese. In weird Apple news today, it turns out there’s a text message that you can send iPhone users that will shut down their phones. Just sending the message — سمَـَّوُوُحخ ̷̴̐خ ̷̴̐خ ̷̴̐خ امارتيخ ̷̴̐خ — includes Arabic and other non-Roman characters. It causes the recipient’s phone to restart and makes it difficult for them to open their Messages app. Apple is aware of the problem. A company spokeswoman said in a statement, “We are aware of an iMessage issue caused by a specific series of unicode characters and we will make a fix available in a software update.” While it’s alarming to think that someone can attack your device this way, sending the message isn’t exactly destructive. Your phone doesn’t become inoperable, it just reboots. You can even open your messages again, as long as your prankster sends you another message (your enemies, of course, may not be so obliging). But the whole affair is somewhat baffling: How can a string of text automatically shut down your device? The working theory, via a Reddit thread on the subject, is that the phone struggles with displaying the non-Western characters in banner notifications, a.k.a. the alerts you get that pop down from the top of the iPhone screen. Eventually, that causes the phone to reboot. This kind of problem has shown up before, in iOS 6, numerous Reddit posters said.
