While the unprecedented global preparations for war are continuing unabated, a grim new Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today shows that these preparations are, indeed, necessary as a massive conflict between the Federation and Obama regime forces may now be “unstoppable” after President Obama this past week destroyed two of the last remaining treaties existing between Russia and the US designed to ensure peace.
According to this report, due to President Obama’s canceling of a state of national emergency Tuesday, revoking an executive order that provided for payments for Russian uranium under the “Megatons to Megawatts” program, and his ordering yesterday that NATO break its 1997 treaty signed with Russia prohibiting the establishing of permanent Western forces in Latvia as the US and EU pile in more troops to the Baltic States, President Putin was “forced” to take extraordinary additional war preparations by: 1.) Signing an order re-designating Federation war dead. and 2.) Ordering the immediate deployment to Kaliningrad of nuclear missiles and anti-ballistic systems.
The specific war dead order President Putin signed this morning, this report explains, amended the list of state secrets [approved under a presidential decree of 30 November 1995] modifying the phrase “information disclosing losses in manpower in wartime” to be complemented with an amendment reading “in peacetime during special operations” so that Federation forces, if needed, can be used “preemptively” against Obama regime forces planning to attack Russia without a formal declaration of war.
Additionally, this report continues, President Putin has further ordered the immediate deployment to theKaliningrad Oblast [the Russian exclave between Poland and Lithuania on the Baltic Sea] of both the Iskander-M nuclear missile complexes and the much feared S-500 cruise missile ground-to-air defense system from which they can strike, with “atomic force”, every NATO base on the continent, and UK, within 30 minutes.
Even though NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg called President Putin’s deployment of these nuclear missiles to Kaliningrad “unjustified, destabilizing and dangerous”, and both he and President Obama on Tuesday characterized the Federations relationship with the West as being in an “increasingly aggressive posture”, this report critically notes, neither of them to date, or any other Western leader, has as yet to reply to the 2011 leaked US State Department cables showing their intention of starting a war with Russia.

Nearly immediately after his taking office, MoD experts in this report state, these secret US cables leaked to Wikileaks prove that President Obama and his regime began their plan for total war against the Federation, including the use of nine NATO divisions comprised of US, British, German, and Polish military forces to directly invade Russia, in 2010.
One of these cables is signed by the very head of the US State Department, Hillary Clinton, dated 26 January 2010, to the American diplomats at NATO where she emphasizes that the plan for war against Russia has to be kept in strict secrecy, “The United States believes strongly that this plan should not be discussed in public.
Clinton further states that the plans for war with Russia are classified at “the top secret level of NATO” and “public discussion of contingency plans would undermine their military value.”
Clinton further adds, “Allowing them to expose NATO’s plans, this weakens all of our allies”, and she directed American diplomats to lie to the press in case of leaks. She also suggested evasive answers such as: “NATO does not discuss specific plans” and that agents are instructed to say that “the plans of NATO are not directed at any country.”
To the “coincidence” of the Obama regime planning a war against Russia in 2010 through the Baltic Region as these leaked cables clearly indicate, this report notes, to President Obama and NATO this week breaking their 1997 treatywith the Federation forbidding the stationing of Western troops in the Baltic Region, there exists none as no doubt these “madmen” really want to start World War III.

Even worse, this report shocking notes, with President Obama now being the most powerful US leader in that nations entire history who is governing his country under 32 pending states of national emergency after tearing up the one relating to Russian uranium this week, he now, in fact, has more power and military force available to him then did Nazi Germany’s Adolf Hitler.
And with President Obama’s Vice President, Joseph Biden, proclaiming to the entire planet this week that the Obama regime won’t accept the idea of global ‘spheres of influence’ other than theirs, this report concludes, it remains left to President Putin to secure the future freedom of the Christian world against these “Satanists” who are intent on not only destroying America with their moral depravity, spiritual/religious destruction, and police state daily existence for all of their citizens…but every other country they can in their insane bid for total dominance so that they can continue to enrich themselves.

The FIFA-linked arrests on the eve of the re-election of the organization’s chief are an obvious attempt to thwart Sepp Blatter’s re-appointment, Vladimir Putin said, answering journalists’ questions. He added it’s another example of US meddling abroad.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has said the US could be selfishly motivated for its own gain, as was the case with Edward Snowden and Julian Assange.
“Unfortunately our American partners are using these methods in order to achieve their own selfish gains and it is illegal to persecute people. I would not rule out that in regards to FIFA, the same thing could be happening, though I do not know how it will end,” he said.
“However, the fact that this is happening right on the eve of the FIFA presidential elections, gives one this exact impression.”
Putin added this is an obvious attempt to expand Washington’s jurisdiction in other countries.
“This is yet one more attempt to try and impose their law against other states. I am absolutely sure that this is an attempt to try and stop Blatter from being re-elected as FIFA president, which is a grave breach of the principles of a functioning international organization.”
He also said pressure had been applied on Blatter “to force him to take the 2018 World Cup from Russia.”
“We know his position – which has nothing to do with any kind of special relationship between Russia and FIFA – he thinks that sport and politics should be separate.”
“In terms of these arrests, it looks rather strange at the very least. These arrests took place at the request of the Americans and they were accused of corruption,” Putin told journalists, pointing out that that the accusations were being made against international officials.
“One could say that maybe someone might be guilty of something. I do not know this, but what I do know is that this has nothing to do with the USA,” he added. “They, these officials, are not citizens of the USA, and if something happened, it did not take place on the territory of the United States and the US has no business in this.”
Putin added that the “prosecutor of the United States, according to our mass media has already said that these FIFA committee members have committed a crime. This is almost as though the prosecutor doesn’t know of the rule ‘innocent until proven guilty’.”
“Whether the people are guilty or not, this should be decided in a court.”
The Russian president recalled the history surrounding the former National Security Agency employee Edward Snowden, who managed to leak documents surrounding the illegal actions of the USA across the world, which included creating secret surveillance programs to listen in on the conversations of world leaders.
“No one wants to give him the right to be accepted as an asylum seeker or to guarantee his safety. No one wants to get in a quarrel with their partners, with their more senior partners.”
Putin added that Assange’s case is also relevant.
“They are after him because he leaked information, which he received from US defense, which detailed the actions of the US army in the Middle East and in particular in Iraq.”

Defense Secretary Ashton Carter: “There should be no mistake: the United States will fly, sail, and operate wherever international law allows, as we do all around the world.”
The US military chief has warned China to stop building islands in the South China Sea, vowing that it will not stop patrolling international waters and airspace in the Asia-Pacific region.
Defense Secretary Ashton Carter made the defiant remarks on Wednesday during a ceremony in Hawaii to recognize Admiral Harry B. Harris, the new commander of US military forces in the Pacific.
“There should be no mistake: the United States will fly, sail, and operate wherever international law allows, as we do all around the world,” Carter said at the US military’s joint base at Pearl Harbor.
Washington accuses Beijing of undergoing a massive “land reclamation” program in the Spratly archipelago of the South China Sea, and says China’s territorial claims of the man-made islands could further militarize the region.
A Chinese state-owned newspaper warned Monday that a war between the United States and China is “inevitable,” unless Washington stops demanding Beijing halt its construction projects in the South China Sea.
“If the United States’ bottom line is that China has to halt its activities, then a US-China war is inevitable in the South China Sea,” The Global Times, an influential newspaper owned by the ruling Communist Party’s official newspaper the People’s Daily, said in an editorial Monday.
Carter said on Wednesday that US warships and planes would carry on patrolling the region, accusing China of heightening tensions in the area.
“China is out of step with both international norms that underscore the Asia-Pacific’s security architecture, and the regional consensus in favor of non-coercive approaches to this and other long-standing disputes,” he said.
Washington does not recognize China’s sovereignty in the disputed areas and is weighing sending surveillance aircraft and warships to test its territorial claims.
The Obama administration is trying to keep its focus on a widely advertised shift to Asia, which it has pursued since 2011. The White House argues that no region is more important to the United States’ long-term interests than Asia.
A new assessment released last month by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace argues that the Obama administration’s Asia pivot has not been successful and American power and influence in the region has been declining.
Observers believe America’s efforts to increase its presence in the Asia-Pacific region is aimed at containing China.
China accuses the United States of meddling in the regional issues and deliberately stirring up tensions in the South China Sea.

Peace is hanging in the balance in the South China Sea region, Michael Auslin noted, presenting three possible real-world scenarios under which Washington and Beijing may draw themselves into a direct conflict.
Although Beijing has not set yet a formal air defense identification zone (ADIZ) over the South China Sea, it has obviously laid down a “redline” in the region, noted Michael Auslin, a resident scholar and the director of Japan Studies at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), adding that the peace is hanging in the balance in this part of the Asia Pacific region.
“The Obama Administration apparently having decided to challenge China’s claims, the US and China are now potentially closer to an armed encounter than at any time in the past 20 years,” the scholar underscored depicting three scenarios of a potential conflict.
According to Michael Auslin, an “accident” is one of the possible scenarios. The US Navy is purportedly considering sending its vessels within 12 miles of China’s manmade islands in the South China Sea, the expert elaborated, and so far entering into China’s “sovereign territory.” The US move may result in a collision with a Chinese maritime patrol, “with each side responding in turn.”
The expert does not exclude the possibility of a mid-air collision between Chinese and US fighters over the sea, such as happened in 2001, when a US Navy plane collided with a Chinese fighter jet. An accident could lead to a stand-off, the scholar emphasized.
Dubbing another possible scenario “premeditation,” Mr. Auslin stressed that China may also decide “that stopping American incursion into their newly claimed waters early on is the best opportunity to make the risks to Washington seem too high.”
polls
The scholar suggested that China’s military forces may launch an operation in order to prevent US planes from flying in “restricted” skies, at the same time “leaving the US to decide how far to respond.” Such a move would have sparked a confrontation, despite the fact Obama is currently bogged down in the Middle East and Ukraine.
According to Auslin’s third scenario, an “indirect conflict,” Beijing may decide to stop ships and planes of America’s regional allies and escort them out of the skies above China’s manmade islands. Such a move may trigger chain reaction, the scholar emphasized, claiming that a direct clash between China and any of its neighbors will inevitably result in Washington’s involvement in the conflict.
“With no de-escalation mechanisms, and deep distrust on both sides, the more capable China becomes in defending its claimed territory, the more risks the US will face in challenging those claims,” warned the scholar.
“That may not ensure that there will be a military encounter, but it steadily raises the chances of one,” he concluded.

“There is a real danger China will align itself with Russia politically and militarily.”
Hot on the heels of George Soros’ warnings that we stand on the verge of World War 3, demanding Washington back off its anti-Yuan pressure, it appears “the good guys” are fighting back with their own good-cop, bad-cop propaganda. As Sputnik News reports, General Hans-Lothar Domrose, NATO Commander of the Brunssum Allied Joint Force Command, said in an interview with German magazine Focus Online that Russian President Vladimir Putin is a tough-minded, forward-thinking politician who is capable of foreseeing situations, but also regards him as a dangerous “gambler,” who “is willing to use nuclear weapons against NATO troops.”
Soros previously noted,
…unless the U.S. makes ‘major concessions’ and allows China’s currency to join the IMF’s basket of currencies, “there is a real danger China will align itself with Russia politically and militarily, and then the threat of world war becomes real.”
And so NATO has decided to make it clear just who the bad guys are in any equation of global thermonuclear war (asSputnik News reports),
General Hans-Lothar Domröse, Commander of Allied Joint Force Command Brunssum (The Netherlands) has revealed what NATO thinks of Russian President Putin.
In his interview with the German magazine Focus Online, Domröse called the Russian leader a tough-minded, forward-thinking politician who is capable of foreseeing the situation.
The general, however, added that Putin is a “gambler”, which might be dangerous. Unfortunately the general did not elaborate any further.
General Domröse also emphasized that neither NATO nor he personally consider Russia an enemy; at the worse, the country is seen as a potential threat. He stressed that no one in the alliance is interested in waging war; their purpose, rather, is to defend. He said that President Putin is aware of that, and that allows the general to sleep well.
The general is however concerned that President Putin might be willing to use nuclear weapons against NATO troops.

The full interview (via Focus Online – Google Translate) – NATO General Hans-Lothar Domröse on the new rapid reaction force, and the threat of Russia
General, we are not already at war with Russia – in a propaganda war?
The Russian propaganda machine is running and acts. We will reply to the west on the truth quickly, and we gloss over anything. It may there be exceptions, but it is the principle. However, it is an old Russian tradition, matters only not admit it then to comment in a different light, and finally to make a U-turn. Let’s take the example of the Crimea. It was said at the beginning: We are not. Then it was: Yes, there are also Russian soldiers. But they’re on vacation . Soldier on vacation with equipment so. The summit was then entering into argument of President Putin: I had to intervene there.
Should the West respond with counter-propaganda?
He must not be primarily be lulled. I can understand the concern of our Baltic friends who warn repeatedly: Warning, not fall for the Russian scam. We have to be straight and honest go our way. Let the differences quietly made: We stick to the truth.
How is the Russian military presence in and around the Ukrainian troubled region?
The Russian armed forces are permanently very active since the beginning of Ukraine crisis in the air. We have over 300 airspace violations or fast-injury. On Russian territory at a location nearby Ukraine regiments, classic combat units. We also have time with Special Forces dealing with jeans and sunglasses, the seep.
They currently rely on a highly mobile task force, which is to make the eastern flank of NATO safer. How far are you with it?
We are nearing the realization of our plans, including the necessary infrastructure. We know from the Russian military exercises that Russia can move 100 000. soldiers very quickly. We have responded and the NATO Response Force, so to speak, our firefighters, reinforced, 13 000 to 30 000 men. NATO has also decided to make these forces available more quickly, thus reducing the alarms. And we need a spearhead, a sort of scouts who can start immediately. This is on the order of a brigade, good 5,000 men, supported by ships and aircraft, which can be moved within a week to counter a possible attack. First, they should put off, in the hope that there will be no further.
How credible deterrence may in such outnumbered ever be?
That’s a relatively small troupe 5000-7000 man, so much is true. But its essential value is that it represents more than half of all NATO members. So there are around 20 different countries always on site. And just in case, each nation would be affected. But let me emphasize that: No one in NATO wants to wage a war. But we will protect the population. I believe that President Putin knows it. That’s why I still sleep well.
NATO has Putin challenged by being moved up to close to the Russian borders?
That, sir, is nonsense. NATO is a values-based defense alliance. It is in principle open to like-minded people. Nations seek its own initiative to take charge. The Alliance itself will not do so on fishing expeditions to get more members into the basket.
Former members of the Warsaw Pact now belong to NATO and are still equipped with Russian military technique. Delivering the Russians still spare parts?
Currently, they do not. I hear you supplied on the open market.
Putin would be willing to use nuclear weapons against NATO troops?
We consider this issue with great concern. The Russians maintain the tactical use of nuclear weapons in the battle for a possible form of warfare.
I think President Putin is a forward-thinker. But also a gambler. That can also be dangerous. You have to make the cost of the use of [nuclear weapons] so high that it seems too expensive to him for him. Since we are on track. But I want to emphasize that neither NATO nor Domröse consider Russia as an enemy. Very well, but as a threat.

A new study by UK scientists reveals that a genetically created herpes-based virus is an effective remedy against skin cancer. This virotherapy raises life expectancy for patients with aggressive melanoma and has fewer side effects than other treatments.
The worldwide study, which was led by the Institute of Cancer Research in the UK and published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology, says that an artificially created virus called T-VEC can provide skin cancer patients with more efficacious treatment.
Clinical trials have been going on for more than three years in 64 centers across the US, UK, Canada and South Africa. If further studies are also successful, the new drug will be more widely available by next year, the scientists predict according to the Guardian.
T-VEC is a modified herpes virus which multiplies inside cancer cells until they burst open. After destroying the cancer cell, the virus gets into surrounding area and triggers a secondary immune reaction against the tumor.
Dr Hayley Frend, science information manager at Cancer Research UK, commented: “Using a virus to both kill cancer cells and nudge the immune system into attacking them is exciting. Previous studies have shown T-VEC could benefit some people with advanced skin cancer, but this is the first study to prove an increase in survival.”
The virus is deprived of two key genes, which makes it impossible for it to replicate in healthy cells – so, normal cells detect and destroy T-VEC before it can cause damage. That means the virus is practically safe for patients.
During the research more than 400 patients were injected with the drug every two weeks for up to 18 months. They had flu-like symptoms after the first few injections, but on the whole such treatment has much milder side effects than other therapies.
The scientists appreciate the results of the study as highly positive. Patients with stage three and early stage four melanoma lived on average for 41 months after T-VEC-therapy, while other people with the same stage of skin cancer lived for only 21.5 months. Ten percent of the patients had “complete remission” with no detectable symptoms of cancer – regarded as a cure if the patient is still cancer-free between three and five years after diagnosis.
“This is the big promise of this treatment. It’s the first time a virotherapy has been shown to be successful in a phase 3 trial,” Kevin Harrington, professor of biological cancer therapies at the Institute of Cancer Research London said, as cited by the Guardian.
“The results are especially encouraging, because all the patients had inoperable, relapsed or metastatic melanoma with no conventional treatment options available to them. They had disease that ranged from dozens to hundreds of deposits of melanoma on a limb all the way to patients where cancer had spread to the lungs and liver,” he added.
The scientists noticed one more interesting feature – the immune system after the T-VEC therapy becomes capable of detecting and attacking cancer throughout the body. As a result, even secondary tumors not infected also shrank or even disappeared. “It’s like an unmasking of the cancer,” explained Mr Harrington. “The patient’s immune system wakes up and attacks the cancer cells wherever they are in the body.”
If the success of virotherapy as a remedy against skin cancer is proved, it will give hope that the same methods will be effective in the treatment of other types of cancer.
The idea of curing cancer with viruses isn’t new – it emerged in the early 20th century. In 1949, 21 patients with Hodgkin’s lymphoma were injected with viral hepatitis. Seven people had temporary remission while one died and 13 others contracted hepatitis. Today, virotherapy is much safer due to genetic engineering, which allows for creating less dangerous versions of natural viruses.
“We may normally think of viruses as the enemies of mankind, but it’s their very ability to specifically infect and kill human cells that can make them such promising cancer treatments,” the Telegraph quoted Professor Paul Workman, CEO of the Institute of Cancer Research, London.
According to the “World Cancer Report 2014” published by the World Health Organization, 232,000 people across the world had skin cancer and 55,000 died of it in 2012. About 88 percent of patients live for more than five years after the detection of the disease, but life expectancy for aggressive forms of skin cancer with the illness spreading to other organs is much lower.
