An absolutely stunning Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today is alleging that American presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is behind the rollout to US police departments of a new computer scanning device that allows police officers to immediately seize all the money from the bank debit cards of millions of poor American blacks and keep it for themselves unless these victims can prove they have a legitimate reason to have their own money—but will not affect the wealthiest people in the US who use credit cards.
According to this report, SVR criminal analysts deciphering the Panama Papers discovered this massive crime against America’s poorest citizens by tracking the multiple links between some of the world’s most notorious criminals, Bill and Hillary Clinton, and the Clinton Foundation—and described as the illegal money raising apparatus for the Clinton’s that goes under various names including the Clinton Foundation, Clinton Global Initiative, Clinton Health Access Initiative and the William J. Clinton Foundation.

As of 2015, this report continues, the Clinton’s through their many foundations have gained for themselves a staggering $3 billion, and that even today one of the leading independent groups that track charities – Charity Navigator – has been unable to determine where these billions of dollars went and says it has “determined that this charity’s atypical business model cannot be accurately captured in our current rating methodology.”
In spite of Hillary Clinton having already amassed billions in wealth, however, this report notes, in 2011 she began her latest criminal scheme to steal from the black peoples of America when she was Secretary of State and had forwarded to her illegal private email server a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) document titled Mobile Payments and the Global Remittance of Fundswritten by one of America’s most secretive computer experts named T. Jack Williams. [Note: Virtually unknown to the America people, Russia retains in its possession all of Hillary Clinton’s emails the SVR obtained from her private server.]
Jack Williams, this report explains, is credited with creating and implementing the world’s first electronic gift card program, as well as the launch of the successful Blockbuster Visa co-branded credit card, and the 50 million members Universal Membership Loyalty Card and is the president of Paymentcard Services, Inc. that was established in 2009 and incorporated in Texas and “employs a staff of approximately 1”.
After reading T. Jack William’s report to ICE, though, this report continues, and as the Panama Papers document, Secretary Clinton, in 2012, through her Clinton Foundation, enabled him to create a company called ERAD Group, Inc. that was immediately awarded a prime development contract to provide the US Department of Homeland Security, Advanced Technology Directorate, with a prepaid access card reader solution to process prepaid debit cards at time of arrest.
And even though the US Department of Homeland Security paid T. Jack William’s and Hillary Clinton’s new EARD Group company to develope this access card reader, this report notes, this year they, instead, began licensing it to local American police departments—and as evidenced by the contract T. Jack William personally signed with the State of Oklahoma on 3 April 2016.
Most insidious about this T. Jack Williams-Hillary Clinton contract signed with the State of Oklahoma, this report explains, is that aside from the State having to pay the ERAD Group $5,000 for the software and scanners, they then have to pay the ERAD Group 7.7 percent of all the cash their police forces seize from the poorest Americans bank debit cards—the majority of whom are black—and which the Washington Post commented on by saying: “Sorry, but that sort of arrangement is shady. As we’ve seen with traffic cameras, private probation and other areas of criminal justice, giving a private company a cut of seized assets is an arrangement rife with bad incentives and ripe for corruption.”
SVR analysts in this report concur with the Washington Post’s assessment of this corrupt scheme allowing T. Jack Williams and Hillary Clinton to steal from the poorest citizens of America and further note that the America Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has, likewise condemned this practice by stating: “Police abuse of civil asset forfeiture laws has shaken our nation’s conscience. Civil forfeiture allows police to seize — and then keep or sell — any property they allege is involved in a crime. Owners need not ever be arrested or convicted of a crime for their cash, cars, or even real estate to be taken away permanently by the government.”
And in, perhaps, her greatest show of arrogance and contempt of America’s poor black people she is now profiting from by stealing their money with her partner in crime T. Jack Williams, this report concludes, Hillary Clinton has now been shown wearing a $12,495 Giorgio Armani coat during a speech she gave recently while addressing the topic of income inequality—which is, by definition, the most racist thing any American politician has done in modern times.

The secretive Bilderberg Group is set to discuss plans to implement an Internet ID to eviscerate anonymity on the web as well as a global tax on financial transactions and air travel, according to an inside source who spoke to Infowars.
The clandestine organization is set to begin its annual meeting tomorrow at the Taschenbergpalais Kempinski hotel in Dresden, Germany.
According to our source, the creation of a virtual passport that web users will need to obtain before they can use many Internet services is high on the agenda.
The Internet ID will be justified under the guise of “cybersecurity” and creating a convenient method for citizens to access government services, but free speech advocates will view the proposal with deep suspicion as it would threaten online anonymity and possibly chill dissent.
Services such as Facebook, YouTube and Twitter could also use the online passport to revoke posting permission if a user violates terms of agreement, another obvious threat to the free flow of information that has made the web what it is today.
As we reported last week, a project by the European Union Commission which is being spearheaded by former communist official Andrus Ansip is pushing an Internet ID system that will track what people buy and what they say online.
Last year, it also emerged that the Communist Chinese government was involved in setting up a huge “social credit” database that would rank citizens based on their “trustworthiness.” A pilot project called Sesame Credit, run by Chinese corporate giant Alibaba, is already monitoring social media activity to give citizens a social credit score based on their buying history and, according to come critics, their political views.
Bilderberg globalists are also set to re-invigorate momentum behind another long term goal – a global tax system presided over by the UN.
Efforts to introduce a global tax, which Bilderberg has attempted in the past, will be focused around three possibilities – a tax on oil at the well-head, a supplementary charge for international financial transactions, and a green tax on all air and sea travel.
The Panama Papers will also be cited as a reason to impose the global tax on large corporations, although the costs will inevitably be passed on to the public. The first incarnation of the project will take the form of a “global body on tax cooperation,” which will be overseen by the United Nations.
The tax will be sold to the public as a means of addressing environmental concerns and helping destitute people in the third world, although whether those reasons are enough to convince anyone remains to be seen.
The topic of Brexit – Britain’s vote to leave the European Union – will also be a key focal point of Bilderberg’s discussions.
Specifically, Bilderberg will explore what options it has should the ‘leave’ camp emerge victorious. The European Union has previously quashed national referendums on further EU political integration by either changing the name and making citizens vote again, or simply ignoring their vote altogether.

The Religion of Peace torched a refugee center at Düsseldorf’s major international trade fair grounds after they did not receive a Ramadan wake up call for prayer.

A massive fire at Düsseldorf’s major international trade fair grounds yesterday has been followed by reports that the blaze was set deliberately by migrants who were angry because of Ramadan.
Officially, some 160 migrants were resident at hall 18 of the Messe Düsseldorf conference centre, but it was a facility plagued by racial conflict which had seen violence spark before.
Düsseldorf’s Express newspaper reports these conflicts were not between European German staff and their guests, but between the predominantly Arab residents, and a minority of Afghans who sided with the security staff running the facility — who were mainly Iranian.
According to the testimony of “several burly Moroccan refugees” which the paper had spoken to even as the hall burnt down, the Iranians employed by the German state to look after other migrants from around the world had “deliberately” not woken the Arabs up in time for their Ramadan breakfast following a long run dispute.

Germany has no alterative than to reconcile itself with NATO’s strategy, experts say, commenting on Berlin’s plans to include Russia in its top ten major threats list. However, it is unlikely that NATO will use Germany as a ‘battering ram’ against Russia, they say.
Berlin’s decision to include Russia in its new White Paper on security policy as a “threat” has prompted growing concerns in Moscow; at the same time experts call attention to the fact that over the last few years Berlin behaved as if it regarded Russia as a rival, being “partner” in name only.
“If the information about the new version of the [German] White Paper is correct, this causes both concern and regret,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters Monday.
What is behind the sudden move and what should Russia expect from Berlin’s unexpected political shift?
According to Mikhail Alexandrov, Senior expert at the Center for military and political studies at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), the German leadership is following in the US’ footsteps.
“The US 2015 National Security Strategy, adopted in February 2015, named Russia as one of the major threats [to the American security]; much in a similar way the Russian Federation is portrayed in NATO’s documents. So, Germans are merely acting within the same framework,” Alexandrov told Svobodnaya Pressa.
The academic reminded that NATO’s treacherous military expansion, kicked off despite special agreements between Washington and Moscow, became a trigger to growing tensions in Europe.
Firstly, the Alliance engaged the countries of the former Warsaw Pact in its fold and then it brought some former Soviet republics under its control swinging the balance of power in Eastern Europe in its own favor. Now NATO is developing its military infrastructure on Russia’s doorstep.
Alexandrov narrated that following the adoption of the US military doctrine in 2015, Moscow released its own strategy calling NATO’s expansion towards the Russian border a threat to the country’s national security.
However, the academic noted that it is highly unlikely that NATO will use Germany as its “battering ram” against Russia. According to Alexandrov, currently Germany does not pose a military threat to Russia.
At the same time, if NATO continues to beef up its military presence in Europe creating new bases and accumulating troops in close proximity to Russia’s borders they can hypothetically amass a ten-million strong contingent on Russia’s doorstep, he added.
Victor Murakhovsky, Editor-in-Chief of the Arsenal of the Fatherland magazine, told the media outlet that Germany has been following NATO’s agenda for a long time, even before the 2014 Ukrainian coup drove a wedge between Russia and the West.
He recalled that back in 2012 the Alliance signaled its readiness to launch a series of initiatives aimed at bolstering coordination and surveillance within the military bloc.
Murakhovsky underscored that Germany has actively participated in NATO’s programs aimed at boosting the bloc’s “eastern flank.”
Given this, it is hardly surprising that Berlin is about to unveil its new military doctrine that regards Russia as a potential rival.
The experts are echoed by General Leonid Ivashov, Vice President of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems.
“The 2015 National Security Strategy is imbued with militaristic spirit. The document names Russia as a key threat. Washington is pressing its allies to adopt this approach. European nations have been adding similar clauses to their military doctrines,” Ivashov told RIA Novosti.
On Saturday, Germany’s Die Welt shed light on the German government’s plan to include Russia in its White Paper on a security policy as a potential “rival.” It should be noted that Russia is due to be added to Berlin’s “threat list” along with international terrorism, cyber-attacks, the refugee crisis and climate change.
According to the German media outlet, the decision was caused by Moscow’s alleged interfering into Ukraine’s domestic affairs, Crimea’s reunification with Russia and the country’s alleged military buildup. Moscow has repeatedly stressed that the accusations are groundless and don’t hold water.

Trump is also doing quite well with the the black voters considering he is a Republican. Republicans usually get only a handful of votes from the African American community but Trump gained 26% support among black voters! This is devastating news for DEMONcRATS! If the Demon Rat Party loses 37% of the Hispanic vote and 25% of the black vote to GOP they will lose the election in a landslide.

Recognized conservative voices like Marco Rubio, Susana Martinez, the Bush family, and even Pope Francis himself have made their discontent clear with the candidate, but could it be possible he is actually gaining support among Hispanics?
Numerous articles and Op-Eds have discounted his so-called “rise” among Latinos by pointing out the flawed nature of polls. Back in February, after claiming a win with 46 percent of the Hispanic vote in Nevada, critics quickly challenged the full sample size of voters captured to disregard the number. Most recently, Latino Decisions published an article called “Why Polls On Latinos Get It Wrong,” confirming that current ways of polling are under-representing Latinos’ voice.
Clearly, conventional political research is in question, but what if big data analysis reveals Trump’s rise is real, based on a sample size of over 1 million Hispanics?
Based on big data analysis over the last 30 days as of June 1st, Trump reports 37 percent of Hispanic positive sentiment versus 41 percent for Clinton. Surprisingly, the candidates tie in negative sentiment across Hispanics at 38 percent, discounting the fact that Latinos default as Democrats or are completely turned off by Trump’s off-color comments. After all, over 50 percent of Latinos identify as political independents.

Hillary Clinton took to Twitter last Wednesday to call Trump University “a fraudulent scheme used to prey upon those who could least afford it,” but this is what Jackie Mason would call Chutzpah, because the Clintons have a university scandal of their own and its magnitude dwarfs Trump U.
The Clinton Global Initiative joint venture with Laureate Education, a shaky for-profit chain of schools, to create CGI-University is the final step in an incredible predatory stock deal.
Laureate Education deal used high-pressure boiler room tactics to rack up $750 million of debt on students while running a $457 Million debt at the same time Bill Clinton was taking lavish – but hidden – compensation from Laureate while Hillary’s State Department was lavishing $150 million from the chain of for-profit schools that has a more than 50% graduation rate and a high drop-out rate.
Forbes Magazine reported that Laureate “induces students to incur massive tuition debt to attend a school with no academic reputation and virtually no standards for admission other than the ability to pay.”
But, it’s worse than that.
Laureate is a highly leveraged failing investment whose principal beneficiaries are Wall Street fat cats and billionaire friends of William Jefferson Clinton.
The Friends of Bill still plan an lucrative IPO but nowhere is it disclosed what Bill Clinton is holding in terms of stock options.
In August 2007, Laureate Education went private in a very risky multibillion dollar hugely leveraged transaction.
This was towards the tail end of the financial bubble. The leveraged buyout was completed later in August for around $3 billion in debt plus equity.
Driving the deal was Hedge Fund King Steven Cohen. Other investors were George Soros, Henry Kravis of the Wall Street investment banking firm KKR and Paul Allen of Microsoft fame.
As I laid it out in the Daily Caller: After the deal closed, the schools had great financial difficulties, and these capital suppliers grew concerned. Bill Clinton’s pals were feeling squeezed as a profitable exit seemed less and less likely.
To dress the deal up in 2010, Bill Clinton was brought in to serve as “Chancellor,” a part-time position for which he was collecting $16 million through early 2015.
This extraordinary compensation was never properly disclosed until 2015. Many in on the deal also paid Bill and Hillary big fees for speeches as well.
Bill Clinton was thus collecting from both Laureate equity and debt suppliers. The Laureate CEO, Doug Becker, is involved as a Clinton backer, Clinton Global Initiative and Clinton Foundation donor and involved in the International Youth Foundation, a recipient of favors and money from the Clinton-led Department of State.
Incredibly, in 2013 the International Finance Corporation announced a record setting $150 million investment in Laureate at a time when its financial condition was rocky at best. Clinton’s involvement sealed the deal.
Then the Clinton Global Initiative and Clinton Foundation entered into a joint venture with Laureate to create CGI-University. Yet none of these related party disclosures are included in any of the Clinton Foundation or Clinton Global Initiative filings for relevant periods (starting in 2008 or so).
New York State law requires specific approvals for an entity to hold itself out as being a university.
Laureate is actually the world’s largest for-profit education chain. The Clinton’s involvement started in 2009, just a few months after Hillary became Secretary of State.
While planning a private dinner on education policy, she urged State Dept. officials to invite a representative from Laureate International Universities. In emails recently released from Hillary’s server, she calls Laureate “the fastest growing college network in the world” and “…started by Doug Becker, who Bill likes a lot.”
To underline her case she says, “It’s a for-profit model that should be represented.” The key word is “profit.”
Another email shows that Laureate Senior Vice President Joseph Duffy (once the Rev. Joseph Duffy an anti-Vietnam war former Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate) and a long time FOB, was in attendance at the dinner. Apparently they cut the deal.
Weeks later Duffy announced Bill would be “Honorary Chancellor.” The payment for having the Clintons’ work their magic was not disclosed.
That is until July 2015 when Hillary’s tax returns showed that between 2010 when Bill became pitchman and 2015 when he stepped down he was paid $16.5 million.
Hillary now stepped up her involvement by making Laureate part of her State Dept. Global Partnership. In turn the Department poured millions of dollars into a nonprofit group called the International Youth Foundation.
Trouble was that the IYF is chaired by Doug Becker of Laureate.
A financial investigation by Bloomberg shows that prior to Bill and Hillary’s involvement, the IYF received only 11 grants totaling $9 million, mostly from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
Once the Clinton team went to work in 2010, the IYF received 14 grants worth $15.1 million. In 2011 they received 13 grants worth $14.6 million and in 2012 it jumped to 21 grants worth over $25.5 million. Then, as Hillary considered her presidential aspirations, Bill quietly stepped down.
Laureate turns out to be a Clinton Foundation donor to the tune of between $1 and $5 million through 2014. So let me get this right: The nonprofit IYF benefits from millions of dollars ($55 million) donated by the State Dept. (Check) The IYF’s sister group, the for-profit Laureate, both run by the same person, (Check) donate between $1 and $5 million back to the Clinton’s via their foundation, (Check) and Bill Clinton walks away $16.5 million richer. (Check) Did I mention that Laureate spends $200 million a year on advertisement?
During the time that Hillary was in charge of the State Dept., Bill spoke at Laureate campuses in Honduras, Mexico City, Germany, Spain, Turkey, Malaysia, Brazil, Peru, and the United States. Do I see a pattern here? Are the Clintons paying themselves with State Dept. money?
The Laureate scam is classic Clinton manipulation; they’ve been doing it for years.
Is it just a coincidence that Hillary’s State Dept. approved $165 billion in arms deals to nations who had previously given money to the Clinton Foundation? Is there a connection between a $200,000 payment made to Bill Clinton by Goldman Sachs in 2011 and the bank’s efforts to lobby the State Dept. ahead of legislation involving the Export-Import Bank which was set to provide a loan that would end up financing the purchase of millions of dollars in aircraft from a company partially owned by Goldman?
Federal Election Commission records show that Doug Becker is listed as a donor to Hillary Clinton’s Senate re-election campaign and her first presidential campaign. (He should have plenty of money, what with all the loot he got from Hillary’s State Dept.)
In further developments documents uncovered by Judicial Watch show Laureate Education paid Bill Clinton through a “shell corporation” which somehow passed State Dept. security while Hillary was in charge. Hmm, wonder how that happened? The shell corporation, WJC LLC was designed as a pass-through account to keep Bill’s consulting fees off the books. In other words, the payments to Bill were never properly disclosed.
Laureate has an insatiable appetite for enrolling students, luring anyone to enroll through slick advertising featuring Bill Clinton praise and pictures. Bill help’s real them in.
I mean if a former president beckons you to enroll, then it must be worth it. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work out that way.
In fact in its July 12, 2015 issue, Forbes published a story showing how for-profit colleges encourage huge student debt. The biggest student borrowers can be found at Laureate Education’s Walden University.
Those students borrowed $756 million in 2014. Forbes also pointed out that Laureate “induces students to incur massive tuition debt to attend a school with no academic reputation and virtually no standards for admission other than the ability to pay.”
The most appalling thing is the way Hillary Clinton talks about how she’s going to get “tough on federal aid that flows to those kinds of for-profit institutions, strengthening the ‘gainful employer rules’ that require schools to prepare students for the workforce.”
In a message she posted on Medium.com, she said, “There are students who take out loans to pay for an expensive degree from a for-profit institution, only to find little support once they actually enroll, or they graduate and discover that, when it comes to finding a job, their degree isn’t worth what they thought.”
This is the same Hillary Clinton that made the for-profit Laureate part of her State Dept. Global Partnership. The same Clinton whose husband raked in $16.5 million.
Donald Trump’s University problems are a skin blemish compared to the Clintons’ Laureate Leprosy.
